  Comments: Jonathan was a great host, and the apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable. There were three in our party and each person had his own space and a bed to sleep in, which is a pretty big luxury in NYC at this price point. Jonathan was very attentive, and was able to quickly accommodate requests for an iron, a fan, and a spare set of keys shortly after our arrival. All communication was excellent and we were confident that if we needed anything, Jonathan would be available quickly. Location for the apartment is a short walk from a major subway line which will get you into the heart of things in Manhattan. It's clear that this area of Harlem is "up and coming" but we felt safe in and around the apartment. I recommend Jonathan and this apartment without hesitation.

  Comments: Nous (2 adultes et 1 enfant) avons passé 4 nuits dans l'appartement de Jonathan à Harlem. L'appartement est magnifique, très bien équipé et dispose de tout ce dont on avait besoin. Nous avons fait quelques achats pour remplir un peu le frigo et étions prêts à vivre comme des Newyorkais durant quelques jours. La petite cour privative, équipée d'un grill, est un plus non négligeable. Last, but not least, Jonathan est une personne très sympa, pas compliquée, qui a rapidement répondu à nos question. Il nous avait préparé un petit "guide" pratique qui nous a permis, entre autres, de découvrir un resto fantastique, le Red Rooster, à ne manquer sous aucun prétexte. Le quartier est plein de vie, très bien placé, et si nous devions retourner à NY,, nous irions, sans hésiter, à nouveau habiter chez Jonathan. A + A + D

Il est situé près d'une station de métro et le quartier est vivant et agréable . Jonathan et son ami, son discret mais très disponible si besoin . Nous espérons pouvoir revenir à New York et sans hésitation reviendrons chez Jonathan .

El primer piso tiene el todo lo necesario para el día a día, solo el sofá cama un poco incómodo. el barrio me gusto mucho, todo para comprar y al lado del metro. con Jonathan no hablamos mucho, pero se nota que tiene todo preparado para recibirte de buena forma. 2-level department that I really liked, the two bedrooms are very comfortable and with everything you need to serve 3 people. The first floor has everything you need for day to day, only slightly uncomfortable sofa bed. I really liked the neighborhood, all to buy and next to the subway. Jonathan did not talk much, but it shows that you have everything ready to receive you in good shape.

  Comments: Our hosts met us upon arrival, and as it was raining, gave us an umbrella. The home was spacious, clean and had everything we needed. The internet connection was not very stable, which is probably fine for most folks, but we work remotely and it was noticeable with our usage patterns. The neighborhood is great, but we felt very much like we were part of the gentrification problem: which we are. So it felt uncomfortable. But, everything we needed was nearby and there were great places for food, coffee etc...

  Comments: Magnifique appartement, propre, très bien équipé. Situation parfaite à 3 min de la station 145 street et à 15 min de Time Square via la ligne express. A l etage chambre double et chambre simple avec chacune leur salle de bain. Literie excellente. Au rez-de-chaussée salon cuisine avec canapé lit double. Matérielle propre et neuf. Jonathan nous a préparé un détails des principaux commerces et restaurant du coin. Très bien organisé. Je recommande Jonathan sans hésiter à tout niveau! Merci encore!

  Comments: Wir waren als Familie (4 erwachsene) in der Unterkunft von Jonathan. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und bot ausreichend Platz. Harlem ist ein super Ausgangspunkt, um NY zu erkunden. Die Metro ist 5 Minuten entfernt und man ist in 15 Minuten in Manhattan. Klasse ist auch, das man direkt vom JFK mit der Metro ohne umsteigen zur Unterkunft kommt. Kleiner Tipp zum frühstücken: the sugar hill cafe (5 Minuten von der Unterkunft entfernt)

  Comments: You will love this place. The neighborhood was wonderful! You have to go to the Italian restaurant Fumo. The spinach salad was to die for. Johnathan was so responsive and the place was great. My sister said she doesn't see any reason to stay any other place when we come to New York. We walked a lot. Lyft/Uber is always 5 mins or less away. We didn't take the subway at all but there is a station up the hill and one block over. You will not be disappointed.

  Comments: This apartment was very clean and cozy. It was what we were expecting and then some. The queen size bed was extremely comfortable, the twin not so much but my 11 year old slept in it and had no complaints. The host Jonathon was very kind and communicated well with us throughout our stay. The only thing that I would mention that was a problem for us was that there was only a mini refrigerator which was fine because we ate out most of the time, however we had problems having ice for our adult beverages because the freezer was not big enough for bagged ice and there was no ice maker, this is not a complaint only constructive criticism...

  Comments: Estivemos no apartamento eu, minha esposa e minha filha de 4 anos. O apartamento é exatamente como descrito nas fotos. O processo de check-in e check-out foi super simples. Tudo no apartamento é novo e estava limpo e bem organizado. Fica a poucos metros de uma estação do metrô o que nos propiciou visitar toda New York de metrô. Alugamos carro somente um dia para ir a New Jersey e não encontramos vaga na rua, porém, conseguimos deixar em um estacionamento pago 24 horas na rua de trás. O apartamento fica também a poucos metros de tudo que se precisa para a estadia: supermercados, farmácia e restaurantes. Chegamos tarde várias vezes e não sentimos nenhum problema de segurança. A comunicação com Jonathan foi sempre muito rápida. Ele nos ajudou bastante em nossa estadia em New York. Muito obrigado!

