  Comments: Hola Everybody I'm maximo ,I lived here in Barcelona for 1 weeks totally and she more taked care of me than my mom!! Although She was on her vacations ,always call me to check my comfortable and check how the house's going on. One of the ingredients that make my trip so wonderful is This room ,everything was cleanly orginazable and available to use.Furthermore,The view of the city is the thing i love most.You can stay at the terrace so look around and you'll crash wish Sagrada Familia and The beach. I can't find greater word more than Fantastic!! i'm very lucky of knowing this site and talking with Simona,Trust me and you will have the great time!!

  Comments: I had an amazing time at Simona's place, she is the best host a visitor can ask for. The apartment is bright and spacious, the terraces are massive, I even had my own terrace. She was very caring, helped me with everything, and must say we've become friends over my 8 days there. If you want to get the full experience in Barcelona, don't hesitate to book one of her rooms. She is simply awesome, and the apartment is just off La Rambla. I will definitely go back to visit her! Highly recommend it to anybody.

  Comments: Grâce à l'accueil de Simona, je me suis sentie directement à l'aise chez elle. Elle est disponible et prévenante. Tout est exactement comme sur les photos. J'ai adoré ma chambre individuelle avec "MA" terrasse où je pouvais aller m'installer pour déjeuner ou simplement lire: vraiment un super plus! Facilement accessible depuis l'aéroport et/ou du centre, le quartier est calme et tranquille avec des magasins à 2 pas. La cuisine est accessible, une planche dans le frigo, la machine à lessiver (que des points positifs)... J'y retournerai, ça c'est sûr ;-) je vous recommande vivement cet endroit

  Comments: J'ai eu une magnifique expérience chez Simona. La vue de la terrasse est splendide et m'aura vraiment marqué. L'appartement en lui même est grand, décoré avec un goût très sûr. Situé au tout dernier étage, le calme qui y règne tranche avec l'animation du quartier. Quartier qui au demeurant est tres cosmopolite, vivant et proche de tout ce qu'il y a de plus agréable dans Barcelone. Enfin Simona a été un hôte particulièrement sympathique. Elle m'a bcp conseillé sur des endroits géniaux de Barcelone impossible à connaître pour qui ne réside pas sur place. Grazzie mille

  Comments: Gorgeous apartment, amazing location, terrific view from the terrace. Friendly and easy going host. I could often find Simona in the living room working which was very useful when I had questions and not so good when I wanted to use the only dinner table. The description of the room wasn’t accurate, because I found not 2 girls renting a room but a couple renting two rooms and I felt the apartment was crowded. It was noisy at night due to the active lifestyle of the apartment’s dwellers.

The location is fantastic - within walking distance of the Ramblas - and the apartment was clean and as advertised (and the balcony over looking poble sec is a wonderful thing to wake up to!). Simona is a very warm-hearted, knowledgeable, attentive host who is very easy to get along with; she definitely made my stay in Barcelona more enjoyable. She is very familiar with the city and gave me great restaurant recommendations and suggestions for possible day trips.   Comments: I loved staying at Simona's! She is just awesome, and the place is very well located and comfortable. It's very close to a metro station, and the Barcelona metro is easy to use. But it's also not a long walk to many major attractions. The neighbourhood had good restaurants and bars, and Simona gives great recommendations too, and might even take you out. She is so helpful and trustworthy and just really a gentle soul. I would absolutely stay here again. When I was staying there, a couple was renting another room, so it was really fun making friends with them and Simona. It's a very active house, so if really quiet and private is what you're looking for, this probably isn't it. But if you'd like a great experience with locals and other travellers, definitely book with Simona!

  Comments: Simona's apartment is in a perfect location in the city centre. It's a 15 minute walk to the beach and less than 10 minutes to La Ramblas. The facilities are so good, a solid power shower and a really great living area and kitchen. There's also a nice terrace outside the room I stayed in, perfect for a morning coffee.   Comments: Simona, her boyfriend Ben and her friend Caterina were marvelous hosts. Simona wasn't in Barcelona when I arrived, but Ben kindly waited at her apartment to let me in, even though I arrived over an hour delayed. The room I rented is small and a bit hot, but Simona provides a sturdy fan and the room is quite nice. The terrace is beautiful. While I did not interact much with Ben, he was very pleasant, and Simona and Caterina are vivacious and fun-loving people. Caterina took me to one of the "barrio" or neighborhood parties, and Simona both offered to take me out with her friends and gave me great suggestions for restaurants.

  Comments: First time in Barcelona and so happy that my host was Simona. She was so friendly, warming, caring that I had a feeling she's my friend for years! The room is so cute, the terrace and view so beautiful that you just wish to stay there for hours! Much prettier than on the photo... Most of the time I've spend sightseeing Barcelona and one night Simona and her friend Caterina took me out and we had so much fun! She was always there to help me and give me tips about the metro or places in that magic town. And my last night we spend on the beautiful terrace, had great conversation while drinking vine - and I felt like home thanks to her. One thing is for sure - she became a friend of mine and I'll keep on coming back to her charming, warm place! Barcelona & Simona - see you soon and thanks for everything!

