The room is quiet, allowing you a good night's rest, even though it's only a few blocks from excitement of Waikiki and the ocean. Paris, the owner, is generous and quick to answer questions and offer help. Wonderful experience in every way.

  Comments: Vi är supernöjda med vårt boende!! Det var rent och fräscht. Allting fanns i lägenheten som man behövde, från strykjärn till strandleksaker till komplett köksutrustning. Läget var optimalt med gångavstånd till strand och shopping. Buss till down town Honolulu fanns runt hörnet. Om man inte orkade ta sig till stranden kunde man ligga vid poolen som hade bra med plats för att sitta och läsa eller surfa på nätet. Barnvänligt vilket var ett stort plus för oss! Kan varmt rekommendera denna värd och detta boende!!

  Comments: We loved Paris Morgan's Condo in Waikiki. I'm going to start with the cons since they really aren't bad at all; Be careful when using the small parking lot across the street next to the car rental place. One nite I put the parking ticket in the car but I either put it in upside down or the wind blew it upside down. The next morning the car was gone. It cost $160 to get a 25 car rental out of the tow place. Also the tow place and taxi ($40) only took cash. (bit of a racket). But on the plus side a very nice local Hawaiian paid for the taxi out of the kindness of his heart.The only con on the condo was the WiFi. I could not get it to reach the Condo. My wife had a college paper that she decided to postpone. We planned on this happening just to be safe so her professor was fine with it. Please dont let the parking and WiFi thing deter you. Its merely a heads up. We would do it all again to be back in Hawaii and this amazingly priced location. The condo is bug free and has a lot of things one needs. Snorkels, mask, beach umbrellas. Not sure if others left these or if Paris provides them but they are nice. Also the clothes line on the balcony was very helpful too. We found a Frisbee in Hanama bay and added it to the collection. Thank you Paris.

  Comments: Really enjoyed our stay at the Hawaiian King. The location is close to restaurants (Marukame Udon!) and 2 blocks to the shopping strip and beaches. Trolley and bus stops are super close too. Condo was really well kept with all appliances and homewares. The centre pool area was rad too! Could not get wifi in the room only in the pool area.

  Comments: Great little pad, excellent location. The complex was a bit dodgy at the entrance sometimes with the drunkens at the bar but not a reflection on the accommodation. The apartment was everything we were after, thanks so much!!!!

  Comments: We had a wonderful time in Oahu and this quaint and comfortable apartment was a big part of it. It has everything you need including beach towels, umbrellas, even snorkel gear. Paris was a great host and left some great tips for apartment living. There is a store downstairs that has some things you might need and if you're thirsty there is a nice little bar down there as well. Everything is close, beach, shopping, restaurants. The apartment is clean and very nice. Thanks again Paris!

  Comments: The location of the condo is awesome. We loved only being 2 blocks from Waikiki and it was easy to access bus routes and shopping. The staff at Hawaiian King were very helpful with local information and they took very good care of the pool area. The condo had everything we needed and other renters had added some amenities like beach umbrellas, sand toys, and some essential condiments. The laundry on-site was also very convenient. The bar downstairs was a drawback but we never felt unsafe.

  Comments: Very good older style unit in complex with pool. Unit had all necessities and also provided with handy bus timetables and local information. Unit very clean and suitable for two people. Paris very easy to communicate with and provide any assistance. Great location in the centre of Wakiki, can be a little noisy but you are where the action is. Major bus stops around the corner. Five minute walk to the main beach. Minutes to restaurants and shopping.

  Comments: Das Hawaiian King in Honolulu war genau so wie im Inserat beschrieben. Es liegt zentral und ist gut ausgestattet. Fön oder auch Putz- und Waschutensillien waren vorhanden. Die Wohnung war sauber und ordentlich, allerdings war das Gästesofa im Wohnzimmer sehr unbequem. Die Lage und der Preis waren super. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter ist jeder zeit möglich und man erhält eine rasche Antwort. Sehr kurzer Fussweg zum Strand. Ich würde das Hawaiian King weiterempfehlen.

