  Comments: Great position, within walking distance of all the major CBD attractions and inner city suburbs like Darlinghurst, Surry Hills and Woolloomooloo. Our host was very friendly and thorough, and easy to deal with. The accomodation itself was fine - 5 beds (incl 3 doubles) in 3 bedrooms. Awesome easterly view from the 13th floor. Perfect for a boys weekend. The fridge didn't work although I can't mark my host down for that as I didn't contact her to give her a chance to fix.

  Comments: The apartment is well positioned right on Hyde Park and 300m from the train. There is a great view over King's Cross including sun and moon rises. Rooms are bright and spacious although only one has cupboard space. Gym, swimming pool, Jacuzzi and sauna are easily accessible. The single bathroom/toilet would make it difficult to accommodate 8 people, even though there are beds for 8.

  Comments: Great spot but a bit basic in facilities and furnishings, but that's reflected in the price compared to the updated rooms offered by the resort. Could do with some updating of the property, paint, flooring etc and décor. The property was clean and the host was nice and easy to communicate with. Probably not for me next time but if you don`t mind it a bit "rough around the edges" then you cant beat the location.

  Comments: Fantastic location. Host was great and very helpful. Checked out later then the allocated time which was fantastic. Had everything we needed and the beds were really comfortable. It was the second level from the top floor so the view was great. Roof top pool and spa were great as was the view. Pillows were a bit flat and there was only 1 roll of toilet paper for 8 females staying 2 nights. Supermarkets were close by as was everything else. Overall I would highly recommend it there. I will be back.

  Comments: Pros: Location is supurb. Host Inna was very friendly and helpfull. Cons: The apartment was much samller then pictured. Very dusty, all the aircon outlets were caked in dust. Aircon would go under 25 degrees and not work at all some times.

  Comments: The host was very welcoming and communicative during the whole stay. The apartment location was excellent, really close to supermarkets and a train station. There was unfortunately alot of noise (construction), lack of basic toiletries and the spa was closed when we were there.

  Comments: Fantastic location right on the edge of Hyde Park (convenience store next door and BWS and coffee shop within 100 metres), nice pool on the roof (spa undergoing maintenance at time of visit). A bit dated, but had everything we needed and Inna was very welcoming and friendly. Bottle of wine upon arrival - nice touch. The aircon wasn't particularly effective but a fan was also provided.

  Comments: Great location and apartment met all expectations on the web site and others' comments. It is basic but has plenty of room, all the basic necessities (air con, large fridge, three bed rooms and plenty of sleeping space. The roof-top pool is a wonderful extra at the end of a long 40 degrees Sydney day too. Should advertise this in the main listing as it was a 'must have' for us with two young kids and a teenager in January

  Comments: The house is next to Hyde park. The location is very good. The landlord gives us wine and receives us very well. There was a supermarket nearby, and we also cooked food, which was a good choice for family travel.

  Comments: Inna is a very friendly owner , we really had a pleasant stay at Sydney . Despite some aircon leaking issues , and it get fix immediately by Inna. A friend of mine left some cash inside safety box and Inna helped us to bank in back after she found the cash . Definitely worth the five star rating !

  Comments: We had a good stay at Inna's place. It was next to Hyde Park, and close to the Australian Museum, and the bus station and IGA just few minutes walk. It was easy to communicate with Inna, she gave us many helpful tips and information. We all thank you for that!
