  Comments: What a wonderful place to stay! It was our first time using Air bnb and I have to say, Jeremy's place is exactly what we were looking for and more. He was very attentive and helpful with the surrounding areas and his dogs are really sweet and friendly. The places are clean, organized and modern with the Hawaii feel. The laundry room is a major bonus and the full kitchen was great to cook in. Lots of privacy, very peaceful and a beyond beautiful property with an AMAZING view. We will definitely be back. I highly recommend staying here, you can't go wrong. :)

Countryside, extremely peaceful, surrounded by nature and close from the beach and the towns of Hailewa and Waialua. Unbeatable location and something that definitely stands for from most of the places listed on Airbnb is definitely Cleanliness, impeccable and super clean. You will not find any other better listing on the north shore and Oahu in general and for such an unbeatable price. Jeremy was beyond easy going. We decided to stay 5 more days and definitely recommending and staying here next time we're in Oahu.

If you are looking for peace and quiet and like listening to the sounds of nature, this is the place for you. We will definitely stay here again on our next Hawaiian vacation.   Comments: Our stay was very pleasant. The unit was nice- furnished nicely with lovely views of the mountains beyond some fields. The location necessitates renting a car, but with a car it is a convenient and short drive to Haleiwa. What was surprising was that this unit was in the middle of two other units, like an apartment complex, and on the bottom floor of the main house. It was quiet- we could not hear other renters on either side of us, but would occasionally see them pass by en route to their unit (or we passed by on our way to ours). We could occasionally hear those upstairs walking.

  Comments: Big place with private bathroom and dinning room with kitchen appliances. The front porch you have a view of nature and fresh air to breath. Everything is great here. Clean bed, clean room and clean toilet. Only 5 minutes drive to Haleiwa town and less than 10 minutes drive to Haleiwa pier and the beach. Mini mart and bakery is by the corner, very convenience.

  Comments: The place is clean and spacious. Our host welcomed us when we arrived. He was gracious to offer us the mangoes from his garden. The kitchen is well equipped. So we were able to cook our own meals. Another good thing is the washer and dryer. Washing liquid was provided which was really great. We were able to do our laundry something that you do not always get from AirBnB apartments in Hawaii. The location is rural and hence you need to drive about 35 min to town. But really close to North Shore Beaches so it is a boon if you like the country. We like the environment and we have spotted two rainbows in the mornings.

  Comments: The animals were so cute, they smile and look at you. I was expecting barking because most dogs bark when strangers approach but nope, they just look at you and chill. The place is definitely secluded. The beautiful view of the greenery and sky was welcoming. Jeremy's amazing! He was always quick to answer ANYTHING and EVERYTHING I had questions or concerns about. He went out of his way to walk to our door and hand us fresh picked coconuts! My fiance and I agree we're DEFINITELY staying here again but hopefully, the get-away instead =) Car is a must unless one is willing to do Lyft or Uber around town. Our battery needed a jump start and he was able to do it. We were so grateful. Our space was beautiful, high vaulted ceilings, recessed lights, smooth floor plating... if I had more money, I would've stayed longer. Kitchen had coffee, yay! and pots, pans, utensils for cooking, cooking oil, salt and pepper. Bathroom had fresh clean towels, shampoo was provided, just be sure to bring your own hair dryer. I loved the privacy sliding door for bathroom as well as the end of the main hallway separating the bedroom and kitchen. I wish I didn't fell sick, I was battling a sore tummy and caffeine withdrawals and kept tossing and turning. However, with the fast internet, I did get my work done, which was a top priority. Our unit was in the center, so we always had to pass one unit and I try not to make any eye contact so I can give the tenants privacy.

  Comments: Great place to stay on the North Shore! Description is very accurate and the large space was fantastic. Quite a few ants but we sprayed Home Defense and that helped. No AC was a little difficult to deal with but made us feel like a local and it stayed cool at night. Beautiful view and wonderful walking distance to a bunch of great places to eat and the beach.

The property itself is next to an area that's populated by many birds of all types. It was great to sit there in the morning and evening listening to birdsong and watching them do their thing. The dogs on the property are very well behaved and friendly.

  Comments: The unit was everything as indicated in the photos and description but with one major omission - this is one of three units next to each other. The unit we rented, the "Retreat", was in the middle of the other two units, on the ground floor of the main house. Now, if you place privacy at a premium this is definitely not recommended as a place to stay. The major issue we had is that the other guests (if there were any) would be forced to walk right past you, onto your Lanai (porch) as there is no other path and look right into the unit with its large windows. There is a screen on the lanai (sort of) being shared by the three units but it is not private at all. The curtains also don’t close completely. When we asked the host if it would be possible to move to the unit at the end, because this was definitely not as advertised, his first response was that this would not be possible as other people would be arriving the following day. He then said we could, but at an additional cleaning fee. He also said we were renting the cheapest unit. We went onto the Airbnb site and found the other units, which are both advertised completely separately, but with the same description under different names and they were exactly the same price. In addition, he also replied that "they try to make it apparent on their Airbnb page that there are three units adjacent to each other” - but good luck in finding this description anywhere. On the positive side, the rooms were large and clean and we were woken up by birdsong in the mornings.

