Moreover it's definitely a great place to enjoy either artistic or local HK life as all those wet markets, convenience store, restaurants and coffee shops are within walk distance. Last but not the least, HK university is just 10 min walk away which absolutely makes your life easier if you would like to take a visit or just randomly hang around the campus.

Neighborhood Overview: A very nice combination of local tradition and artistic trends. Pretty safe neighbourhood with academic atmosphere.

Notes: This apartment is under an excellent property management. There's also lounge , gym and karaoke room downstairs for you to kill time!
