  Comments: Although we did not meet Ken in person, he was very responsive to any and all questions. The condo was very easy to find and looks exactly like the pictures. It is close enough to the beaches and downtown lahina. The only thing we didn't prepare for was how hott is was and this unit only had ceiling fans and no AC. We were pretty hot at night. Other than that we were SO happy with our condo and hope to come back sometime soon

  Comments: My partner and I stayed here and we had a really awesome experience. The complex is absolutely stunning with beautiful well maintained grounds and the pool area and views were absolutely gorgeous. The apartment was clean, well equipped and comfortable. The only downside was that the bedroom is near the front of the unit and the traffic noise was quite loud, making it difficult to fall asleep. This is probably due to the fact the one of the window fixture in the bedroom is an open blind, offering great air flow but not much in noise reduction. However, this probably wouldn't bother a heavy sleeper or could be easily be minisimed with earplugs. On the whole we would definitely recommend!

  Comments: Great place, amazing view, very clean. No wifi and short drive to main shops and restaurants probably the only down side. Would definitely stay again. Make sure you are good with stairs as it's at the top of a three story complex but makes for an amazing view all day of the ocean!

  Comments: This was the perfect rental for my husband and I. This is our first AirB&B rental and we were pleasantly surprised! The views of the ocean were amazing, the resort is well kept and the landscaping is beautiful. Turtles were in the ocean at the edge of the property every morning, and we were usually able to scurry down with coffee or a mimosa and watch them swim and come up for air. The pool was rarely, if ever, used during our stay, so you could have it all to yourself. The BBQ are was clean and well-kept. This condo is on the third floor with stairs up, so if you have physical limitations it might be a struggle. However, the third floor placement allows for extremely quieter accommodations and an unparrelleled view of the ocean. The bedroom is on the street side, so road noise does creep in during the evenings. We easily slept and the noise didn't bother us at all. The fans and open windows kept us cool during the evenings with no need for AC (this unit does not have it). Although we didn't meet Ken in person, he provided us with all the information we needed to enjoy the condo without worry. This place is well stocked, clean and convenient. Highly recommended.

  Comments: I was struck upon entering the condo by the immediately visible beautiful view of the Pacific from the lanai. That alone would have made staying here worth it, but on top of that, Keneke has stocked the condo chock-full of kitchen supplies and extra beach towels. Two advisories: the condo is on the small side for more than two people, although it can technically sleep four (two in the real bed and two on the pullout couch), and careful with parking here because other guests and owners can get a bit possessive, especially if they have large cars. Also, you definitely should have a car if you stay here because while a few markets/delis and shops are walkable, the town of Lahaina is not. I heartily recommend this wonderful clean condo!

  Comments: Great view, better than the pictures. The grounds are beautiful and private. We did see turtles on the beach and whales from the lanai. Preferred the location much better than Kihei as it feels more quaint, but still has all the amenities.

  Comments: Nice one bedroom condo with a beautiful ocean view, and easy access to the pool. We never met the owner, but he was most responsive to us, and access to the space was easy.

  Comments: Great condo with spectacular views and beach access. Do try snorkeling with the turtles in the rocky area. You probably won't find such giant turtles even on most commercial snorkeling tours. It's conveniently located close to super market, farmers market and restaurants. Bedroom could be a bit noisy in the day time with traffic but not a problem during the night. No Wifi in condo but we had our own cellular wifi device. Overall it's a great deal and highly recommend this place.

  Comments: Nice facilities, lovely private beach, the cleanest BBQ grills ever for guest use, very pleasant garden with putting green, tennis court (very well maintained, no cracks), and best of all.....amazing TURTLES! More turtles than even the snorkel boat that went to Turtle City. Access to the water was superb, there was even a ladder from the property for easy access into the ocean.

  Comments: No wifi. No air conditioning. Love the condo but not this particular unit. Not the cleanliest. The condo has a great view, pool and private beach. Would recommend staying in another unit. Love the sunsets there!

