El departamento es súper acogedor, limpio y accesible, exactamente como lo ha descrito. Nos dio varios consejos de lugares para comer y de la ciudad en general. Además, debido a emergencias de último minuto, tuvimos que pasar una noche más en Barcelona y Marisa otra vez tan preocupada nos ofreció ayuda inmediatamente. Un verdadero placer. Gracias por todo!

  Comments: Nous avons eu des contacts réguliers avec Marisa, pour finaliser l'organisation de notre séjour à Barcelone, par SMS avec traduction pour mieux se comprendre, donc aucune difficulté si on ne parle pas espagnol. Très réactive Marisa a tout fait pour faciliter notre accueil et pour répondre à nos questions. L'appartement est très agréable et magnifiquement bien placé pour visiter la Sagrada. Il présente tout le confort et on se sent vite chez soi. La propreté est parfaite et Marisa nous a fait confiance pour la remise des clés au moment du départ. Séjour très agréable.

Nos dio todas las explicaciones del uso del Departamento e indicaciones de comercios cerca del barrio para manejarnos. El departamento está muy bien equipado y coincide con todo lo que se muestra en las fotos. La ubicación es excelente. La anfitriona fue muy amable y nos dio facilidades para realizar el check out con nuestras valijas. Lo recomendamos!

  Comments: We had a lovely time at this apartment. It is very close to Sagrada Familia and also to the Metro station which is really handy for getting around the city. We were welcomed at the stated time and told where everything was etc. We didn't get a chance to meet Marisa, but her cleaner did a fantastic job of greeting us and making us feel very welcome. The apartment block is quiet - you rarely hear/see the neighbours - but you will hear traffic. But it didn't bother us.

Incluso con el retraso que tuvimos a nuestro arribo Marisa fue tan atenta de comprarnos algunos abarrotes para poder tener algo que cenar y desayunar pues íbamos a llegar muy tarde.   Comments: A lovely clean apartment, it comfortably sleeps 5, the bathroom only has a shower and the kitchen is sufficient, the only negative thing is the road outside, it can be very noisy but with the windows shut you can only just hear it.

  Comments: Nette Wohnung in der Nähe der Sagrada Familia und Metro. Ich war mit meinen Eltern und meinem Bruder für 3 Tage dort und wir konnten die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten problemlos erreichen. Marisa und ihre Tochter sind sehr nett und waren immer erreichbar. Einmal hatten wir kein warmes Wasser, Marisa hat uns jedoch schnell helfen können und wusste sofort, was zu tun ist.

Though our stay was short, Marisa checked in on us and help us arrange a taxi to the airport before the taxi strike.   Comments: Wij zijn met ons gezin 8 dagen in het appartement van Marisa geweest. Een prima plek om van daaruit Barcelona te bekijken. Het is een appartement op de 4e verdieping van een appartementencomplex waarin niet in gewoond wordt, uitsluitend voor AirBnB gebruik. Het appartement ligt zeer gunstig t.o.v. openbaar vervoer. Met de metro en bus kan je alle kanten op en Barcelona makkelijk doorkruisen. In een half uur zijn alle highlights bereikbaar. Tip: koop 10 rittenkaarten bij de automaten. Die zijn goedkoop en in meerdere vormen van OV te gebruiken. Marisa is vriendelijk en snel in de communicatie. Ze zegt geen Engels te spreken, maar redt zich er goed mee. Het appartement deed wat kleiner aan dan de foto's doen vermoeden. Je kunt er met z'n zessen slapen. Maar met 5 vonden wij het al vol. Er is 1 tweepersoonsbed (prima), 2 afzonderlijke bedden (wat hard) en 1 slaapbank (ook prima) die de woonkamer aardig vult. Buiten was het tegen de 30 graden overdag, wat maximaal zakte naar 25 s'nachts. Dan is het appartement warm. Er is 1 airco aanwezig die dan het appartement niet als geheel weet te koelen. De woonkamer is dan wel koel. Een raam open zetten kan. Maar vanaf buiten komt dan wel geluid van verkeer. Carrer de Padilla is niet de drukste straat, maar er rijdt wel wat doorheen. De badkamer en keuken zijn prima. De wasmachine en droger een zegen. We hebben 1 tip meegegeven aan Marisa: voorzien in voorzorgsmaatregelen voor brand. In het appartement en in het complex is daarvan niets te bekennen. En dat zou wel verstandig zijn.

Just be aware that the rooms get very hot in summer and there is no air-con in the bedrooms. We also had to pay additional tourist tax on arrival which I have not come across before in Barcelona.

