  Comments: I loved staying here! I've always stayed in NYC but staying in Brooklyn really opened my eyes to the new side of New York City. I am an actress so I usually stay here for Broadway shows or doing a show, that's it. Staying here was really relaxing and I LOVED his "unique" TV style with stereo system and bluetooth easily to hook up the music. Thank you!

  Comments: The best thing about this apartment for me was the location as it was a stones throw from a friend i was visiting in Brooklyn. It was also very easy to get into Manhattan. Bushwick is a great area with everything you could possibly need.

  Comments: Rosh was very easy to communicate with and very helpful with key pick up. I chose this apartment because of the location near family. It's also very near subway station, easy to get Uber, lots of restaurants and groceries. The apartment is good for 2-3 people. It has everything you need but does lack some basic furniture that would make it more comfortable. The building is very quiet. There's a window air conditioner which kept the place comfortable. Good kitchen.

  Comments: Roshan's place is cozy, perfect location you get in 3 minutes to the subway that connects you easily to Manhattan. The neighborhood is surrounded by graffiti art, bars, but it's still calmed. Me and my friends enjoyed staying at Roshan's place, he was very kind and helpful, actually the perfect host.

  Comments: The host was very communicative and welcomed us, then got out of the way. The location was great; near our Bushwick event, easy to get to Manhattan, lots of food and drink nearby. The neighborhood is in transition from industrial to more residential and there was a lot of interesting things to see nearby. The apartment had plenty of room for us to sleep and hang out, and the AC in the bedroom worked well to cool off from the warm days on Thursday and Friday.

  Comments: Roshan was a great host. His place was exactly as described, which was great. The neighborhood was fun. The location was great. Connecting with him to get the keys was easy. He accommodated our request to check in early, said we could stay late on the date of our departure and told us to help ourselves to anything in the refrigerator. I highly recommend him.

  Comments: The apartment is in a good location however keep in mind this is Roshan's own apartment and he leaves when there are guests. It is not as clean as one would expect, the radiator in the bedroom is stuck on "on" and is very loud which made it impossible to sleep. We were only there for two nights.

  Comments: My brother, sister and I had a good and relax experience at Roshan's place. The flat was clean and has everything you need for a comfort stay. He was very helpful as well ! I strongly recommend the place to stay in NYC, the vibe of the area and the location made it just perfect.

  Comments: Roshan was very accommodating for our arrival. However, when we settled in we noticed that the apartment was nothing like the listing. On one hand, we felt unsafe because there was an open investigation happening in the neighbouring apartment. On the other hand, the apartment was mouldy and dirty. The bathroom was incredibly dirty and we had to take extra measures to take a shower. Further, there was no ventilation in the bathroom which added to the smell and unappealing look of the bathroom. The shower curtain also had mould-like substance on it. The rest of apartment had mould growing in all corners of the apartment. The apartment was also dusty. Lastly, there were no bathroon necessities provided. All in all, we do not suggest this place and we left two days before the end of our trip.

  Comments: We enjoyed our brief stay at Roshans. Check in and communication were a breeze. It was not the cleanest, and a coat of fresh paint would do it good, but fine by our standards. There is a projector but no streaming media device (like Apple TV) so no TV unless you BYO or have a laptop with an HDMI port (mine does not)

  Comments: This place is perfect if you need a spot to stay for a couple of nights. It is close to food, subway and bars. If you need to get to the city it is not a difficult transit. He was very friendly and available for any questions or concerns at all times. I would 100% stay at his place again. Was a wonderful Air BNB experience. One of the best!

  Comments: Bushwick is so fun!! Roshan has acquired a lovely dining table and chairs. The apt is super quaint and very Brooklyn row house vibe. Half a block to a Cajun cafe and bar and an outdoor market. It’s relatively quiet for a Brooklyn St and so close to the action. Hana Market, House of Yes! Milk and Pull (delicious Tumeric Chai- get it dirty ;) the museum of art that is the streets of Bushwick! Close to the L train. Take ride shares around Brooklyn. One bedroom, nice size living room/dining room, small kitchen with a good layout. The apt has an overall nice layout and style. This is someone’s home and his personal belongings are there, he manages to tuck most things away and we felt we had plenty of personal space. He had awesome pots full of lettuce! Also a wall of succulents. Nice plants. Apt feels airy and comfy. 3 flights walk up good for exercise!

We really enjoyed our stay and recommend this place for a trip to New York where the main focus is on getting the true city feeling!

BUT not clean at all. smelled really bad, we had to get flowers and a candle for the place. pull out couch was so uncomfortable as well. does not look like pictures, really crowded space. very helpful and nice host though.

  Comments: An easy walk from the subway (Jefferson st). The corner bar (heavy woods) was super chill. And there’s a grocery store (Key Food) around the corner which was super convenient. Roshan’s decor is so dope. Chill vibe and cool instruments. One of the most comfortable beds I’ve ever stayed in!! Just beware the front door, Roshan was very helpful though.

  Comments: Roshan had a really cozy house with nice and artistic details in the livingroom. Which made us feel like home. His house was really closeby the subway, not even a 5 minute walk. We also found a supermarket, brunch and breakfast places on walking distance. Which was very helpful. We didnt really communicated a lot between Roshan and us, but when we did he had a quick reply and was super nice. All and all we had a great stay and would recommend this airbnb, this was my first time new york and staying in this house as a guest really helped making our stay in this city memorable. He allowed me to check in whenever i wanted which was great and very easy for me. overall he was great and easy to deal with. He always replied asap when i needed to get in contact with him which was also helpful. I would def reccomend!