  Comments: We had a fabulous 9 days in the apartment. It was very well equipped and very clean. Nice outside seating area, but it was a bit cool to use, which was a shame. The apartment is private and extremely quiet at night. The neighbourhood was great. All amenities were within a 5 minute walk, including food store, banks, subway and liquor store. We ate out locally a couple of times at The Edge - recommend it. Lovely bistros with several food influences and the Grange. Food here was also excellent and we were treated to live jazz on the Sunday. We'd highly recommend a stroll through St Nicholas Park. Despite being in Harlem, we could get the express train to downtown Manhattan in 15 minutes. Local people were very friendly, saying hello, as we walked up the street. There was a previous comment from another renter about the fridge size. It's actually a standard UK under the counter fridge with an ice box. Perfect to meet our needs as we are in most evenings. We would highly recommend this accommodation. It took us just over an hour to get there from the apartment and it only cost us $7.75 each. It was also great for us that there was a flexible check out time as our flight wasn't until 10pm. If we were in a hotel, we would have been wandering around New York with suit cases. Instead we were able to go for a walk through the parks and take our time getting the airport without any stress. We didn't get to meet Jonathan but communication was excellent. We did get to meet Kieran (apologies if spelling is wrong!), who was very friendly and asked if we needed anything.

It is easy to go downtown and Supermarkets, Starbucks or anything you might need is just around the corner. I can strongly recommend to anyone to stay in this place!! We absolutely loved it!!   Comments: Wir verbrachten im August 6 Tage in Jonathan's Wohnung. Insgesamt waren wir fünf Personen. Der erste Eindruck war überragend. Die Wohnung ist hell, modern und sehr sauber. Es gibt zwei Schlafzimmer (1x Doppelbett / 1x Einzelbett) jeweils mit Bad. Die dritte Schlafmöglichkeit befindet im Wohnzimmer. Insgesamt ist die Wohnung sehr offen geschnitten und super ausgesattet. Die Nähe zur Subway (3 min) ist optimal. Zum Times Square braucht man ca 20 min. Des Weiteren befindet sich auch ein Supermarkt in nächster Umgebung. Der Check-in & Check - out verlief einfach und schnell. Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig. Wir fühlten uns während unserem ganzen Aufenthalts sicher.

  Comments: Le logement de Jonathan est très bien situé, à 2 min du métro où vous trouverez les lignes A B C D. Les lignes A et D sont des lignes express qui vous permettent de retrouver le coeur de Manhattan (midtown) en 20 min à peu près. Les photos décrivent très bien le logement qui est vraiment très propre et très fonctionnel. Les lits sont confortables et les chambres ont chacune leur salle de bain avec WC et placard de rangement. La chambre double donne sur la terrasse à l'arrière et la chambre simple sur la rue à l'avant de la maison. Le quartier est plutôt calme à part les discussions qui ont lieues en terrasse d'une maison juste à côté. Nous n'avons pas rencontré Jonathan pendant notre séjour d'une semaine mais toutes les informations sur l'arrivée et le fonctionnement de la maison étaient bien détaillées. Et nous avions ses coordonnées au cas où.

  Comments: Very nice place. Easy check in process. The place was extremely clean on arrival. Great set up if you have 4-5 people in your party. Having 2.5 bathrooms was really nice. Jonathan was a fantastic host, he responded immediately to all questions. The place is located a little bit uptown, but it's a short Uber or subway to downtown. There's a great breakfast place called the edge Harlem down the street. Also, the bed in the master was very comfortable.

  Comments: L'appartement sur deux niveaux est fonctionnel, bien équipé (lave vaiselle, lave linge et sèche linge, vaisselle...) Il est bien situé : le métro n'est pas loin. Nous étions trois et avions chacune notre espace couchage. Deux supermarchés pratiques (l'un mieux achalandé que l'autre) tout près, ouverts très tard...Nous nous sommes toujours senties en sécurité dans le quartier même très tard.

  Comments: Nous étions 4 filles, nous avons passé 10nuits dans l'appartement. Avant notre arrivée, jonathan nous a envoyé un message pour nous expliquer comment nous rendre à l'appartement et comment récupérer les clés. Il n'était pas présent, mais il nous a laissé les instructions et des conseils pour notre séjour sur une feuille dans la cuisine. L'appartement est très bien équipé (télé connectée, wifi, produits d'entretien..) La literie est super confortable mais les stores ne sont pas assez occultant. Il faut également savoir que les voisins sont assez bruyants surtout le matin vers 7h-8h (pour les personnes qui dorment dans la grande chambre). Il y avait en tout 3 toilettes dans l'appartement (1 au RDC et 2 dans les salles de bains des 2 chambres). Quartier vivant, nous ne nous sommes pas senties en insécurité même en rentrant après minuit. Nous recommandons cet endroit très bon rapport qualité prix.

Tiene a una cuadra estación del metro, super mercado, banco, locales de comida, etc. La zona se percibe segura y muy bien cuidada en lo que respecta a servicios publicos. Respecto al departamento, es espacioso; con todos los servicios (lava vajillas, horno, tostador, estufa, aire acondicionado, lavadora de ropa, secadora, etc). La limpieza es impecable. Es una excelente opción para visitar NYC y conocer Harlem.

  Comments: Very nice and clean apartment. Good location out of vehicle trafic noise. In the house there was all we needed (dishwashes, barbecue, a/c etc.....).The A/C unit was quiet. We liked the neighborhood and the subway is near! Jonathan was available and responded quickly to any question. The space was comfortable for my family and me (4 adults and 1 child) but the table in the kitchen is for 4 people and it is too small .

  Comments: We enjoyed our stay in Harlem. We found the area to be safe and close to the subway. There were many local spots to have a meal and coffee. The unit itself was fresh and clean and large enough for 4 guests. Having a washer & dryer was a nice touch. I’m not sure when the unit was renovated but it was still in like new condition. Our host Jonathan communicated well before and during our stay. We are looking forward to staying here again!

Tout était très propre à notre arrivée. Les 2 chambres sont confortables. La cuisine est très bien équipée.
