  Comments: Silvia was really sweet and very attentive -- she stocked the apartment with all the basics and more. The apartment is exactly what you would expect -- felt very homey and warm. Also conveniently located with metro station and supermarkets within a few minutes' walking. The small one-way street it overlooks can get busy (traffic noise) and the restaurant across the street a little noisy so not the quietest but was not an issue for me with the balcony doors closed. All in all great!

We arrived, drenched in rain (apparently one of those rare summer days when water decides to pour from the skies above Porto) and Silvia was waiting for us, with a bottle of wine as a little welcome gift! А когда мы приехали, ждала нас, стоя на балконе. Приветственная бутылка вина была для нас приятным сюрпризом. Апартаменты просто поразили нас своей чистотой и уютом. Есть все необходимое. Немного шумно, поскольку транспорт под окнами ходит и днем, и ночью. Но это расплата за очень удачное расположение. Рядом магазины, кафе. Метро рядом, но мы им практически не пользовались, всюду гуляли пешком. В следующий раз, когда мы приедем в Порту, мы знаем где остановится. Очень рекомендуем Спасибо, Silvia

  Comments: Sylvia a été très accueillante. Elle est vraiment très attentionnée, elle nous a fournit toutes les infos utiles pour arriver à l'appartement et avait tout prévu pour que le séjour se passe bien. L'appartement était nickel, très propre et exactement comme sur les photos. Il est très bien situé proche du centre ville historique. La rue en elle même n'est pas la plus agréable mais le quartier est central et très sympa. Je recommande vraiment l'appartement!

  Comments: Wir haben zwar nur eine Nacht in Silvias Appartement verbracht, sind aber dennoch voll auf begeistert und werden es garantiert weiterempfehlen - womöglich sogar selbst sehr bald nochmal buchen. Das Appartement ist viel geräumiger und schöner als es auf den Fotos wirkt. Wir waren die zwei Tage in Porto nur zu Fuß unterwegs - strammen Schrittes sind es 15 Minuten bis zur wunderschönen Rua das Flores und dem Bahnhof Sao Bento. Silvias Appartement ist komplett ausgestattet - von Fön bis Waschmaschine (inkl. Waschmittel)! Die Gastgeberin war super freundlich, hat schon vor der Ankunft schnell auf Nachrichten geantwortet und uns herzlich - und mit einem Gastgeschenk - empfangen. Vielen Dank, Silvia, und bis zum nächsten Mal! We only stayed one night at Silvias apartment, but we liked it really much and will for sure recommend it - and book it again for ourselves the next time we'll spend Porto a visit. The apartment has much more space and charme than it seems in the pictures. We only explored Porto by foot - if you walk a bit faster, it's 15 minutes to beautiful Rua slas Flores and the train station Sao Bento. Silvias apartment is fully equipped - from blow dryer to washing machine! The host was as nice as could be, answered messages promptly and welcomed us warmly - with a little gift as well. Thank you very much, Silvia, see you!

Le logement est dans un état impeccable, et est bien situé par rapport au dynamisme de la ville. Un bémol cependant concernant le bruit dans la rue en pleine nuit (voitures, passants...) mais rien qui n'altère le sentiment agréable de notre séjour chez Silvia. Je recommande !

There was everything we might need - lots of clean towels, extra blankets, wifi, shampoo, soap, a map of the city, etc. The apartment building was also very nice and quiet, close to a metro station and not too far away from the very centre of the city. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Porto!

  Comments: Silvana (Silvias sister) checked us in and she was very sweet and attentive. They gave us a bottle of welcome wine which was very nice. The beds were very comfortable and three of us fit in the apartment comfortably. The bedroom is actually bigger than it appears. The location is great- within walking distance to the downtown areas and tons of restaurants and shops. Also less than 2 blocks from the metro. Also, there is no elevator but the apartment is only up one flight of stairs so it was fine for us. The only thing worth noting is that the kitchen is small and might not be ideal for anyone seeking to cook a large meal. That aside, this is a lovely apartment and I would definitely stay here again.

  Comments: Нам заранее объяснили как добраться до квартиры. На месте нас встретил Виктор, друг Сильвии. Все показал и объяснил . В квартире новая мебель и посуда, сделан хороший ремонт. Новая бытовая техника и все необходимое для проживания. Рядом метро и магазины. Бутылка вина и воды была приятным подарком. Единственный минус - очень холодно в квартире зимой. Есть обогреватель, можно нагреть квартиру, но очень холодный пол (берите тапочки).

  Comments: Silvia is an amazing host. She met us at her apartment and went over everything. She provided us with a list of "must see/go/do" as well as names of local markets, etc. Her apartment is located in a very eclectic neighborhood. It's got everything we needed for our stay and more (a bottle of wine waiting for us was a nice touch). It's clean, airy, cozy and located within walking distance to the river, Rua Santa Catarina and other attractions. We highly recommend Silvia's apartment.

