  Comments: The apartment was better then expected! It is really cute and I love the tiled floor. It was easy to find and a walk from town. Everyone was really friendly in the house and the kitchen had everything we needed :) Relatively straightforward to get to from the airport, although luggage in the underground is a nightmare as there are often no escalators! Would highly recommend this place!

  Comments: Very nice and helpful. He waited for us until 2am, because we our airplane had a delayed. In the morning he cooked coffee and gave us all the neccesary information that we asked. Really nice staying.

  Comments: It was great! Txus's apartment is located in a quiet area that is close to some of the major tourist attractions (15min walk to Sagrada Familia, 15 min to Casa Milà, 20min to Park Güell) and has several metro stations nearby if one is feeling lazy. It is basically a shared flat where you can use the room appointed, living room (with a balcony), kitchen and bathroom. Everything was very clean and nice (way better that in the pictures). The room we stayed in was not very big, but it had everything we needed. Txus is very nice and helpful and made us feel really welcomed. Would totally recommend!

  Comments: Txus is the perfect host, hospitable and nice. He gave us advice on places to visit and always take a moment to talk with us. The room is convenient and the flat is in the center of the city, next to the sagrada familia and parc güell, bus and subway station. I recommend this accomodation without hesitation.

  Comments: Wszystko tak jak chcieliśmy. Pokój nieduży, z piętrowym łóżkiem ale czysty i całkowicie nam wystarczał do naszych potrzeb. Lokalizacja świetna blisko centrum, wszędzie mieliśmy w miarę blisko. Gospodarz bardzo miły i pomocny. Czekał na nas przed blokiem mimo że wiedział tylko mniej więcej o której będziemy. Odpowiedział nam na wszystkie pytania jakie mieliśmy i polecił gdzie można coś zjeść albo zrobić zakupy. Kiedy wrócimy do Barcelony, duża szansa że wpadniemy do Txusa.

During our trip I fell sick on the last day and Txus let us stay longer than the check out deadline, recommended some medicine and was really helpful! I would recommend to.anybody!

I love the Gràcia neighbourhood - it's so lovely and quiet, yet with lots of tapas bars within short walking distance. Txus was really friendly and accessible. He showed me an amazing tapas restaurant with some of the nicest food I've ever had. I would definitely stay here again!

The only less positive point is that when we came the living room and balcony were not accessible and that it was not mentioned that a second room is also rented in the same apartment. An opportunity to come with friends or family:-)

  Comments: It was a nice accommodation close to the metro stations and Sagrada Familia (approx. 15min walking). Communication with Txus was really great and he gave me advice how to get from the airport to this flat and recommended me a good restaurant in the neighbourhood. The accommodation is pretty similar to the photos. There was no possibility to lock the room but I felt OK to leave my luggage there. I did not spend a lot of time in the room (just for sleeping) but I was satisfied. Thank you Txus :)

  Comments: We had a great time in Barcelona. We stayed at Txus place for 3 days. The room is just right for 2 people. The room and the bathroom are clean. You can find all basics you need in the small kitchen. The location is perfect. You can get to all Gaudi places by foot in 10-20 minutes. Txus is a very kind and attentive host. We had a flight delay and arrived in the middle of the night. He was up to meet us and everything was ready for us. He also recommended a nice place for dinner. We definitely recommend it to travelers who seek a quiet and well located place to stay in Barcelona.

  Comments: Хорошее жилье в центре Барселоны. До пляжа чуть больше 3км, но рядом есть автобусная остановка, от которой на 45 автобусе можно доехать до пляжной зоны за 20 минут. Рядом несколько продуктовых магазинов и хороших кафе. Недалеко Саграда Фамилия, минут может 20 пешком. Есть несколько минусов: - на кухне нет стола - окна в комнате выходят во внутренний колодец, из-за чего есть недостаток солнечного света (да и освещения вообще) и шум (когда открываешь окно) Возможно, произошло некое недопонимание, но как я понял, гостиная не для общего пользования, а как место отдыха хозяина. Надеюсь, я ошибаюсь.

  Comments: I enjoyed staying at Txus's place however it was very busy. There were other people coming in and out often . When I stayed there was also a horrible heat wave so we were sweating nonstop during our stay. It was way too hot in our room and it was hard to sleep or be in. Other than the unfortunate heat wave and people in the apartment, Txus's was great. He wants to maintain cleanliness and replies quickly.

Only bad thing is that bedroom doors don't have lock and there is no air-conditioning therefore it's so hard to sleep in the summer time - it's so hot. Txus is friendly and a great host.

  Comments: Txus ist ein sehr netter und aufmerksamer Gastgeber, der seine Gäste mit umfangreichen touristischen Informationen versorgt. Die Stadteile Gràcia und Eixample kann man zu Fuß erkunden. Die U-Bahn ist in 5 min erreichbar. Das Zimmer hat ruhige Hinterhofatmosphäre in einem originalen Modernisme-Haus. Da das Einzelbett mit 1,90m Länge für mich zu kurz war, konnte ich im Doppelbett darüber schlafen. Eine super Unterkunft für diesen Preis!

We were in Barcelona for 5 days and had a bit of rain but he made sure we had all the conforts and information we needed to make the best of our stay. The house was clean and tidy. It was a bit further from the city centre than expected, maybe because I had little idea of the distances in the city itself. It allows for a 15 min walk to Sagrada Família through the wonderful neighboorhood's flat terrain. Do not try to walk to Parq Guell, looks closer than it is, it's straight uphill (we kinda did eheheh). The buses are 5-10min walk away, and the metro is 10min away. Would definitely recommend Txus's place :)
