  Comments: Host is very organized and responsive so you don't have to be. Enjoy Oahu and Waikiki, they'll let you know how to get the keys, painless process, and if you need anything, they are quick and present, otherwise you could as well be the condo owner yourself, for the degree of interaction needed, they are invisible unless needed. Condos are in a great location, three minute walk to the beach, good food around, and for those who like the security, it's keyfob to get in the elevator, keyfob to select your floor, security guard on at night, cameras, and keys to the doors, with deadbolts. Nice little welcome basket with coffee and a few sweets. Internet is often slower than mainlanders expect (but some condos are faster than others) but you're not here to surf or stream, right? The host isn't an ISP, but it's nice to have internet in the condo also.

  Comments: Great location! Clean room! Warm, welcoming team that helped with every enquiry. They were really on it. Normally wouldn't expect such great help from air BnB hosts. They helped us find buses and told us what's up in the area. Really helped us to get around! Wouldn't say that the kitchen is fully equipped but it was nice to have one that worked and had all the basics! Overall great experience

  Comments: The Hawaii Dream Realty Team was very friendly and easily accessible via E-mail. The location was so close to restaurants in the area and it was only a short walk to Waikiki Beach. If wifi is important to you then you might rethink booking here unless they upgrade the wifi service from the very basic service they currently have to a more robust service.

  Comments: There was a cockroach on the bed the first night I arrived.. but the host answered my call at 11 pm and gave me a different room for the night. They had a bug guy come in the next morning, re-washed the bed sheets, and re-prepared the room for me. Sucks that we found another cockroach in the bathtub after all this. The host did everything they could to make us feel comfortable and keep the place clean so it was nobody's fault. It just sucked because I am terrified of roaches. The team is fast at responding and communication is superb. They make sure you have all the necessary information for a smooth check-in and check-out. Other than the roaches, this place is awesome! The pictures show exactly how the place looks. They even have a balcony! Location is amazing as well. I will probably stay here again but in a different room.

  Comments: The space was accurate to the listing. It was actually a treasure in disguise because it is so close in walking distance to various points of interest i.e. the beach, shops, restaurants. We were left alone after check-in but they were extremely informative and helpful during check-in. We didn't find to need any extra stuff during our stay so there wasn't any further contact. I definitely enjoyed my time here though and would love to come back! The space is definitely just suit for two though, while on the smaller side it felt cozy enough for me and my boyfriend!

  Comments: The Hawaii dream Realty TEAM was very fast and answering all of our question, the location was a 3 minute walk from the beach. The only thing that was a draw back would be that you could hear everything in the neighbouring apartments. There was a balcony which was a nice features, however the view was of only of more buildings. I would recommend this place to anyone who is looking for an basic and affordable place to stay near the beach.

  Comments: This was our first Airbnb experience and it was an amazing one. Booking was fast and easy. Communication with the Hawaii Dream Realty Team was very smooth and they are very nice. We had a later flight and getting our keys was so easy. The space is great for 2 people. It is very close to the beach and I liked that it was in the middle so I could walk in either direction and it would be a short walk to all the shops on the strip.

  Comments: Pros: Size of room was a little small but still o.k. for two people. It was great having a kitchen which meant we could make breakfast and sometimes lunch at home rather than eating out every day. Which saved us $$$. Great location with only a two minute walk to the main strip and beach. Well priced for Hawaii, as we paid 1/4 of the price of what my other friends paid and we were one street away from them with a bigger room and our own kitchen. Only cons of the accommodation were that the quilt and pillows were a little thin, and it was a little cold at nights. Would also have been useful to have a broom to sweep the floor during our 9 days stay, because we spent so much time at the beach, our bathroom got a little messy with sand. I like to keep areas clean and it was difficult to do so without a broom. Our trip was for a family wedding and Hawaii is quite expensive for accommodation. Out of all our family who stayed for the 9 days, we got the best price at 1/4 of what the others paid and we had a kitchen which they did not. We were also only one street away from the family and still got the best value for money that they were all regretting paying so much for accommodation.

