Neighborhood Overview: Mongkok is well known as a shopping and dining district, and it’s a major transportation hub of Hong Kong. There is a great variety of shops, restaurants, gyms and supermarkets nearby to make your stay that much more convenient and exciting.

Notes: We are required to sign a rental agreement after you arrive for stay above 28 days; basically to note down your ID details and length of stay.

Transit: Our place is a 1 minute walk from the Mongkok MTR Station (Exit E2) and the airport bus station (One Grand Tower), only 3 minutes from the “East Rail Line” (Exit B) which will take you to Mainland China and most parts of the New Territories. There is also a taxi station right downstairs. You are just minutes away from: MTR directly to the “Central” district Hong Kong Polytechnic University East Station to the “University of Science and Technology City University
