  Comments: Erica's East Village studio is great. The apartment is very nicely decorated, exactly as pictured, with lush amenities and a comfortable layout. Neighborhood is cool for exploring. As a host, Erica is top notch. She's proactive, genuinely helpful and gracious. She went above and beyond before, during and even after our stay---mailing something I'd left behind back to me so promptly, I didn't even have a chance to realize I'd left it behind! Def. recommend.

The apartment is great and exactly like the photos. Very cute apartment in a great neighborhood. Erica provided a lot of great suggestions for restaurants and things to do in the neighborhood.

  Comments: Erica's place is adorable. It's actually perfect for a New York apartment. Very clean, comfortable, & in a super accessible location! Erica herself is so sweet and loving. I was fortunate enough to meet her and found her to have a wonderful honest energy. I definitely recommend Erica as a host!

  Comments: The apartment was wonderful. The bed is super comfortable, and the apartments' location is fantastic. The only thing I wasn't expecting was, there were no towels. I never contacted Erica to let her know or ask her where they were because we had a packed schedule. So there might actually be towels. But other than that, my boyfriend and I LOVED the apartment.

Elle nous a également conseillé de très bonnes adresses de restos et de boutiques de prêt à porter originales près de l'appart. Tout est à proximité. C'est un quartier qui bouge, un quartier d'artistes. On a passé un merveilleux séjour. Sans hésitation je recommande cette endroit et j'espère y revenir très bientôt:) Merci à toi Erica pour cette incroyable accueil :)

  Comments: Erica's studio was great! Perfect location within walking distance to many restaurants and bars, as well as a subway stop. The place was comfortable and exactly as described. Erica was also quick with her responses and catered to anything we needed. Definitely recommend her place for anyone looking to stay in a prime location for Manhattan.

  Comments: We loved our stay in Erica's apartment! The listing is exactly how the apartment is. We felt comfortable in her place and it was clean. For a NYC apartment it felt very nice. Erica does a good job of making her space as efficient as possible and provides all of the necessities to stay. The location is great. Close to coffee shops, subway lines and fun neighborhoods and shopping. The process for getting keys couldn't be easier. Highly recommended! Thanks Erica!

  Comments: we had a wonderfull stay in Erica's place for 7 days in New Year's time! The apartment is nice and cosy and super well located to enjoy the big City in the best way! Great restaurant and bar also in the neighborhood! The only little inconvenience we found is the low pressure in the shower (a little hard for women with long hair ;-)) but everything else was perfect so you'll fast forget it! we didn't get the chance to meet Erica but everything was perfectly planned for our coming and Erica was more than ever there for us to answer our questions by email even if she was at the other end of the world! Don't hesitate and come, you won't regret it!

  Comments: El departamento es muy recomendable. Erica es muy cordial y responde a todas las consultas. Tuvimos un inconveniente un día antes de llegar, porque nos cambiaron las fechas de viaje y sin embargo Erica, a pesar de no tener ningún compromiso, nos ayudo a resolver esta cuestión. El departamento esta a solo 3 cuadras de una de las líneas de metro (F) que lleva a conectar con cualquier otra para ir a donde sea necesario. A tan solo una cuadra se tienen bares, lugares para cenar o almorzar, mercados para comprar lo que se necesite, etc. Tomar en cuenta que el departamento se encuentra en un tercer piso por escalera ya que si viaja gente con dificultades de movilidad, esto podría complicar las cosas.   Comments: I had a really good two week stay at Erica’s apartment. Her apartment lies in a really tidy apartment building, with a bike park in the back yard!! The location of the apartment is lovely as well, East Village is just one of the best places to stay in when visiting NYC. The apartment itself was left super clean and it made me feel right at home. Erica was really easy to communicate with and she had a bunch of good recommendations. Thanks again for the great stay!

  Comments: L'appartement est idéalement situé dans East Village, parfait pour rayonner dans Manhattan et pour un séjour de quelques jours. Erica avait parfaitement préparé notre arrivée et nous a donné de précieux conseils. Son appartement est très petit mais très charmant, très soigné aussi. Seul petit bémol : le bruit dans les rues avoisinantes avec les klaxons et les sirènes de véhicules de secours... mais c'est aussi cela New York ! J'ai apprécié la qualité de l'environnement, à proximité. Un conseil : aller se promener à pied tout autour, plein de lieux charmants et animés comme à Greenwich Village, Washington Square, East River Park... etc... Pratique aussi : le métro ( 2nd Avenue) est à deux pas de l'appartement et c'est très pratique pour se rendre partout dans Manhattan. je vous recommande vivement le logement d'Erica ! Philippe

  Comments: The place is great, cozy, very comfortable bed, great shower with good power. The kitchen with what is necessary. The neighborhood very nice and close to bars, cafes, super, and the subway. To take into account that they are 3 floors by stairs. Erica was great, we did not meet each other personally, but always attentive, she sent us recommendations and answered questions quickly. I recommend this place!

  Comments: We had a great stay at Erica's place. We stayed for more than a month in the summer of 2018. It was a smooth self check-in process. The place itself was lovely - a studio apartment on the 3rd floor, a few steps away from many restaurants and other services, and close to the subway. This is the east village so there are also a lot of bars and people out and about. The bed was comfortable and fits 2 people. The bathroom was spacious in compared to other NY apartments. The storage space was sufficient for the normal amount of travel items for a 2-person trip. The stove and other kitchen appliances were very practical, we would cook our breakfast eggs, while enjoying coffee from Erica's Nespresso machine. We also enjoyed the AC and nNetflix equipped TV for unwinding later. The place has everything you would want for a month's worth stay, with easy access to all of New York's attractions.

  Comments: We had a wonderful stay at Erica’s: the apartment is in my favorite NY neighborhood and at a 5-10 min walk from subway stations. There are a lot of restaurants, bars, shops, the location really is ideal! In terms of living conditions Erica is an excellent host, super reactive by message and thoughtful for her visitors’ stay: a visitor set (earplugs which are nice to have with the street noise, slippers for each guest), plenty of soap and bathroom products, a Netflix visitor account... I loved the comfy pillows, the cozy decoration and the very manhattan-y brick wall! There is also plenty of storage available in the closet for all your NY shopping. The only trouble I had was with the stairs (3rd floor): I have a cane after a surgery and I couldn’t have brought my suitcase up without my bf’s help. (BF being a fluffy towel person he wasn’t a fan of the fouta towels in the bathroom, but I like the summery vibe!) I would definitely recommend staying in this adorable and cozy nest Erica has set up, and I will likely be checking it out for any future trip I might plan :)