  Comments: Apartment was just as advertised. It was perfect for our trip, just what we needed. Very clean, air conditioning worked very well, has TV and internet. Internet was a little slow, but worked for looking places up and checking email. Could use some more space to store our clothes, had a hanging rack but no hangers. Was nice to have the kitchen, small fridge with a freezer was nice. Location was very close to the beach and short walk to the strip. Hawaii Dream Realty Team was very nice and helpful, gave us a list of popular places to go and how to get there. Check In/Out was very easy. Would definitely stay here again.

  Comments: I traveled together with my girlfriend and we stayed here for 2 weeks. The purpose of our travel was mixed, both business and holiday. Pros: - Communication with the agency is great. We needed to arrange for a late check-in and the provided instructions were spot on - Great positioning of the property. 2 minutes walk to Waikiki beach, right in front of the public transportation (connections to Ala Moana Center), 2 minutes walk to Kalakau Street (filled with fancy shops and restaurants) Cons: - If you plan for a 4+ days trip, you have limited cloth storing capacity in the unit.

Host came to wash it for me but would have preferred new linen (comforter for what I paid) .. host is great in response time and communication! They tried to be helpful and I always appreciate that!

  Comments: Ideal Base I stayed at this apartment for a month while I searched for a more permanent home after relocating to Honolulu. Ideal for one person (or a couple). Clean and well kept. It had a good kitchenette, all the necessities plus cable and wifi. Very comfortable and fresh new bedding. Quiet unit considering the proximity to Waikiki nightlife and daylife. Nice to have the beach handy after a day of house hunting or working.

  Comments: Our room was clean, well situated and checking in was easy even with a late arrival after the office opening hours. This is a main street downtown concrete building, if you are looking for tranquility this is not for you. If you look for a well located spot with easy access to the beach, shops, restaurants, grocery, city bus, rental cars, etc, well you got the right place. Dream Realty TEAM were easy to reach (phone, sms, e-mail) quick to respond and very accommodating with any issues or concerns we had during our stay. Mahalo

  Comments: We enjoyed our stay - this suite is located a hop skip and a jump from the beach, shopping and transit - it’s in a perfect location. We were able to cook meals on the stovetop using the pots and pans provided. There is a coin laundry facility below. It is on the small side but the great location and price made it worth it. The staff gave us information on how to get around and were friendly and helpful. We would stay there again!

  Comments: This is a great place to rent! We stayed 5 days and this was the most economical place to stay. I would highly recommend!!! Staff responded quickly and had great advice for baggage storage, tour companies, and places to eat. This is a great value!

  Comments: Location is perfect only about 5 minute walk to the beach. Place is smaller then how it looks on the pictures. But perfect enough for a couple. Bed was honestly horrible. Woke up with back pain every morning.

  Comments: Be careful, the bedding will give you a rash. There are mold in some rooms. The hosts are very hard to find. They are never at the front desk during business hours like they said. And their number is unreachable, nobody picks up. Would not stay here again.

  Comments: This location is actually in the heart of Waikiki. You are near the International Market Place where there is a ton to experience and try. You are also near not only all the amazing shops of Waikiki but just a.small walk from Honolulu Zoo as well. The other great thing about this location is that if you want to explore outside of Waikiki, you are next to the major bus stops that can take you to great places such as Hawaii Kai or even Ala Moana.

  Comments: Location couldn’t be any better. This room is on the quieter side of the building (doesn’t face the busy street). Quite tight so our 2 yr old didn’t have much room to play but we were out of the room 16 hours of the day anyways. Transit going East or West is literally just outside the door so very accessible. The host team was very responsive when we needed them.

  Comments: Everything as described all tho the mattress was terrible. Only supplied 2 rolls of toilet paper for an 11 night stay. Luggage can make the room very tight even when packed away and kept in the corner. Overall wasn't too bad location was good security over night and laundry mat downstairs very handy.
