  Comments: Marco was great in communicating with us and welcoming us into his home. He was great with accommodating our last minute needs. Once we arrived we asked for an air mattress, which he had available and provided for us. He checked in periodically during our stay to make sure we didn't need anything further. In short, he was the perfect host. The apartment is fun, funky, and eclectic, and filled with his personal artwork, giving it a very one of a kind experience. Loved the sun drenched dining area during the day. Perfect place to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning, or in my case work on my laptop all day. And as a bonus the apartment is close to the subway station serving both the A express and the #1 local trains, making most locations in Midtown and lower in Manhattan very accessible. We would happily stay here again.

  Comments: I had a great time staying at Marco's! Staying in Washington Heights was a really big plus too, the area had tons of good food and the people were welcoming. As far as the apartment it was everything I expected including art decked throughout the entire place. Marco was great at getting back to me really quickly which was awesome, made thing go smooth. I might have to return, thanks Marco!

  Comments: Without doubt this was one of my finest experiences ever travelling abroad and so much praise thanks and gratitude to Marco for his kindness his warmth and welcoming of me to his apartment which oozes artistry character and an eclectic atmosphere. The area is a walk away from the subway and bus services making anywhere you desire a breeze to get to within minutes, and also a walk away to the multitude of eateries cafes and the many stores . The neighborhood is colorful vibrant alive and scents new York charm and personality . Marco was the perfect host and is an amazing person who takes immense pride in all presentation and appearance of his artist studio style Manhattan apartment was nothing less than spectacular! If anyone is seeking a true new York experience then this is the ultimate experience . Marco from the bottom of my heart I can't thank you enough and look fwd to returning ....Soon !

  Comments: Marco is very nice and response really fast. Place was very clean and has unique character. Only one thing we didn't like was it was on 5th floor (we had very heavy 2 carrier...but my husband carries all so I can't complain ~^^). we thought the area was not that safe but it was very safe. I was walking around until 1am but no issue at all. Also we found really great restaurant on Broadway. I think there are some good ones on Broadway. Try anchor wine bar. Was super good. Next time we come back, we will bring small carrier~~^^

  Comments: Great lodging choice for those wanting to stay in Washington heights. Both the 163rd street and 167 subways are close by. That helps a lot to navigate the west side and central west side of manhattan. The apartment was super quiet allowing for a restful sleep. Happy to recommend this place!