  Comments: This is a great location for “jumping off” from. Restaurants, coffee shops, etc are walkable. Easy to get in and out of. The place is small, as stated, but I wouldn’t want more than 2 people here. The 3 flights of stairs are difficult when hauling suitcases and groceries, and we’re in our mid 40’s and decent shape. Washer and dryer in the unit don’t work and appear that they haven’t for some time, there are pay laundry machines on site, but it’s not convenient, much nicer to have in suite working, who wants to spend their vacation on a laundry room? The lack of air conditioning doesn’t make it awful, but keeps it muggy and uncomfortable to sleep even with the fans going and windows open. The complex is beautifully kept and clean, we would stay on this property again, but would chose a different unit. There is no lack of beautiful view or sea turtle sightings, they are everywhere, so cool to see them right on the beach out front.

  Comments: The views can’t be beat! Loved the breathtaking ocean view from private balcony. Sea turtles galore! Peaceful and meticulous landscaping surrounds this place. Great beach to snorkel and very private. Swim with the turtles and plenty of variety of fish to enjoy. Walking distance to park, coffee, markets and shops. Everything you need to make you comfortable. Clean sheets, towels, pillows and comfortable bed. Will definitely stay here again.

  Comments: I found this place to be very much worth it. The location is just steps away from clear waters filled with sea turtles. We were able to cook from the home and it was equipped with the necessary amenities. Local stores and markets are within walking distance. No a/ c however the fans made it comfortable. Well supplied unit - and Karlos is very responsive. We recommend this spot for a welcomed get away. Mahalo.

  Comments: This place was perfect. A private beach outside your backdoor but don’t stay there. Maui is an island to explore so make sure you gas up the car and go. This condo is a great landing space after your adventures. It was very clean and had everything you need. Shops are close so you can cook at home if you desire. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the balcony or walk down and watch the turtles eating off the rocks. Nothing negative to say about my stay here. A wise choice if you decide to pick this for your Maui trip.

  Comments: This place has the most beautiful balcony views and you can see green sea turtles every day at the little beach! We absolutely loved it. All of the amenities in the condo were fantastic... we had everything we needed to cook, make blended drinks, a cooler to take in the car when we went exploring, and a very comfortable place to call home in Maui. We had some bad weather for part of our stay and we still really enjoyed ourselves watching tv, playing cards on the covered balcony and playing ping pong down in the lobby area. The grounds are beautiful, lovely gardens, bbqs with views of the ocean... the price, location and amenities were just perfect for us and I would highly recommend it if you want a quieter beautiful place to come home to that is just a short drive away from everything! Don’t forget your snorkel gear because getting to swim around with the turtles every day was definitely a highlight for us! Mahalo!

  Comments: We stayed at Karols’s for a week and it was enjoyable. As described, the ocean view was really gorgeous. Loved the pool and amenities. One thing: The place itself was lovely, however, constant noises from next door — first, a young couple who stayed up two straight nights talking loud and smoking. One late night we heard the securityguard downstairs came up to talk to them since he caught them smoking on the patio. After they checked out, there was, again, another big family guests who arrived rather late— prevent us from restful nights’ sleep. We were just unlucky. Otherwise, it was a perfect stay.

  Comments: A nice little condo! Private beach and snorkeling area. Grills provided with a great view. Not as many supplies as you would expect in a normal Airbnb, such as ziplocks, aluminum foil, (Website hidden by Airbnb) you’ll have to do a bit of shopping. The cooler provided did come in handy for beach trips! We took advantage of the body boards as well. Fun location that’s walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants, and grocery stores! A little heads up too, the tv in the bedroom is very outdated and in the way. My husband hit his head 5-6 times during our trip so be careful!

  Comments: This condo was perfect for what we needed. Wonderful view, perfect size, quiet location. We moved to a second condo the second week and I don’t think it even compares to Ken’s. The bench right by the water/rocks to drink morning coffee on makes it worth it all by itself! And for anyone concerned abt the third floor walk up, don’t be. The condos are set up so that anyone coming up the stairs goes right by your front door, so if you have regular door open and just screen door closed they can see right inside. Being on the top floor makes that not an issue. Nobody was next to us either so nobody came by our door the entire week! Made it even more quiet and could also be viewed as an additional safety measure, since there was no reason for anyone but us to be on third floor. The whole week was perfect. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Ken!
