  Comments: A estadia no Beach Manor excedeu as expectativas. O apartamento tem condições ótimas de habitabilidade, é espaçoso e apresenta bons acabamentos de reconstrução. Os equipamentos de cozinha são de boa qualidade, o mobiliário e a decoração de bom gosto. A localização do apartamento na Foz do Douro, o passeio marítimo, os seus jardins, as esplanadas e as praias, tornam este lugar privilegiado. Voltaremos por todas estas razões e pela simpatia da assistente que nos recebeu, o diligente apoio telefónico do Jorge e o profissionalismo da Concierge.

  Comments: We enjoyed our stay here very much! The place was very clean and comfortable. It was right by the ocean, shops, grocery store, restaurants and bars. The flat was modern and new. Highly recommended. Transportation (bus) nearby. Wonderful!

  Comments: We stayed at the appartment for 5 days and had a nice stay. It's nearby the sea in a quiet area of porto. You find everthing you need, even for a longer stay. There's a washing maschine, dish washer, mirco wave etc. We enjoyed our time there and would go book again! The only negative point: we had to wait a long time in front of the appartment to get our keys, because of an organisational missunderstanding - annoying but I guess it isn't usual.

  Comments: The apartment is exactly like on the photos: clean, modern, right next to the beach and spacious enough for a family of four. The bathroom and bedrooms are very nice and big. Super market is two minutes walking from the apartment. Porto city center is a 15 minute bus ride away. Communication with the host was always fast and clear. We were even provided with a welcoming gift! There are, however, two downsides: the apartment is not equipped with an airconditioner or fan (which is not disastrous, but it can get pretty hot if you're not used to Portugese summers), and sounds from upstairs neighbours and the busy road it lies on can be heard at night. If you're a light sleeper, I suggest taking soundproof earplugs with you. Otherwise, it's a beautiful apartment if you want to enjoy both the city center of Porto and the beach!

  Comments: Beautiful appartement on a great spot very close to the beach. Just a 1 minute walk. Unfortunately the noise of the traffic near the house was load. Take the historical tram to the old city of Porto, it is very convenient. Many good restaurants in the neighborhood. The interior of the apartment is very new. Good beds, bathroom nice and clean. Great. We loved our stay in this great place.

  Comments: Très bel appartement, propre, spacieux, bien situé et très bien équipé. Stationnement pour la voiture toujours disponible à proximité.   Comments: The apartment is really spacious and new with a dishwasher and a washing machine. It is although quite noisy mainly because of the road. As we were staying already in Porto we asked if it was possible to drop off our luggage before 14 o clock which wasn't possible and check in wasn't complety easy but overall it was good.

  Comments: I stayed only 2 days but the way I was welcomed was perfect with on top of it a big bottle of wine, of water and a map of Porto... What more can you ask for? The apartment was very nice and as described on the pictures : with 2 rooms with double beds. A nice bathroom with a big shower and a toilet + an additional separate toilet . The kitchen was well equipped with everything needed . The neighborhood was very nice and really close to the beach ( 1 minute walk true a little tunnel) Perfect for running or biking along the coast At least 2 supermarkets in the same street and bakeries+ Less than 15' minutes drive to the airport and 15' to city center . Many different buses + the old tramway and double decks hop on hop off buses . The perfect place to stay if you want to combine beach holidays and visits .

  Comments: Le quartier est très sympa, à 100m de la plage. L'appartement est grand et lumineux, avec vue sur l'océan. Nous avons vraiment beaucoup apprécié cette expérience !

  Comments: We met Renato at exactly the time that we had planned. He was very helpful and explained all the necessary information to us, supermarket, bakery,cafés, transport into the Centre of Porto etc. The place is in a great location just one minute from a very pretty beach and the local people nearby were very friendly and helpful. Jorge and his team were great. Thank you for a lovely relaxing time.

  Comments: It was my third time in Porto and I wanted a place around the Foz area cause I really like it there. Lots of parking available and quite a lively area with spectacular bars/restaurants right on the beach (the beach is not the best though) Jorge's place is, quite frankly, spectacular. A 2 bedroom appartment with absolutely everything you may need. We even cooked there and it felt like home. The style of the place is very modern, comfy leather couch and all. The host was very punctual and we had no problems at all As a summary, I certainly recommend both the place and the host. It was a pleasure and I am already looking forward to being back there again

  Comments: The apartment is absolutely fantastic! It is only steps from the beautiful beach area of Foz do Douro and was very spacious and clean. Jorge was great with communication and always available if needed. If you are looking for a nice place to stay in Foz, then I would recommend this place.

  Comments: O apartamento é fantástico, muito bem equipado e confortável. Localizado na melhor zona do Porto com estacionamento fácil e gratuito nas proximidades o que nos permitiu quase sempre andar a pé. Fomos com o nosso bebé e tivemos apenas um problema com o aquecimento que só pode ser regulado centralmente e por isso a casa estava sempre feia, e só ficou resolvido no ultimo dia de 4. Tirando isso uma estadia foi perfeita. Recomendamos. O apartamento é muito confortável, com uma vista ótima e muito bem equipado. As camas sao muito confortáveis. A equipa do Porto Concierge ofereceu-nos à chegada uma garrafa de água e de vinho para melhorar o ótimo serviço de acolhimento. Vamos repetir!

  Comments: Our stay here was really great. From the moment we checked in they were very attentive and had very open communication. The property looked exactly as it did in the pictures, I would even say it was better. There was a lot of space, the kitchen was very well stocked and clean. There was an extra half bathroom, which we weren't expecting but was very nice to have. And the bedrooms were big, very nicely decorated, and the beds were fantastic. My group and I really enjoyed our stay here and would not think twice before staying here again!

  Comments: This condo is just as described. It's in a great location near public transit and if you prefer to just hang about the neighborhood it's a few steps out the front door. The condo is modern, clean and quiet. And the beds are super comfy!

  Comments: We had a very enjoyable stay at Beach Manor. The flat was as bright as advertised and very convenient for two couples. The location was perfect, with restaurants and shops within walking distance and handy public transport to the centre of Porto. We had no issue finding parking spots on the street for our car. On the (minor) negative side, we thought a second set of keys should have been provided when the place is for two couples and you require the key to get out of the building. The washing machine did not tumble dry clothes so a dryer would have been handy. Last I had to fix the TV myself as it was not working, but in the end we never watched it anyway :-)

  Comments: It is a very nice and comfortable appartment very well located if you like beach and walking. No metro station around but there is a good bus connection with the city centre and Matosinhos area if one wants to visit more than Foz quarter. I can recommend this offer.

  Comments: Wir haben uns in der schönen, gepflegten Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Mit Geschmack eingerichtet, sauber, tolle Lage - alles hat gepasst. Während der vergangenen kalten Tage in Porto haben wir auch die gut funktionierende Heizung sehr geschätzt. Wer gerne ganz ruhig schläft, sollte sich vielleicht Ohrenstöpsel mitbringen, da die Schlafzimmer auf der Straßenseite liegen. Check-in war sehr freundlich und reibungslos, wir können den Augfenthalt insgesamt wirklich nur loben.

  Comments: El piso es bonito y está muy bien situado. El problema fue que sólo tiene radiadores eléctricos que tardan mucho en calentar y estaban bloqueados a una temperatura concreta. Tardaron más de tres horas en decirnos comobdesbloquearlos y el piso, sobre todo el salón comedor tardo un dia en coger calor
