  Comments: My family and I stayed here for 8 nights. Although we did not get a chance to meet Manos, he went above and beyond! He made sure we got the keys, kept great communication to make sure we were ok, and was an overall awesome host! The pictures are accurate, the place nice and quiet. The bed was very comfortable, air conditioners worked well and there is an elevator. His place is also centrally located, so it made seeing NYC super easy. If/when we are in NY we hope we can stay there again. Thank you so much Manos, you were a perfect host!!!

  Comments: Manos's apartment overall is pretty satisfying. It describes exactly the same as it is on Airbnb page. The room is clean and cozy. The location is convenient to everywhere. A lot good rating restaurants are nearby. We spent a great time here. The host responds quickly and always asked us if we need anything or whether we are good. I would suggest to stay here if you are coming with 2-3 people.

  Comments: Manos is a great host! Always easy to get in touch of and made sure everything was going well. The place is perfect! Good size apartment / Plenty of space! The balcony is a big bonus! The location itself is prime. A very relaxed part of Manhattan. A short walk to many different venues and definitely a lot of good places to eat. Would definitely recommend this place to everyone!

  Comments: Manos is a great host. He was available whenever you needed him. The apartment is perfectly how he describes it and it is easy to get anywhere from there. Me and my friend stayed there for nearly 3 weeks and our stay was amazing. I would definitely want to stay there aging in my next visit.

  Comments: Fantastic host. Very accommodating. Helps you settle in and check out. Always available for any question you have. The flat is as described. Large couch, with huge TV with Roku and PS4!Shower has good pressure though not the best. Water is hot. Oven working perfect. No microwave. Fridge with freezer. Balcony is a huge plus for smokers. A lot of closet space to hang your stuff. Central heating, so warm flat in winter. However when its warm outside can get too warm inside. Large Elevator available in the building. Closest subway station is 23rd street madison garden. Around 7-10 minutes walk. Green line subway is closer, around 5 minutes walk. All in all, best stay could have wished for!

  Comments: Manos' place is just as pictured and described. We enjoyed the area, especially Madison Square Park and we were able to make the sleeping arrangements work with 2 adults and 2 little kids. It was very quiet at night. Overall, a great trip.

  Comments: LOVED LOVED LOVED Mano's Apartment! I will be staying here again without a doubt. The location is amazing, your blocks from the best of the city and yet it's not overrun by tourists. Madison Square Park is a couple blocks and is so fun! We went to a broadway show and it was a convenient UBeR away. I only took the subway once to say I did but I am not sure if it's good for that. I used UBERs and UBeR eats almost Daily, very easy for the locale. The balcony is the gem of this spot, it's so nice to have. I highly recommend staying here!!!! It's so easy and Manos made everything simple. It was a magical trip from beginning to the end :)

  Comments: We loved Manos' place!! unbelievably quiet- secure and handy to subway (especially the phenomenal station at The New York Life Insurance Co. on Madison Ave.) To be able to soak in a tub at the end of the day was a delight! Manos was easy to reach and very helpful. We had a great 6 days and Manos and his place helped make it that way

  Comments: El apartamento es perfecto para dos o tres personas, con todas las comodidades para una gran estadía. Buena localización y fácil acceso al transporte público, aunque si se está dispuesto, se puede ir caminando a lugares icónicos de NY! El balcón es un gran plus, algo raro en esa ciudad. Y el punto maximo es sin duda, Manos, excelente anfitrión siempre dispuesto a ayudar en caso de necesidad. Súper, súper host! 46 dias de maravilla que agradezco de todo corazón!

  Comments: I stayed at Gianni’s apartment for 32 days, and I couldn’t have asked for a better home away from home! The place was very accurate; cozy and beautifully furnished. Kitchen and bathroom were totally clean, which was of high importance to me. Not only were all kitchen appliances existent - from toaster, to food processor - but also of good quality. The location and building are both extremely safe. I felt at ease at any time of the day. Another advantage is that the apartment is within a short walking distance to subway stations, Madison park , Empire State, clothing stores, restaurants, pharmacies, and organic health food stores! As for the host, Gianni has a truly kind character. Even though I had arrived a little late to the apartment on my first day, he was understanding and made me feel comfortable. Furthermore, he took the time to show me around the neighborhood. He was also very responsive and willing to help at any time, literally! Once I was locked out of the apartment at 11 pm, I reached out to him and he came for help a few minutes later. It was a wonderful stay, and I highly recommend this home.

  Comments: We stayed in Manos' place for 10 nights. The apartment was great and it quickly felt like home. It has everything you need - equipped kitchen, nice living room with a TV + media like Netflix. In 5-10 minutes you can get into a subway, and if you come back a little late, the neighborhood is safe and quiet. We did have some issues during our stay, obviously, but Manos was very communicative and responsive and helped with everything. For example, the elevator didn't work. We also had to check in very early and check out very late, but Manos suggested many helpful options for us - which we were very satisfied with. This was our first time on Airbnb, and like we told Manos, that was definitely a positive experience on our side. we highly recommend Manos' place!
