  Comments: Sergio was a great host and the house is really amazing. Very clean and modern with everything you need. Only comment / surprise is that it's VERY close to the motorway and railway so a little noisy if outside (but surprisingly quiet indoors).

  Comments: We very much enjoyed our stay in Sérgio's town house. It's lovely decorated, spacious, and all in all a great place to stay when in Porto. We very much enjoyed the fact that it was so close to the metro so getting into town was very convenient. Communication with Sérgio was great and he was very helpful. Although we had a great experience, we have a couple of remarks. The stairs to the top floor were a little scary to walk (and very scary to have our child walk) - so perhaps installing a banister would help. We thought the apartment was overall very clean, but the floor was not (downstairs)... so if you like to take off your shoes indoor, you will get dirty feet. While the house is very close to the metro, parts of the neighborhood seemed a little unsafe at night (though in the house, which is walled, you do feel secure).

  Comments: Das kleine Haus von Sergio vermittelt gleich den Eindruck, dass es nicht für die Vermietung saniert wurde, sondern ursprünglich für die Eigennutzung bestimmt war. Entsprechend aufwendig ist die Ausstattung und vor allem ziemlich komplett. Es gibt sogar Platz zum Spielen für die Kinder, einen Abstellplatz für ein Auto und einen großen Außenbereich mit Grill und Hängematte. Gerade für eine große Familie und für längere Aufenthalte hat das Haus ein geniales Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Wer die Ruhe eines Silence-Hotels sucht, wäre in der Nähe des Stadions und der Nähe des angrenzenden Verkehrs nicht gut aufgehoben. Im 1. OG gibt es eine Klimaanlage! Im Haus sind zwei Bäder. Es ist alles neu. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die Person des Vermieters selbst. Er war wirklich wie ein privater Gastgeber, hat uns geholfen und sogar gute Tipps für den Aufenthalt gegeben. So etwas ist am Anfang sehr wichtig. so eine umfangreiche Hilfe wird man selten finden. Sein Angebot zur Unterstützung ist auch sehr ernst gemeint. Es gibt hinter dem Stadion ein großes Einkauszentrum. Der Foodbereich ist im UG. Dort gibt es alles, auch bio und vegan (Celerio). Wir können Sergio in jeder Weise empfehlen. Vielen Dank!   Comments: Sergio is extremely kind and helpful. He gives attention to feedback and does everything he can to make sure the host feels comfortable. There is a metro station close to his house so you can get to downtown Porto very easily.

  Comments: Fantastic house! Really nicely built and decorated, with a mix of modern and amazing antique furniture. Kitchen has everything you need (minus a kettle - unless we just couldn't find it?). Location is great for visiting the city, beaches and wineries by car. You are right by the junctions to the motorway so access is easy. Huge supermarket a 2 minute drive away in the mall. Despite being next to the motorway the house is very quiet. We even had no issues sitting out in the lovely garden in the late afternoon/evening after returning from day trips. We do live in London though, so are used to some background noise. Brilliant that you have safe, secure off street parking. Would highly recommend visiting Sergio's property. As for Sergio, he replied almost instantly to all messages and was accommodating to our requests - setting up a cot for our son. Thank you Sergio.