  Comments: Het appartement is schoon, mooi ingericht en van alle gemakken voorzien. Prima Wifi en goede bedden. Geschikt voor 2 mensen, voor meer is het krapjes. De plek is prima, je loopt zo de stad in, en winkels om de hoek. Silvia is een uitstekende host, ze geeft prima uitleg, kaarten en wijntje liggen klaar, aldoor goed bereikbaar en geeft alle vertrouwen. Ik kan eigenlijk niks te verbeteren vinden.

  Comments: Het appartement van Silvia is precies zoals je ziet op de foto's. Niet onwijs groot, maar ruim genoeg voor een heerlijk verblijf in Porto. Het huis is van alle gemakken voorzien en super schoon. De bedden liggen goed! De locatie is top. Heel eenvoudig te bereiken vanaf het vliegveld en alle bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand. De communicatie met Silvia verloopt heel prettig. Ik zou deze accommodatie zeker aanraden!

Siempre estuvo al pendiente y la comunicación con ella fue eficiente en todo momento. El departamento está súper bien ubicado, cerca de todo y a la vez en una calle tranquila. Las instrucciones que nos dio Silvia para llegar al departamento fueron muy precisas. Todo funcionaba correctamente y hasta una botella de vino nos regaló a nuestra llegada. El departamento está precioso, justo como aparece en las fotos. Es amplio y muy luminoso, la decoración es muy linda.   Comments: Silvia est vraiment très sympathique, accueillante, et serviable, son appartement est très bien situé à 5 ou 10 minutes à pied du vieux porto, il est calme et proche des magasins de proximité. Son appartement propre, confortable est meublé avec goût et de plus il est pratique. Silvia fournie tout le linge, vous n'avez rien à prendre avec vous. Elle a même réservé le taxi pour nous. Nous vous recommandons milles fois Silvia et son appartement.

She presented us the apartment, that is nice and very well equipped and provided maps, showing us the tourist attractions of interest. The apartment is located close to the tourist areas, on a quiet and secure street. Here you can feel better the spirit of old Porto. Nearby, there are 2 supermarkets, fresh fish shops and other small local stores with various products.   Comments: Mieszkanie bardzo dobrze usytuowane, kilka metrów od metra, bardzo blisko do sklepów i restauracji oraz w odległości krótkiego spaceru od najważniejszych atrakcji miasta.   Comments: Die Wohnung ist wirklich der Hammer! Wir haben uns sofort wohl gefühlt, es war alles wie auf den Bildern. Total sauber, es roch gut und alles da um auch selbst zu Kochen und zu Frühstücken. Die Lage ist Perfekt. Die Innenstadt und der Fluss Douro ist alles fussläufig zu erreichen. Auch Porto selbst kann man schön zu Fuß alles laufen! Also würden wir wieder nach Porto kommen, würde ich diese Unterkunft wieder wählen!   Comments: Мы выбрали квартиру Сильвии, так как это рядом с автостанцией Порту - Terminal Rodoviário на Campo 24 de Agosto, nº 125. Также рядом станция метро с фиолетовой линией в аэропорт. Историческая часть Порту и Вила Нова ди Гайя в пешей доступности, городским транспортом можно не пользоваться. Квартира в доме после ремонта, супер современная. Улица типичная для Порту. А дальше можно сравнить со сказкой, как Буратино (Пиноккио) открывает дверь золотым ключом, а там всё сверкает, всё чудесно и прекрасно! Сильвия предоставила много карт города, подробно рассказала, как и куда сходить. Недалеко от квартиры супермаркеты Pingo Doce, Mini preco, Lidl.

  Comments: Silvia was such a delight! She was so informative and helpful with tons of options for everything we asked her for. She makes sure she caters to every type of person and is just so helpful for anything you can possibly ask for. Her place is SO close to the subway station that you can stay on to get into the city center. Had we known about this we would have utilized the subway much more! Her neighborhood is also very quiet and peaceful at night. It's the perfect place to be just off the beaten path but not far that a 10 minute subway ride can't get you to the beautiful waterfront and city center of Porto and a quick ride to Gaia! Definitely recommend this quaint private home!

  Comments: Sylvia is a fantastic host, she met us when we arrived, provided us with all the details and gave us some great tips that made the getaway special. The flat is small, but met our needs very well. We were especially impressed by how pet friendly Sylvia was, she even supplied us with bowls for the dog. The bedroom was comfortable and we appreciated the heater as it became quite cold outside the second night in the flat. The kitchen was outfitted nicely, however, a kettle and toaster would be a welcome addition. The bathroom was very awkward to use as the shower door opens up to the toilet and there is no place to hang a towel, robe or clothes. The space on the other side of the shower does not make sense to me. All in all a good place to stay while in Porto.