  Comments: We really enjoyed our stay here. The location was great, away from touristy areas, nice and secluded, you feel like you are somewhere in the middle of the country side. If you want to stay here you definitely need a car to get around. It does get quite hot in the evenings but they have fans to keep you cool. The host is welcoming will help you with any recommendations, the dogs are very friendly too. Couldn't have asked for a better place!

  Comments: My fiancé and I had a wonderful experience here. We were able to enjoy a peaceful getaway and enjoy the very green scenery of the island. There is plenty of privacy, the host was very responsive and constantly checking on us to be sure we were having a great stay. We had a fridge, stove and oven in our room and access to the washer and dryer. Dogs were super friendly, gated parking. We would definitely stay again.

  Comments: We had a great 9 day stay at the country oasis retreat. Our host, Jeremy was very warm and welcoming. He greeted us upon arrival and was always responsive when needed. He gave us a lot of information on things to do in the area. Most of our communication was via email, which was fine for us. He also checked in with us to make sure we had everything we needed. The unit was clean, nicely put together and very spacious. Good quality appliances, Full kitchen w/microwave and fridge. Pots, pans, cooking utensils, etc. Enough room for two people and possibly a third. It was nice and a major plus having washer/dryer access a few step outside of the unit. Bath and beach towels as well as shampoo and bath wash was there for our use. The bed was firm. Im not sure it was a queen. Maybe a little smaller but we both slept comfortably every night. A couch and flat screen tv w/hdmi hook up in the bedroom. No A/C but we were very comfortable using the ceiling fans and plug in fan w/window open. The wifi worked fine. This is also a gated property so we felt safe at night. Our unit was in the middle of two others. Great view of the mountains. To enter and leave the units you will need to cross through the neighbors lanai. We were aware of this in advance and wasn't bothered since we were out most of the day. Just something to consider if you are looking to sit outside in privacy. Loved being greeted by the dogs. They were very well behaved and sweet as pie. The toads come out at night. I was tickled seeing them hoping around the property when we came back from our adventures. I enjoyed hearing roosters some mornings in the far distance or the beautiful birds singing. A couple of little lizards here and there but it's to be expected. This is a great side of town to visit. Plenty of things to keep you busy during the day and then having a quiet place to come back and rest. It's a good idea to rent a car. We drove all up and down the coast. It is very amazing and the views are simply breathtaking! Make sure to try the cooked snacks at the corner store and try the sno puffs at the bakery up the street. You will not be disappointed staying here. We would definitely come back again. :-)

  Comments: Beautiful property in the countryside near Haleiwa. Absolutely blissful, quiet spot. There are neighboring AirBnB guests on either side of you, but we barely saw them while we were at the unit. The host was kind and communicative, but was mostly invisible and out of the way. The bed was comfortable and the unit itself was well-built from high-quality materials. It's a nice place to stay! The internet is fast – sometimes. I was trying to participate in a work video conference while there (I know, it was a bad way to spend time on Oahu), and the connection sporadically bounced between super fast and almost nonexistent. It could be the local service provider, it could be the distance that the network repeater is from the main unit, or it could be heavy use by others on the network, but it was a problem since the unit is also in an area with poor AT&T coverage so I couldn't use my phone to connect, either. Regardless, if you're staying here for a few nights, I hope you don't have to spend much time on the computer. There's too much nearby to enjoy!

  Comments: My dad & I stayed there for a month. We were very welcome by the dogs who are so nice. The place is very cute and calm. The town of Haleiwa is very close 2min driving and the north shore surf spot like pipeline Waimea or sunset aren't that far neither 15 to 20min driving. The place was perfect for what we where looking for. Simple and useful, calm and well situated. Very recommended

  Comments: Great place but do not try to shower during prime time and the sliding doors didn't close. Overall, this was an amazing place and the sunrises were breathtaking. The dogs on the property were really friendly as was the host. I rate this place 8 out of 8 mate, it was great.

  Comments: Jeremy is absolutely phenomenal. He makes it very easy to check in, and is always there if you need ANYTHING. The space is three individual units at the back of his beautiful house and you have an amazing view. The walls are a little thin (you can hear the TV in the next unit) but everybody I met there was so nice and courteous. The view from your unit will be breathtaking and the accommodations were perfect.

