  Comments: Mali a su répondre avec rapidité et professionnalisme à chacun de mes messages. Appartement propre, bien situé et très calme pour ceux qui souhaitent se rendre vers la mosquée bleue ainsi que les autres monuments prisés de cette magnifique ville. Possibilité de faire ses courses dans la même rue ainsi qu'un commerce situé juste en dessous qui propose des plats à emporter. Je vous recommande Mali sans hésitation. Romain

  Comments: Мали очень дружелюбен и отзывчев. Я много раз обращался за помощью к нему, и мгновенно получал ответ. Квартирка уютная, все удобства были. Чисто и светло. Район в самом центре старого города, от куда легко добраться ко всем достопримечательностям. Мы были зимой, и когда заехали в комнату, было очень холодно, так как отопления нету, но была горячая вода и кондиционер, которые к итогу исправили положение. Все понравилось.

  Comments: PERFECT LOCATION just a few streets way from all the locations you want to be in ISTANBUL, The Blue Mosque, Hagia Sophia, the Basilica cistern, Topkapi palace, Hagia Irene and so much more! you can save lost of money, transportation,and tours that you can do on your own from this strategic location! on the first level of the same building, there is a shop that sell traditional pastries and bread, DO NOT MISS THE BOREK! 20 mts. away in the corner a little supermarket with all the things and supplies you need, (beer as well) the apartment by itself is really what you need, really clean and in perfect condition with a clean kitchen and fridge. Mali is super responsive, and is the sort of Host that fixes things right away, not a common thing in many places! if you are still with me on this review... do not hesitate, book now! you won't regret it!

  Comments: We had a nice host at Mali's place! He wasn't there but all was pretty well organized. The studio is realy close to the blue mosque an Hagia Sophia only 5 min. to walk. At the bathroom ceiling is mold and it smells abit like that, but we had no problems with that. The wifi doesn't work. The communication with Mali was nice and quick. Greetings

  Comments: Nice studio. Really close to ayasofia. Surroundings are streets of restaurants and art shops. The host is nice and facilitates are all good for use. Downstairs is a mini market where you can buy most of your needs.

  Comments: Konumu gayet güzel,ücret olarak uygun, mini marketteki çalışanlar ihtiyacımız olan her durumda yardımcı olup ilgilendiler.. 3 aile 3 farklı dairede kaldık lakin temizlik konusun da hepimiz aynı fikirdeyiz malesef çok kötüydü.. sadece çarşaflar değiştirilip , temiz havlu bırakılmıştı.. banyo,tuvalet, aynalar çok kirliydi, gözle görülür yerler idareten toplanmış geri kalan çoğu yerlerde bir önceki gelenlerden kalan kullanılmış mendiller, dökülmüş saçlar hala duruyordu.. keşke daha hijyenik olsaydı , içimize sinerek kalabilseydik..

  Comments: I'm really happy that I found this place! Perfectly located studio with comfortable bed and nice view from the window. There is also fully equipped kitchen in the studio. Definitely recommended for everyone. Though Mali wasn’t there, he answered all our questions by phone and provided us with all necessary information and support. Budget travelers should also visit home-made food restaurant right next to the house. The owner, Murat, serves traditional Turkish dishes made by his mom. He will give you some useful tips about where to go for the best kebab or seafood in the city.

  Comments: Before I found Mali's place I was thinking about one near the Galata Tower. (My mom 70 would have had hard time walking up the hill and stairs. The Galata Tower is on the top of a hill.)As we came Istanbul we were happy I'd made reservations for Mali's studio. It's less than 5 min. walk from the Blue Mosque. 2min. away from the restaurant with the nice Turkish breakfast and sea view. In the morning from 7-9 you can buy fresh simit (turkish bagel) right under you window and in the afternoons they sell different turkish dishes. We used to buy when we were tired to go eat out. The staff was super helpful and friendly. If you want to save on yout accommodation and have more budget to spend on entertainment, this place is for you. Hope to come back again someday!

  Comments: Good place, 9 - 10 minutes walk to blue mosque, aya sofia and topkapi palace, near souvenier bazaar as well, the price not so different with grand bazaar. although the walk to the the attraction a bit going up, but not a problem since going back home will be going down. If you like to enjoy the old city this is a good place. To bring kids or baby also comfortable as it is spacious. Mali gave such quick response. Amazing and help us gave info about Istanbul and where to go as well. He gave ua info abt transportation price etc. Great, really helpfu for us who have no plan befor visiting istanbul.

  Comments: Apartment is different to the photos. The whole building is made for airbnb apartments but the pictures were from another apartment. Our apartment was really old and dirty, like in communist times. Almost no appliances in the kitchen. I have never seen such an old electric stove. Dirty carpet in the living room. I would also not recommend this location. The apartment is situated in the old city, not far from Blue Mosque but this is the most touristic area of Istanbul, everything is much more expensive there. If you want to explore Istanbul, I would suggest staying somewhere around Galata tower or Taksim square.

  Comments: We booked the room 6 but were accommodated to another one (4 or 7, do not remember – I realized it only after I left it). Its condition was a little bit worse than on photos, the worst is that there are a lot of molds on the ceiling and in the corner of the shower. But in total, I liked this studio. It has a good location, pretty comfortable, well cleaned.

  Comments: Wir waren 10 Tage in Istanbul und haben uns in diesem Apartment sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Apartment verfügt über eine kleine Einbauküche, die kochen ermöglicht. Das Apartment wird täglich gereinigt und die Handtücher gewechselt. Der Wlan Anschluss war leider sehr langsam. Die Lage ist direkt an der Küste zwischen der Hagia Sophia und der Sultan Ahmet Moschee. Jeder Tag begann und endete somit mit einem sehr tollen Spaziergang ☺️ Bei der Anreise muss man sich bei dem zuständigen Hotel (ich glaube Spindel) anmelden. Dieses befindet sich direkt um die Ecke und die Rezeption ist 24 Stunden besetzt. Sehr freundliches Personal ☺️
