Neighborhood Overview: The "Praça" (square, plaza) São Salvador is a popular and typical area in the neighbourhood of Laranjeiras, in the South Zone of Rio de Janeiro; It's ideally located between on one side by Botafogo and Copacabana/Ipanema beaches areas and, on the other side, the "Centro" and Lapa. Supermarket 50m away, Pharmacy 100m, both open late. Many shops and restaurants nearby. 500m from the beautiful park of Flamengo (beautiful view of the Sugar Loaf), ideal for sports and walks. Closed to traffic on Sundays for even more space. Free musical and artistic entertainment from Thursday to Sunday on the very Plaza Sao Salvador. Many activities and many people on the site sometimes until dawn! But recently installed double glazing ensure your peace of mind.

Notes: Caution: DO NOT THROW TOILET PAPER OR OBJECT OF ANY KIND in the toilet! The flat is on top of a quiet, family building with mostly families and kids, which means NO "SERIOUS" PARTYING ALLOWED, no use of drugs or escort services possible in the flat (but you have hundreds of people partying in the street in front of the building almost every evening and many places for such activities in the city!)