We loved the king sized memory foam mattress - we slept like babies - and ample storage provided by the walk-in closet.   Comments: This was our first time staying in an Airbnb. We really enjoyed our stay here! The owners are friendly, the dogs are nice, and the property is beautiful. Great location close to Haleiwa and the North Shore. Just some things to be aware of, the bed is very firm, but probably not too bad if you're used to a firm bed. Also because there are dogs on the property, just be aware of where you step. This did not bother us at all, as we have dogs at home too, just something to pay attention to. We loved having a full kitchen which allowed us to buy some groceries and cook a few meals. Overall, we thought it was great! A fantastic value for the price, and we would definitely stay here again.

  Comments: This spot is great. It's extremely quiet, very private and the space itself seems new. The location is pretty central for the North shore since you can drive further up to all the surf and beach spots but it's only about 30 minutes to Honolulu. The hosts are making a lot of effort as well. I would definitely stay again.

  Comments: Very accurate and awesome place! This is a one bed/one bath apartment you are renting built on the first floor of the host's beautiful two story home. Our space was the middle space in between two other rooms. Very clean, fully furnished with everything you could need from towels to dishes to pots and pans and laundry just outside the room. For the price and location, you can't beat this place!

Adira their dog was so sweet!! At first my boyfriend was a little scared since there was no AC but jeremy informed us about the breeze at night and he accomodated us with fans and it was just perfect! I loved my stay here :D

  Comments: The location was great for exploring and enjoying the North Shore. It was nice to have a secure, quiet, and private place to return to after the day out at the beach etc. The queen bed however was terrible, very hard and the mattress was sitting on top of two twin boxsprings which stuck out the sides of the bed making it awkward. The bed alone would keep us from recommending this place, or staying there again in the future, which is unfortunate because everything else was fine and Jeremy was very responsive to our texts or calls which we appreciated.

  Comments: A quiet, beautiful location. Keep in mind that is is not a walkable distance to anything. Haleiwa is close, but definitely driving distance. We ended up checking out and going to stay at the Turtle Bay resort - it was significantly more expensive, but cleaner, with more amenities close by, and a much more comfortable bed.

  Comments: NO AIR CONDITIONING! This place definitely has potential but that detail ruined our stay as a result. We were attending a wedding so it makes it tough to get ready and out the door for an event without being in a full sweat. If you are there during the hours of 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM you will be hot even with the windows open. It was really a shame if that one detail were changed then the entire experience would have been different. The space looked like it had been recently updated and the studio feel was nice. PROS -Newly renovated space -Full Kitchen/ Dining Room -Couch + Cable TV -Decently clean -Quiet -Countryside view -Dogs were very nice and did not bark or bother us (I will say you may need to watch your step in the grass area near the sidewalks) CONS -NO AIR CONDITIONING -Shower door (Hit my head on this thing in and out about 7 or 8 times....Not sure who builds a shower door that doesn't allow anyone over 5'6" to enter the shower without hitting their head....) -Lighting was very limited if you are checking in at night. Very hard to find the front gate and the actual unit once on the property as there are very few lights outdoors so we were in the pitch black. -Due to the property location being next to an open countryside view it lends itself to a lot of bugs mostly outside of the unit (This didn't bother me too much since they are a part of life but when you walk in and out this was a bit of a distraction)

To get to town is almost 2miles, so if you don’t mind walking that far, you’re right down the road from all of the awesome stores and markets ☺️ The condo was super clean and the bed was comfy as well! They have all of the amenities that you could possibly want! I only have great things to say about this place! The property itself is so beautiful and they have an amazing view of the mountains in the back yard. The property was very clean and made you feel right at home. I’d highly recommend staying here as it’s well worth what you’re paying for! ☺️

  Comments: We had some issues at the beginning with dirty sheets which the owner quickly resolved. Brought new sheets and send the cleaner the next morning. Unfortunately, the dust we mentioned about the tv stand was still there afterwards. The lanai isn’t the cleanest either and there is dog poop on the lawn, which gets picked up after a view days. Nothing major but not sparking clean. All in all, we had a nice time here and would recommend it after a good clean. Great sunsets.

  Comments: Great last minute booking...cute, clean and convenient, close to the Haleiwa round about so great central NS location. It is more of a compound, so many rentals in one main building but private enough for what we needed, probably not for honeymooners :) Overall, great stay!

  Comments: My partner and I really loved this place! It was a romantic getaway away from the hussle and bussle but a close 3 minute drive into Haleiwa town. We really liked the high ceilings with the fans and the very comfy bed (I am now missing it) The coffee machine didn't work but we didn't bother the hosts we made it work. Everything was super clean with extra goodies to enjoy the stay. This place was very clean and we didn't see many bugs only cute frogs outside. Also having a laundry machine was a huge plus. We met Jeremy on our last day when we were checking out he seemed very nice and has a lovely home with amazing views. We would defiantly recommend this place and stay here again!