  Comments: Our family of four stayed at the apartment in August 2017. The apartment is very well situated, within a 5 minute walk from la Sagrada Familia and a metro station. There is everything in the neighbourhood you would need for your stay: marker, mini-market, drugstore, coffee shops and plenty of restaurants. The pictures are very realistic. The apartment is well equipped to enjoy your stay. The beds are comfortable which is very important when you travel. Marisa is a great host with a big heart. She went far and beyond to help us in a difficult situation when it was least expected. We are very grateful to her. The communication with Marisa was excellent, she responded to any of our questions in a fast and efficient way. We would recommend the apartment to any kind of travellers, including family with kids.

  Comments: O apartamento de Marisa é perfeito, próximo a Sagrada Familia. Passei 5 dias com minha esposa e filha de 5 anos e encontrei todos os utensilios domésticos no apartamento, o que é bem util quando se tem filhos pequenos. A localização é perfeita, proximos de mercados, padarias e farmacias. Marisa foi bastante atenciosa e explicou todos os detalhes do apartamento, muito disponivel e a comunicação via zap ajudou bastante. Recomendo a todos!

  Comments: El apartamento está en una excelente zona, cerca de Sagrada Familia, con estación de metra a dos calles, muchos servicios alrededor y restaurantes. Es un apartamento agradable y cómodo. Cocina y baños nuevos, amplios. La habitación con la cama grande es correcta, quizás la de dos camas es algo sencilla, camas pequeñas, aunque es suficiente. Es cierto que se agradece que haya alguna cosa en el apartamento (en nuestro caso no encontramos gel o jabón en el baño y al ir solo para una noche, bajamos a comprar algo rápido). Son pequeños detalles que hacen que pase de ser correcto a ser un lugar muy agradable. Marisa fue muy amable y la comunicación fue ágil y cómoda. Nos recibió y estuvo pendiente de nuestra comodidad.

  Comments: Un departamento que usamos 6 chicas, cómodo, muy limpio. Ubicación inmejorable a 2 calles de Sagrada Familia, muchos comercios en la zona de alimentos, frutas y ropa. El sofá-cama no es muy cómodo para dormir muchos días, el resto del departamento esta muy bien decorado y tienen todo lo necesario para pasar en familia o con amigos unas vacaciones. Marisa es una excelente anfitriona.

  Comments: Un appartement très agréable et très fonctionnel ( beaucoup de rangements dans les chambres et sdb, ce qui est confortable pour cinq). Quartier très vivant avec supermarché à côté, fruits et légumes, pharmacie. Tout est à dispo. Ainsi que des restos et le métro. Et super bien place dans Barcelone, les principaux quartiers sont très accessibles. Idéalement placé. Seul bémol, un peu de bruit, les chambres donnant sur la rue. Marisa est super et très réactive. elle nous a par exemple commande un taxi, permis de laisser nos bagages. Un très bon séjour !

  Comments: Amazing apartment just 2 blocks walk from the Sagrada Familia. Marisa was a great host, really easy to communicate with, she made us feel very welcome, even accommodated an early check-in!! The apartment is so clean and was perfect for the 4 of us. It’s close to local supermarkets, bakeries and shops, easy to get to the metro and the neighborhood is safe. It was a great base to explore Barcelona and crash at the end of the day! The check in process was easy and the building has a lift as well which was good so we didnt have to haul our bags upstairs.

The flat has nespresso machine and DVD player, too. The host was waiting on time and asked us if we need something on the second day.

Al llegar nos recibió Marisa que es un sol, y está siempre a nuestra disposición para cualquier duda.   Comments: Très bel appartement, confortable, propre convenant parfaitement à une famille de 4 personnes voire un peu plus. La communication avec Marisa etait très facile. L appartement est bien situé, mais côté Sagrada Familia, donc compter 20/30mn de trajet pour rejoindre les quartiers typiques ou la plage. des metros et des bus a 2 pas, un dab, boulangerie, fruits et epicerie, superette à 2mn chrono a pied. Un ptit bar sympa juste en bas... quoi d autre??? Barcelonaaaaa!!!

  Comments: Marisa's place was amazing. It was near the Sagrada Familia, and the apartment was lovely. There is a coffee shop across the street that opens early (even at around 7 AM). Marisa was easy to communicate with, and even suggested a place to buy an umbrella when I asked her.

  Comments: El piso es como lo esperábamos, es bonito, limpio, luminoso y tiene muy buena ubicación. Estuvimos 5 personas y tuvimos suficiente espacio, el sofá es muy cómodo para dormir. Marisa es muy amable, tuvimos un problemilla con la calefacción y vino a solucionarlo cuando se lo dijimos. Volvería a quedarme si surje la ocasión!

  Comments: excellent location about a 2 minute walk from the Sagrada Familia and the Metro. From the apartment you can be at La Rambla (if that's your thing) in about 15 min. Check in was excellent and easy with heaps of information about Barcelona provided. The apartment is spacious and was easily big enough for 2 adults and 2 children. highly recommend:)
