  Comments: Квартира действительно находится в 1-2 минутах ходьбы от площади Таксим и к главной прогулочной улицы всего Стамбула. 3 этаж, маленькая и уютная. Холодильник и мини-кухня отлично подойдут тем,кто иногда хочет что-то приготовить. Спальное место и в целом интерьер очень милые. Однако, фото не соответствует той квартире,которую мне дали. Квартиры между собой как близнецы, но с разным расположением окон и дверей. Нам дали не ту,что в объявлении. Повторюсь, это никак не испортило впечатление, так как они практически не отличаются. Окна выходят на соседний дом, который буквально в 2-3 метрах, поэтому шторы всегда были закрыты. Цена радует. Рядом находятся различные рестораны, обмены денег и небольшие магазины. Ergun -хороший хозяин, нас нисколько не беспокоил. Если возникали вопросы, то стучали в его дверь (он живет этажом ниже) и всегда получали помощь. Соседи и другие шумы не беспокоили, уличного шума тоже не было. Так что квартиру рекомендую)

  Comments: Ergun was very respectful man and so cooperative. He contacted before arriving and guided me to his apartment. He is very lovely and always smile and has a quick response. I advice to deal with him. The only two issues for me : First the studio was so small and you need to take your loggaege to upper stairs until you get the elevator. Actually I say many thanks to mr Ergun.

  Comments: We have been in the studio for 13 nights , Ergun was always presents and houpful , the llcation was perfect near to everything ,there was just the probleme of cleaning but you can do it yourself all was disponible . If i come back to istanbul Ergun will be our distination ..thank you verry much

  Comments: Ergun is great and attentive, the apartment is no frills but is exactly as advertised. Its super clean, secure a great location. The toilet and bathroom are very small so might be a bit too intimate for a couple to share but I found if perfect for a solo traveler.

Он Быстро отвечает на все интересующие вопросы По возможностям если квартира свободна раньше чем запланированный заезд он не откажет вам заехать раньше ! Квартира в центре Таксим где все находится в 5 минутах ( метро , рестораны, продуктовые магазины, шопинг ) Квартира уютная и есть все необходимые приспособления ( мини кухня , утюг, телевизор , стиральная машина ,горячая вода и WiFi) Ночью отлично спали с открытым окном и особого шума на улице не было ( район спокойный) Ergun всегда отвечал быстро на наши вопросы и помогал в наших вопросах ) Я с радостью вернусь снова !

  Comments: The location for me was perfect as I was there for a training course in the neighborhood. The studio is 2 minutes from Taksim square and therefore close to the main restaurant area and shopping streets in this region and 20mins from Galata tower. Taksim also has decent public transportation opportunities to go to other places in the city. Additionally, the apartment was just 5mins from the Havabüs shuttle busses to the Sabiha Gökçen Airport. The studio is small and cute and had everything that I needed and Ergun was quick to respond and a really nice guy. The only minor comments I have would be the noise from the busy street outside and the mosque. I would also recommend Ergun to provide some extra blankets for the colder evenings in autumn/wintertime :).
