  Comments: This place is a gem. Maria is super friendly and generous with her time and pantry supplies. The water really is that close!! The location spectacular to look at and snorkel or just chill out with a coffee on the walkway. The room is very spacious and the window seat just makes you want to connect with your inner cat. We had an amazing time and can't wait to plan another trip to Sydney.

  Comments: Maria and her partner Gerry were warm, quiet and friendly. I was made welcome and provided with plenty of directions to find the beautiful space which was shared with me... The bay window photo says it all about the iconic building and the sensational location. For me , real is what I love to experience, and real is what I got... The location and neighbourhood make this a perfect relaxation point... Older style building with charm and character and great food and coffee right under the window and 5 mins oceanside walk into Manly...

  Comments: First experience in Manly with Maria is really wonderful. The room is so spacious and bright just as displayed in the album. We enjoy the sunrise and breakfast on that colourful balcony very much. Maria and her husband are warm sunshine in chilly windy Sydney. We really appreciate their hospitality and kindness. Looking forward to our next visit to that shiny sea and this cute accommodation.

  Comments: Maria's hospitality is amazing and makes her guests feel most welcome. We arrived a little later in the evening, and she had all our needs taken care of. Her apartment is in an amazing location, 10min walk to the centre of Manly, and overlooks the ocean. It was a pleasure to stay with Maria and would like to return to experience the location again.

  Comments: Maria's and Jerry's place is a real gem!! I've Airbnb-ed a lot in the past months here in Sydney and I must say this place was my absolute favourite of all :) It's a cosy piece of paradise with the most beautiful view, directly above the ocean, super huge bedroom that feels like its own little apartment, incredibly cute decorations, a super comfy huge bed, extremely lovely hosts and a neighbourhood and area that is truly feeling like a millionaires paradise :) Sitting in the pillows at the huge window, or hearing the ocean in bed and having a coffee, ocean breeze or swim right below the apartment felt like the ultimate vacation, I can't recommend it enough!! :) Thank you to both of you for sharing your little paradise :)

  Comments: Amazing location, snorkelling, surfing & gorgeous shelley beach right on your doorstep. Loved coffee at the boathouse and falling asleep to the sound of the ocean. Maria & Jerry are great hosts,very friendly and helpful. Their apartment is in a worldclass location. Stunning. Felt priviliged to stay there.I had a great time. Thanks guys,will see u all soon! X

  Comments: Maria was off jetsetting when I came to stay ( half her luck ! ), but ensured that I was in good hands with the charming Jerome - well, he's French, so charming of course ; ) It's difficult to think of a more stunning spot in Sydney than this iconic building, above the cafe along the Shelley Beach board walk - tranquility itself, no matter the weather. Thank you so much guys - I'll certainly stay again.

  Comments: Maria and Jerome's place was absolutely fantastic... the location was perfect for our long weekend trip away. Close to fabulous cafes, restaurants and the most beautiful beaches. The window seat is to die for... the activity outside in the water of swimming, surf skis and divers is very cool to watch before starting the day's activities. I didn't get to meet Maria but her commutation and friendliness was amazing, she gave us tips of where to go, where to eat and things to do. We met Jerome half way through our stay and he was so lovely and made us feel very welcome. Would absolutely recommend... I want to go back already!

  Comments: Maria and Jerome are such lovely hosts. They really know how to give you your privacy for your holiday (which I very much appreciate), but they are always there when you need them via text/call/Airbnb message, which is greatly assuring. They have awesome recommendations on local places (including places with local deals) and the room does not let your expectations down. The view is absolutely amazing, no matter the weather. The room and amenities are very clean, with extra towels and sheets in the cupboard, should you need them. I was worried about heating since it's winter and the listing didn't have heating ticked, but they provided a thermostat heater that kept us nice and cosy. Another cute thing to note was the deco. There's an adorable kiwi bird toy and some binoculars that we took advantage of with the great view from the window. Also, go up to the terrace! You definitely won't be disappointed at Maria's :)

Maria and Jerry were charming and friendly and willing to share their knowledge of the local area. So much to see on the beach side of Sydney and away from the crowds of the city. Highly recommend.

  Comments: Maria's place is just as it is described. The most beautiful place to wake up in Manly. Maria and Jerry are very friendly hosts. It was a bit wierd for me sharing a kitchen and bathroom with them but everything is clean and tidy so it really is a nice place to stay.

Husband feels (Website hidden by Airbnb) wife was a bright, smart, always positive, active and spiritual person.I stayed at this house, what should I do now? I got comfort and courage. I highly recommend it. Once I went there, it was a place I wanted to go again.

  Comments: Great! Such a lovely location, with the most amazing view out of the window. Try and be up for sunrise, it's a special time of day, the locals are in the sea before the sun even comes up! You can't help but feel relaxed watching the ocean and wandering along the walking track. There's also loads of good places to eat! You're only a 15 minute walk to Manly Wharf, then half hour straight into Circular Quay on the ferry. The commuters obviously take it for granted, but it's such an amazing ferry ride! Last but not least, Maria and Jerome are both lovely and very hospitable. Loved it!

  Comments: Maria and Terry, are the most amazing hosts I've ever had!!They made me feel like a friend more than just a guest... The room is more awesome than how it looks in the photos. The decorations are flawless, the bed is very comfortable and the cleanliness is impeccable!!! The location can't be more perfect, right in the middle of the 2 best beach spots in Manly and literally in front of the ocean. I still can't believe how lucky I was to be able to stay there.

Not only was the room palatial but comfortable with excellent views to boot plus the beach right at their doorstep. It was very central to everything I needed. I hope her room will be available with my next trip to Manly. They are excellent hosts, passionate about their area in Manly, great communicator, making sure my stay was hassle free.   Comments: We had a fabulous time here, enjoying the positively amazing views from the beautiful window seat, sipping wine and munching chips, while enjoying the exciting passing parade of people walking along the promenade. The bed was super comfy, the decorations delightful and appropriate and pretty. There was no problem with sharing amenities with Maria and Jerry, and we would highly recommend their lovely beachside home to all, so don't be shy about the share bathroom and kitchen; it worked out beautifully.

I went snorkeling every day and it was just a short step out the front door and you're in the water swimming around big fish and little stingrays. It was fantastic. It was also create just to still in the window and watch people pass by as you listen to the sound of the little waves breaking. I can't wait to come back.

  Comments: 如果你是海滩男孩儿或者女孩,住在这里是一个明智的选择,房东热情好客非常好,但是由于房子楼下是餐馆卫生不是很理想,在房间内踩死两只虫子,有些家具有点久,在未使用过的床上发现毛发,最重要的是4个人使用一个小的并且不明亮的洗手间和浴室联在一起的不是很方便,并且没有特别的停车位,路边很难停到,很抱歉maria,但是确实从进门为止低过我们的预期,希望稍做改进,接下来会更好｡
