  Comments: The appartment is great! We visited with 3 people and really loved the appartment. At arrival we where received very friendly. Communication was quick and easy with Tugba. Beşiktaş is nice neighborhood with lots of small shops and cafes.

  Comments: Tugba's place was great and as described. It's a small, but very nice and comfortable one bedroom in a great location. Though it says Besiktas in the listing, this place is central Tesvikiye/Nisantisi and the walk to anything you'd need is extremely short.

  Comments: The apartment is really cozy and exactly as described and shown in the pictures. There are a lot of nice bars, restaurants and cafes in the area - walking distance from the apartment. We got a very warm welcome with fruits and drinks and recommendations. Would come back!

  Comments: Nisantasi, Istanbul'da ulasim acisindan cok avantajli bir yer. Tugba'nin evi de Nisantasi icerisinde cok avantajli bir yerde. Bircok aktivite ve ilgi cekici yere yurume mesafesinde. Taksi ile ulasim cok kolay. Asansor ve klima olmamasi biraz caninizi sikabilir ancak bu bilgi zaten onceden veriliyor.

  Comments: This place is one of the most comfortable and well-provisioned apartments that I have ever had the pleasure of staying in through AirBnb. All the amenities that you would hope for are available and the location is wonderful! As a host, Tugba was quick to respond to our questions and flexible with our check-in time. My girlfriend and I chose this place in advance specifically because we liked the kitchen very much and we planned on cooking during our stay. We were definitely not disappointed! This location and price are a real bargain!

  Comments: Just a stone’s throw from one of Istanbul’s hippest neighborhoods, this is a very stylish flat with a nice open kitchen. Only drawback is that it’s on a steep hill- but then again most of Istanbul is! Definitely a great place for people planning on spending a lot of time in Nişantaşı ör Beşiktaş.

  Comments: Evin yeri gerçekten çok harika. 4 dk az eğimli yokuş çıkınca nişantaşı, 6-7 dk dimdik merdivenli yokuş inince beşiktaş çarşının içinde buluyorsunuz kendinizi. Ev son derece temiz, derli toplu ve iyi dizayn edilmişti. En önemlisi bi evde ihtiyacınız olabilecek her sey vardı, çamaşır deterjanı, yumusatıcı, kurutmalık, baharatlar, yağlar, sert/yumusak yastık.. Tuğba Hanım ise son derece cana yakındı. Çok yardımcı oldu demek isterdim ama her sey o kadar yerindeydi ki yardımcı olucağı hiç bir durumla karşılaşmadık. Konum-temizlik-ev sahibi her şey dört dörtlüktü. Fiyat-performans açısından çok memnun kaldık açıkçası. Konumu sebebiyle ulaşıma da cok para harcamadık. Teşekkürler

  Comments: There's so many nice things I have to say about this apartment, and Tugba as a host! Location wise, this apartment is absolutely perfect its on what seems like the border of Nisantasi and Besiktas. Nisantasi is fabulous - lots of high end designer fashion stores, and Besiktas has endless lovely restaurants and cafes. The apartment is also a short walk to the Besiktas ferry, which has wonderful views on the Bosphorus to other great districts in Istanbul. The apartment was sparkling clean and had so much style which I can imagine comes from Tugba's great sense of style as a designer. It also next door to a small convenient store that keeps late hours, and around the corner from a big supermarket. As a host Tugba was very understanding and responsive and pleasant. I would absolutely love to return to this place, and I am going to encourage my friends to stay here when they are in Istanbul! Fabulous time here!

  Comments: Tugba, was a great host and the place was very comfy, cozy and neat. I stayed there with my brother for the first week and the 2nd week with two friends after my brother left.   Comments: A very nice flat in a great location. I particularly appreciated the very comfortable bed and the selection of pillows, including an orthopedic pillow, as I have back and neck pain problems. The shower is excellent, which was also a big plus for me. I would have liked to have air-conditioning, as it was very hot when I was in Istanbul. There is a mobile ventilator which helps a lot, but sometimes it is not enough. You have to be aware that there is no lift, so you will need to go up two flights of stairs which might be a problem for those who have trouble carrying heavy luggage. Tugba is very kind and attentive and is very quick in responding to any queries. Recommended!

  Comments: Tugba’s place is strategically located between Besiktas and Nisantasi both of them are very nice neighbourhoods. The apartment is spacious and has everything you need even for a long-term stay. There are plenty of eateries, cafes and bars nearby too as well as supermarkets that are open till late. Tugba is very nice, she met me in person while my flight had 2 hrs of delay and I literally arrived 1 am. Very pleasant stay, highly recommended.

  Comments: The first three days we were without hot water and without heating. when they suppose repaired the heater, it broke again. When I contacted the host she told me it was strange, if I had touched something... I didn’t understand the comment, the heater was damaged from the first moment I arrived. There was no toilet paper. When we arrived, the host did not even help us with a small suitcase. They are two floors per stairs. I love turkey and I love istanbul, is my second time there, but I would not go back to this apartment.
