Space: The Garden Room is a completely self-contained space within a quiet family home (we have 2 well behaved children aged 13 & 12). As our welcomed guests you will have access to a well equipped kitchenette within your living space, a large private ensuite bathroom, plus your own spacious deck (with table & chairs) overlooking a peaceful, sunny garden. If the weather is not so good you have a table & stools to enjoy using inside the Garden Room.

Neighborhood Overview: North Curl Curl, especially up on the headland, is unique as it's one of the quieter beaches with little development (except at either end of the beach). North Curly has a superb surf beach (probably the best next to Narrabeen for keen surfers, yet safe enough for beginners too). You can walk down to Curl Curl beach & Dee Why beach in minutes, & of course there are the superb restaurants along Dee Why beachfront to enjoy. If you are reasonably fit you would enjoy the cliff top hike between North Curl Curl Surf Club & Dee Why beach, & of course you can also enjoy the superb walk from North Curl Curl to Manly (45-60 minutes walk), which meanders along beaches, through landscaped parks & a stunning boardwalk.

Notes: FYI we do have a (very quiet) friend who stays in our cabin sometimes but she is hardly ever there! We also have a golden retriever & 6 chickens/bantams (feel free to feed the chooks & take an egg or two if you find any there). We also have a veggie patch so feel free to help yourself if there is an excess of any fresh veggies in there ; )

Transit: Bus transport connections are superb for Manly, the city & Chatswood, which you can access at the bottom of our road. No need to worry about finding a parking spot near the beach - you can just walk to either Curl Curl or Dee Why beaches from the Garden Room in just a matter of minutes!

Access: You will have your own independent access through the back entrance sliding doors (watch out for the friendly golden retriever), with a large sunny back deck for your private use to enjoy leisurely breakfasts overlooking our garden while listening to our chickens. You also have exclusive use of a large sumptuous & contemporary ensuite bathroom.

Interaction: We will most likely be home but sometimes we are away - you may well not see us even if we are home as you have your own independent access to the Garden Room. Of course if we are home, then please do wander upstairs to ask us any questions you may have.
