  Comments: Host was welcoming and communicative. Two room apartment had one room unavailable (baby grand piano), main room contains double bed, kitchenette, 1 chair, tiny table, covered storage allowing 2 1/2 foot wide corridor from kitchenette to bath. Host made almost no accommodation for guests. Double bed had 1 sheet, 1 cover, but extremely uncomfortable mattress that prevented sleep. Bathroom had tiny soap bars (from motels), shower curtain had a rip. Very low value for the price.

  Comments: Yang's place was very quiet and academic, its location is perfect too, I stayed with my family there and we wanted to go to Lincoln Center to watch a show, and it was only a 2-minute walk! I was a little worried about the mattress because of the previous review, but I decided to give it a try, it turns out that the mattress was comfortable enough to have a sound sleep, so I would definitely come back again!

  Comments: I had a fantastic stay at Yang's place. It's as described, and fit all my needs for a quick business trip. Great wi-fi, clean, and equipped with all the basic necessities.   Comments: Yang was an excellent host. Despite my luggage got damaged at the airport and we made the check in 1 hour later than disgussed, Yang's mother has taken care of us, helped and gave us a warm welcome. We hightly recommend her nice place for safety stay in NYC.

L'ubicazione è perfetta, la metro è vicina, si può tranquillamaente arrivare a piedi a Time Square. Yang è stata molto disponibile ed i tempi di risposta alle nostre domande sono stati quasi immediati, ci è venuta incontro anche nell'orario di check out, perfetta!

  Comments: Yang's place was awesome! It's conveniently located and has all the things you need to make your stay comfortable! She was quick to respond, and even accommodated a slightly early check-in to drop off bags! We even had the pleasure of meeting her mom, who was so sweet and welcoming! The apartment is just as it says, cozy and convenient! It was exactly what I expected, and made for an amazing home base for my first trip to NYC! I would definitely recommend it!

  Comments: What a bargain! The location is perfect, central to great restaurants and activities, close to the subway and walkable to so many other areas. One thing we appreciated was the neighborhood was pretty quiet, which is wonderful after a long day of sightseeing. The apartment is cozy as stated, but for a trip when you are out for the day it’s just right. It has everything you need. Communication with Yang is so prompt! We really appreciated that. Yang’s mother was delightful as we checked in and out. I would highly recommend and would stay here again.

  Comments: Lovely place. A little bit bigger than a hotel room. Very clean apartment and quiet neighborhood. Bed in the living room could have been a little more comfortable. Everything looked the same as the pictures. There are some wonderful grocery stores near by. Not too far from the subway or bus if you don’t mind walking about 10 minutes. Yang was always quick to respond and very helpful. Her mother made check in really easy. An all around great place to stay in NYC!

  Comments: My girlfriend and I stayed in New York for a 7 day vacation. Yang was extremely accomodating to us. It is in a great location with about a 15 minute walk to time square and other sites and attractions. If I was to book another trip there, I would message Yang again and book her place as it had everything we needed. The picutres also dont do the appartment justice. It is actually much bigger and can comfortably fit 3 people no problem! All-in-all... 5 stars!

  Comments: Yang's place was really nice! A bit of a walk from the subway but clean and nice. It's very hard to find a place in Manhattan as cheap as Yang's, and the Midtown location is nice and central.