Everything was clean and cheerfully decorated, and meeting Simona herself felt just like seeing an old friend. She really took her time to make recommendations around the city. When I mentioned I was thinking about getting a massage after tweaking my back and ankle, she arranged for an appointment with a friend (a professional, obvs) at a great rate. I also found the location very convenient- the neighborhood was interesting and charming, with a ton of delicious food options nearby, and was a quick trot down to La Rambla. I'd stay with Simona again in a heartbeat.

  Comments: Hey there! My stay at Simona's was simply magnificent. It was easy to find the flat, the neighbourhood is great, and close to everything without being crowded by silly tourists. From the moment I said hello to Simona, and got the introduction to the flat, and an amazing amount of information and recommendations to what to do on my stay, it felt like I was a roommate and not an airbnb guest. Simona is simply great, open, sociable, helpful, openminded and overall the best host you can find by a longshot in my experience, only good things to say. When it comes to the flat itself (I lived in the single room), it's great, it has a chill vibe to it, great terrace, great view, very clean, artistic deciration, and everything worked as it should, again there is not a bad thing to say.   Comments: 으음, 첫 날 메트로를 타고 예정시간보단 늦게 도착했습니다 짬짬히 변경 메세지를 했습니다 시설과 룰 설명을 하는데 친절하긴 한데 숨을 몰아쉬며 피곤해하더군요... 다른 룰이 또 있냐 물었더니 문단속만 잘하면 된다더군요 다음날 아침, 드럼세탁기를 쓰려는데 호스트가 아직 깨어있지 않은 관계로 사용방법을 몰라 임의대로 사용했는데 깨어나서 보고는 잘못된 버튼 누르고 사용했는지 "넌 모든 전자기기를 내게 묻지 않고는 사용할 수 없다"라고 두세번 언성 높여말하고는 화를 내더군요........이게 무슨 좀 더 좋게 말할수도 있었을텐데 제가 무슨 이사람 자식도 아니고(...) 이때부터 기분이 상했는데, 컵을 씻고 있으려니 또 주방세제 썼는지 안 썼는지 체크하더군요.... 여기서 끝나지 않고 마지막밤에 피곤해 저녁 6시쯤 돌아와 한숨 자고 분수쇼를 보러 돌아왔더니, 호스트가 남자친구와 크게 음악을 틀어두고 시끄럽게 있더군요 인기척을 했더니 미안하다며 볼륨 줄이겠다더니 그대로였고 그 남자친구는 하루종일 팬티바람였습니다 마냥 편하진 않지요.. 여러모로 불쾌했던 관계로 바르셀로나에서의 기억이 반은 나빠요 별 두 개도 아깝습니다 내가 왜 돈 쓰면서 이런델 묵었는지......... 비추합니다

  Comments: Sehr schönes Zimmer mit Terrasse und tollem Blick über Barcelona in super Lage, das meiste ist zu Fuß erreichbar und zwei Metro-Linien sorgen dafür, dass man auch schnell in den entfernteren Ecken der Stadt ist. The rooftop terrace is a joy to have breakfast on in the morning with an awesome sunrise and sunset to take in.   Comments: I spent 2 weeks at Simona's apartment and had a great time throughout my entire stay. The communication was perfect from the moment I booked the room. Simona called me to make sure I had all the information I needed and to confirm the time of my arrival (which was quite late). However, she welcomed me warmly, showed me around the apartment and gave me advice on grocery shopping (there is a good supermarket 100 meters away), sightseeing and so forth. The apartment was always very clean and the atmosphere friendly. I had my personal shelves in the kitchen as well as in the fridge and was always able to use a the kitchen. It's definitely possible to chat to Simona when she is around but if you prefer your privacy you can close your door and no-one will bother you. A big plus is the access to a private corner of the terrace from the room itself. It's sunny there in morning which is just perfect for having breakfast outside. Also, the apartment is in walking distance to the centre (10 min) as well as the beach (30 min) or if you prefer, it's just a short metro ride away. Overall, I was more than happy with my choice and would recommend Simona's apartment 100%!

  Comments: Stayed in the single room which has direct access to the most amazing rooftop terrace. Perfect for morning coffee, and sunset drinks. Simona was such a great host and gave me great food and wine recommendations. Great neighbourhood close to Apolo nightclub and lots of great local tapas joints. Super close walk to Metro. A wonderful week in Barcelona was made better by staying here. Highly recommend this room for solo travellers. Apartment also has a double room with access to its own private terrace.

  Comments: Simona's apartment is a dreamy bohemian bungalow. I very much enjoyed sitting with a glass of wine or coffee on the terrace overlooking the Barcelona sky. Every night there was a beautiful sunset. Simona was the perfect host. She gave me a list of great live music venues and we even went out together one night!   Comments: Ich habe den Aufenthalt bei Simona sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist super gut gelegen, nur wenige Meter von der Metro-Station "El Paral-el" entfernt. Besonders gefallen hat mir der direkte Zugang zur chilligen Dachterrasse von meinem Zimmer aus. Simona selbst war in der Zeit meines Aufenthalts leider nicht anwesend, sie war aber trotzdem jederzeit für mich erreichbar, was ich sehr zu schätzen wusste.
