  Comments: The apartment is great, excellent location and everything is brand new ! Pedro checked us in, he was very kind, told us everything we needed to know, and we even had some Porto wine at our arrival. The only downside was the occasional noise outside (people shouting). Would definitely recommend !

  Comments: Apartamento bonito y acogedor en el centro de Oporto, muy bien situado cerca de todas las atracciones de la ciudad: monumentos, barrio de la Ribera, metro, etc. Muy nuevo y limpio. Las únicas pegas: no hay ascensor ni climatización (aire acondicionado ni calefacción). Pero seguro que Manuela se encargará de acondicionarlo pronto. Es una estupenda anfitriona.

  Comments: Très bon séjour dans cet appartement parfaitement situé au centre ville. Manuela a gentillement ajouté un lit bébé pour nous et les voyageurs suivants. Pas de clim et quelques bruits dans la rue piétonne le soir, mais rien de grave. Très bon appartement.

  Comments: Nous avons passé un super séjour à Porto, l'appartement est bien aménagé et est situé au cœur du quartier historique il y a donc pas besoin de voiture. Notre hôte travail dans un magasin en bas de l'immeuble ce qui a facilité notre arrivée.

  Comments: Great apartment! Ideal location in the centre of Porto: a few steps from Sao Bento station, and a few minutes' walk from Ribeira on one side, and all other main attractions on the other (Sé, Torre dos Clérigos...). The apartment is stylish and comfortable, Manuela is a very kind host. I would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting Porto!

  Comments: Our apartment was located in a renovated building that only contains airbnb properties. Its location is central, it is perfect to visit Porto, everything can be done on foot. Manuela was waiting for us on the tin store located on the ground floor. She was quite nice and offered us helpful advise on parking and local restaurants. The apartment itself looks exactly like the pictures and it is big enough for a couple and a kid. It is modern and nicely decorated. The kitchen is basically equipped, don't expect to cook there but you have everything for breakfast (do buy/bring tea and coffee). The bedroom is comfortable. Though it doesn't overlook Muzinho da Silveira street, which is quite a busy, you can still hear some noise at night and in the morning evening but nothing too bothering. We though it was a good price for money, especially as we booked it shortly before our arrival.

  Comments: L'appartement est très agréable : immeuble refait à neuf, appartement très fonctionnel, très propre, et super bien placé dans Porto. Manuela est très gentille et prend le temps de nous accueillir. Son magasin - situé en bas de l'immeuble - permet de laisser ses affaires le jour de l'arrivée ou du départ. Le seul bémol concerne la cour intérieure sur laquelle donnent les appartements 2 et 4 : elle est squattée par quelques marginaux un peu bruyants certains soirs. Nous sommes tout de même ravis par notre séjour et retournerons chez Manuela !

  Comments: Manuela war stets erreichbar. Sie antwortete sehr schnell. Die Beschreibung der Unterkunft ist i. O. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr günstig zwischen Fluss und Sao Bento-Bahnhof gelegen, das ist wohl der größte Vorteil. Auf die Drogensüchtigen im Hinterhof und die recht laute Atmosphäre in der Nacht muss dringend hingewiesen werden. Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis war i. O. Es ist eine zweckmäßige Unterkunft für nicht allzu hohe Ansprüche.

  Comments: Muy buena experiencia. Muy centrico por lo que puedes ir caminando a todos los sitios, lo cual es un verdadero placer. De lugares para recomendar, no se pierdan la catedral, y la famosa Libreria Lello, muy bonita pero masificada. Una pena pagar 4€ y que no haya un aforo de personas que te permitan comtemplarla con más tranquilidad. Existe un parking cerca, pero resulta caro, 20€/día, pero hay otro a unos 10 minutos a 6 €/día. Lo recomendaría a mis contactos

Petit bémol pour les junkies un peu bruillant derrière l'appartement mais peu gênant et les mendiants dans la rue vont vous solliciter. Je vous recommande sans problème cette ville et ces hôtes.

Pedro qui nous a accueilli parle un français impeccable et nous a gentiment conseillé pour nos visites. Contrairement à certains autres avis, nous n'avons pas eu de problème de bruit (une isolation phonique supplémentaire a été rajoutée dans la chambre). Bref, tout était parfait!

  Comments: Nous avons été très bien accueillis : Manuela répond au téléphone, nous a réservé une voiture avec chauffeur pour notre trajet de l'aéroport à l'appartement. L'appartement est très bien situé : à deux cent mètres de la gare, en plein centre, proche du pont Dom Luis I. Bien qu'étant dans une zone touristique, nous n'avons pas été dérangés par le bruit (double vitrage). Il est également très bien équipé (grand frigo, machine à café, bouilloire, beaucoup de vaisselles, gel douche, serviettes...). Le matelas est très confortable. Tout est très propre et il y a de l'espace. Un service de laverie est disponible, nous ne l'avons cependant pas utilisé. Un très bon rapport qualité-prix pour découvrir Porto ! Possibilité de laisser vos bagages dans le magasin au pied de l'immeuble (ouvert le dimanche) le jour de votre départ afin de profiter des derniers instants l'esprit tranquille !

The apartment was decorated with a stylish African theme which we loved. Double windows were excellent for making very quiet nights for sleep. Beds were nice and comfy. Would definitely stay again.

  Comments: The location is perfect: 5 minutes walking down the street from Sao Bento station, it is the very center of Porto. The apartment itself is on the 3rd floor (and make note that there is no lift). It is fully equiped with all the necessary things including hair-dryer and coffee-machine. I should also notice the bed which is remarkably comfortable. There is no washing machine in the apartment but there is a laundry in the same house (for additional cost). Also there is no air conditioning, however there are two fans which were enough for me to feel comfortable in hot days. The design of the apartment is great too. In the house there are several similar apartments which are rented by the same hosts, and on the ground floor there is a shop where the host works daily, so it is very easy to find her if needed. She was very hospitable and told me everything about the apartment and the neighbourhood to make my stay comfortable and interesting. There was even a printed booklet with lots of useful information on the diner table along with some snacks and port wine. I had to leave very early and it was very easy to do without meeting the host: you can just go and leave the key inside the apartment. I strongly recommend the apartment and this wonderful hosts.

No matter what we needed - to pick up a sweater, drop off a parcel, take the train, walk to the metro for a football game, it’s all right there. It kind of feels like all of Porto is your living room and the bedroom’s just steps away. Manuela and Madalena were wonderful hosts, and very easy to find and communicate with. The book of recommendations for places to eat and things to see was very helpful. It was clean and had everything we needed - a wonderful place to stay!

Nous avons eu de bons conseils pratiques et de bonnes adresses pour notre séjour. Le petit guide mis à disposition est rempli d'activités très intéressantes. La disponibilité des propriétaires est excellente au vu de leur proximité (dans la boutique au pied de l'entrée du bâtiment). La localisation est excellente, nous avons pratiquement tout fait à pied et les transports en commun sont proches. Nous recommandons ce logement.

  Comments: Manuela was a fantastic host! Thoroughly knowledgable about the area, gave great tips and offered port wine and a free gift from her excellent preserved seafood store right downstairs. I highly recommend picking up some tins before leaving Porto! Space was sparkling clean, had all the amenities you could need.