  Comments: O apt fica muito bem localizado. Uma caminhada de 10, 15 minutos e já estamos próximo a São Bento e Avenida dos Aliados. Tem mercado próximo e é fácil pra quem chega da Estação de Campanhã. As camas são extremamente confortáveis, chuveiro, impecável! O sofá cama também é bem confortável. All the amenities needed. Very good located, 7 min walking to the tube station and lots off restaurants and bakeries/coffee shops. Santa Catarina street, where is Majestic Coffee it is just less than 10 min walking and "Mercado do Bolhão". Another References of the city are around and easily walking. Sílvia was a very communicative host. Despite off didn't met her personally, she was always in touch with us and always giving us informations. Many thanks Sílvia for the lovely place.   Comments: Hostitelka Silvia je moc milá, starostlivá a pečlivá. Perfektně mi popsala cestu, včetně jízdenky, kterou si mám koupit na cestu z letiště. Následně na nás v bytě čekala milá slečna, která nám vše ukázala, dala nám mapky a zaškrtla nám do nich zajímavá místa. Oceňuji perfektní komunikaci. Byt byl krásně čistý a uklizený. Když bylo chladněji, ocenili jsme možnost přitopit si klimatizací. Byt má výhodnou pozici kousek od metra i centra města. Jedinou menší nevýhodou je rušnější ulice pod okny. Ubytování všem doporučuji, pokud se do Porta vrátíme, víme, kde budeme bydlet :-). Na přivítanou jsme dostali lahev vína a vody, což bylo moc milé. Děkujeme

It’s a 10-15 minute walk from the central parts of Porto, however very close to public transport, and very easy to get to the airport. We were greeted very warmly by Mariana and Silvia who gave us lots of advice about Porto. Please note, even though it didn’t affect us and we never felt unsafe, there are a couple of active sex workers operating in at the end of the street all day. However, we loved our stay.   Comments: Wir hatten als 3-köpfige Familie (14-jährige Tochter) einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in Silvia Appartment. Die kleine Wohnung ist super top eingerichtet, sehr gut durchdacht, viele clevere Details, sehr sauber. Das Appartment ist noch schöner als auf den Bildern. Zur Straße hin sind zwei Fenster hintereinander, so dass man nachts trotz Straßengeräuschen gut schlafen kann. Beide Zimmer sind klimatisiert. Die Wohnung ist einfach schön und stilvoll eingerichtet. Silvia ist eine sehr freundliche und herzliche Gastgeberin, sie hat uns sehr gut mit allen Infos versorgt, sowohl im Vorfeld wie auch vor Ort. Die Kommunikation war super. Das Appartment hatte eine sehr gute zentrale Lage, um Porto zu Fuss zu erkunden, in 3 Minuten ist man an der Metro. Unweit der Wohnung gibt es Supermarkt, Gemüsehändler, Bäckerei, Cafés und Restaurants. Eine bedingungslose Empfehlung unsererseits! Und einen herzlichen Dank an Silvia!

  Comments: Silvia ist eine super Gastgeberin, sie antwortet sehr schnell auf Nachrichten und gibt hervorragende Tipps wie man zum Appartement kommt und was ,an in Porto unternehmen kann. Wir wurden herzlich empfangen in einer blitzsauberen Wohnung, die mit allem ausgestattet ist. Es hat uns nichts gefehlt, wir waren vielmehr überrascht an was Silvia alles gedacht hat ( Regenschirm, Nähset, Einkaufstrolley,....). Das Appartement liegt nah an vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten die wir bequemem zu Fuß erreichen konnten. Und die elektrischen Jalousien haben gut abgedunkelt . In der Nähe sind zwei Supermärkte und viele Restaurants, dennoch ist es ruhig. Vielen Dank Silvia für diesen tollen Urlaub wir werden sicherlich wieder kommen

  Comments: Wir verbrachten 3 Tage in Silvias gemütlich kleiner Wohnung. Die Lage ist in Mitten der Altstadt und man erreicht alles gut zu Fuß. Das Appartement ist sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Silvia war super nett, hat uns wertvolle Tipps gegeben und konnte uns bei allem weiterhelfen. Auch ein früherer Check in war möglich. Wir können die Unterkunft sehr weiterempfehlen!

  Comments: Aconselho o espaço da Sílvia a todos os viajantes, pelo seu conforto, limpeza, organização e comodidade, ideal para passar umas excelentes férias ou apenas uns dias. Fica a 2mn do metro que nos leva a qualquer lugar. Fica a 10mn a pé do centro da cidade e onde não falta nada. E por fim a anfitriã Sílvia é de uma simpatia, atenciosa e cuidadosa com os viajantes.   Comments: Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, so dass man die Innenstadt auch gut zu Fuss aufsuchen kann. Für die "fußfaulen" ist eine Metro-Station aber auch direkt um die Ecke. Das Apartment ist schön und modern eingerichtet und ist für einen Städtetrip in Porto optimal. Silvia ist eine super Gastgeberin, die sehr darauf bedacht ist, dass es Ihren Gästen gut geht. Ich werde bestimmt wieder kommen.
