  Comments: La casa es una auténtica pasada. Una preciosidad. Las habitaciones súper amplias. Todo muy limpio, nuevo y moderno. Muy cerca de la playa y buen conectado en metro o bus con el centro de Oporto. A Andre no lo conocí en persona, pero estuvo en todo momento en contacto conmigo recomendándome cosas. Tiene una habitación en la tercera planta-ático llena de juguetes de niños....los míos se lo pasaron en grande!! Yo ya estoy pensando que si volvemos otra vez nos quedaremos otra vez en la casa de Andre!!!

  Comments: We spent one week in April 2017 in André's house : 3 adults, 2 young childrens. Everybody enjoyed the house. Everything was perfect : the kitchen, the bedrooms (one with bathroom = suite), the kids playroom on last floor, the garden ! The agencement of this house is a success ! Besides, the house is very close from the beach (5 min by walk) and from any commodations you need during your holidays. For example, a supermarket is located less than 200m from the house. To be noticed : You can also rent this house without renting a car : metro and bus station are close too. You can reach Porto city center easily with metro. It's definitely a perfect house if you want to do in the same day : surfing, chill and shopping. Then, André was very convenient before our coming, trying to do his best to help us. The welcoming was really warmful. For sure, we recommend André's house.

  Comments: Andre house is perfectly placed for exploring Matosinhos and Porto. In an historically interesting quarter which each day revealed a new delight. The flat is comfortable and well laid out and we loved staying there.

  Comments: André's place is even more beautiful than the pictures. It has a modern, clean, yet cozy feeling to it. We had our 2 year old with us and he loved the playroom on the 3rd floor. In fact, he never wanted to leave. He also enjoyed the many toys that were in his bedroom. If you have a toddler-elementary age child, I can say with confidence that they would love to stay here. Keep in mind there are 3 floors so there are a good bit of stairs but that did not bother us and our kid learned not to climb them without us. The place also has a great little backyard. We got to enjoy it on the last day and it was nice to sit out there with coffee and pastries and enjoy the breeze. It is about a 7-8 minute walk to the beach and the closest beach area is the widest part in Praia de Matosinhos and has the most cafes. Downtown Porto is about a 15 minute uber ride which was very convenient. Overall, we really loved the place and if we were to come back we would most definitely choose André's house again.

  Comments: Our stay at André's house was really good. It's an ideal place for families, the kids really enjoyed their stay. The area is not very touristic so makes it nicely quiet and interesting and has lots of amenities like its proximity to the beach. It's also well connected with the city centre and the airport. André has been always very helpful and easy to communicate with him. Highly recommended!

  Comments: A estancia na casa de André foi estupenda. Ben ubicada (preto de supermercados, restaurantes, metro, praia etc) e moi estilosa; disfrutas do fogar que é. Ampla, perfecta para familias con nenos pequenos dispón de todo o preciso e en cantidade, incluso un amplo ático luminoso cheo de xoguetes. André foi moi atento respondendo a todas as nosas dúbidas e preocupouse porque estivesemos agusto; sen dúbida, conseguiuno. Obrigada André! Sempre serás benvido na Galiza,na nosa casa de Laxe.

  Comments: O imóvel sito no centro de Matosinhos é excelente. A casa é muito bem localizada e muito confortável. O logradouro é muito giro e a decoração da casa é muito prática e bastante aprazível e, adicionalmente, dispõe de garagem. A cozinha estava equipada com tudo o que é necessário. O André é um excelente anfitrião, sempre simpático e muito disponível. Recomendo vivamente o imóvel, que proporcionou uma óptima estadia.
