Space: This is truly one of a kind location. You will never get tired of the views. You will have your own private entrance to the ocean. The property is gated and has a spacious yard with lush vegetation. The house is new and clean and there are no bugs or any living creatures inside except for an occasional gecko. Very comfy, new beds with mattress covers and high quality sheets. Fully equipped kitchen (with sharp knives)! Master bedroom has a movie projector with a large screen and surround system. Relax with a book in a hammock and enjoy the oceanfront privacy of the outdoor bbq/dinning area.

Neighborhood Overview: If you are looking to get away from the hustles and bustles of a big city then this is definitely the place for you. Just close the gate behind and unwind to the sound of crushing waves and swinging palm trees. There is a great surf spot nearby and the ocean is very safe for swimming and snorkeling. You will be able to watch amazing sunrises without leaving your bed. Lots of options for day trips and hikes, beautiful and empty beaches close by. Take a drive to the famous North Shore or check out Kualoa Ranch for attractions such as Jurassic Park tour, horse back riding, zip line, catamaran rides any many more.

Notes: Not recommended for children due to a small, unprotected cliff area on the property and easy ocean access. There is a busy road behind the house, be careful pulling in and out. You will hear some noise during rush hour, however you can not see the road.

Transit: There are some buses you can catch, but you will definitely need a car.

Access: You will have the whole space to yourself - there are no other tenants or people on the property, just you and the ocean. Separate laundry room. Lots of parking in the driveway.

House Rules: - Please note there is a small, unprotected cliff area facing the ocean, which makes it dangerous for small kids. Adults should also watch their step, especially after consuming alcoholic beverages. - Respect the ocean. Use water gear with caution and at your own risk. You will have to be able to carry kayaks and sup board down a few stairs. - You will enjoy the ocean breeze and be able to jump in the water to cool off, but please rinse your feet and wash off the sunscreen when back in the house. Salt causes corrosion, please cover the grill after each use and take any stainless steel kitchen equipment back inside.