  Comments: Firstly thanks for renting your condo to us and thanks also for your helpful communication prior to arriving. Settling in was a breeze, particularly with the early checkin. The condo was very clean with good space for the two of us. It's location close to Kuhio Av was excellent with close access to the bus and the beach. David in reception was very helpful. We were disappointed by a couple of aspects of the accommodation some of which are fixable. The condo is dark even in day, needing lights 24/7. There is no working light in dressing room and only a lamp in the bedroom, thus necessitating a flashlight to find things in luggage. The aircon is pretty noisy. I got a 2 inch splinter of wood from the floor flashing in my foot. The puncture hole was quite significant. There are loose louvres in the bathroom and the aluminium bolt which locks the door to the lanai is very flimsy, so the unit is not particularly secure. It's a shame that the lanai has odd pieces of building materials on it. The double bed is very old and needs replacing and the sheets for the futon had holes. I think the condo needs some basic maintenance, some money spent to make it a reasonable renting proposition. The things which are not fixable which I am sure Paris is aware of are the dumpster bins just below the lanai which become increasingly smelly as they fill, the view from the lanai itself into the very close apartment walkways next door and the lanais below, which are unsightly. Sleep was interrupted by noise from other residents as this block is occupied by students and locals some who like to party. I guess this condo would be a little more loved if Paris lived here.   Comments: The Apartment is very cosy and clean. I really loved the vintage touch it has. Beds are both comfy and there is plenty of space. We only had Wifi in the pool area, which wasn't really a Problem. The condo is centrally located so everything is reachable by walk in and around waikiki. Bus stops right around the Corner are also a plus. The bar downstairs can turn very loud and weird on Weekends but it didn't really bother me. I would reccommend the Apartment for People who aren't looking for the quietest place and want to live centrally. Thank you Paris, I will be back for sure. :)

  Comments: This flat is basically exactly as described. I loves how kitsch it was. Brilliant decor and lots of fun to stay in. Super close to a big supermarket and to town/the beach. We had three adults staying here and unless you're all going to bed/waking up at the same time, that's probably one too many. The sliding doors offer very little privacy. The sofa bed was comfy enough though. The balcony doors and blinds stayed closed. They look out onto the doors of other flats and over some dumpsters. So the smell wasn't great, with the heat. The Internet didn't reach the flat for any of us (and we had 6 devices between us). So we spent a lot of time on the landing when organising stuff online. A great little flat for a twosome, who aren't bothered about flash and bang, but want all the amenities covered and are willing to get Internet elsewhere

  Comments: Our stay in Waikiki was incredible. The location couldn't be better in our eyes. The pics don't do the pool area justice, it's a great size and our 12 year old loves it. Everything you need is provided, we had 3 in the apartment with daughter on the fold out. The neighbors are friendly, and there is a cute little bar in the complex with interesting locals who love to tell a tale or two. It's loud at night, but when you're right amongst it, it's part of the experience. The unit is older but spotless, and full of charm. Paris is the best host I've come across, great with communication and hassle free travel. Thanks for the hospitality

  Comments: The host was as accommodating as possible! When we first arrived, the keys were not in the lockbox, so we had to wait for the housekeeper to come back and drop them off to us. Two young girls met us at the lounge area, and handed us the keys. The communication with the owner was very prompt. She apologized for the keys not being where they should have been and kept calling/texting us regularly with updates. We appreciated her immediate response and caring replies. There's no wifi in the unit but there is wifi downstairs by the pool area, and that was never an issue for us. The location is superb! It's walking distance to Waikiki Beach, many attractions and tons of bus stops. Overall, it's really in a great location. The downside is that downstairs in the lobby area, there's a bar and it could get kind of rowdy and chaotic. We stayed there for a week, and three times we heard some really big fights, twice the police had to intervene but we did feel safe inside the unit. The area during the daytime is completely safe, it's just around midnight that things could get a little rowdy, not always though. The owner, Paris, was very attentive to our needs via phone, because she is based in another state. When we first arrived, we had a cleaning issue because the place was not properly cleaned, and she did her best to accommodate us. The toilet had been used and had not been flushed (which made us wonder if it had been disinfected), there was fresh gum on a living room chair, the mirrors were not wiped down from the previous renter, there was a sticky spill that was not cleaned on the kitchen floor, bottles were left and used tissues were not thrown away. Overall, the place is dusty and needs a serious cleaning, but apart from that, we enjoyed our stay at Paris's apartment. We asked her permission to buy cleaning products so that we could clean and disinfect the place ourselves, and she agreed to reimburse us. However, we didn't ask for the reimbursement. The keynote is its location. We would just double check to make sure the place has been cleaned.

  Comments: Paris was a great host. We had all the info provided to us and helpful hints to get along in Waikiki! Everything went smoothly and we had an awesome time ! The apartment was great and in the perfect location ! Everything is within walking distance....... beach, groceries, good eats and bars! If you're trying to save money, you can buy groceries at a market right around the corner, and the apartment has everything you need! The only thing, which Paris did tell us, is if you have a car there is no parking. Parking in Waikiki is expensive and very challenging, so keep that in mind. We would definitely recommend this place, we had a great experience from start to finish!!!

  Comments: Great apartment, right near the action of Waikiki. There is a Nordstrom rack at the end of the road and a Ross round the corner. Cheese cake factory is 3mins walk an 5 mins walk to beach The place had good supply of towels and beach stuff, full kitchen. Only negative is the A/C could be larger for the size of the place and its a little Dark inside. Overall the complex is great with its own pool and BBQ which we had mostly to our selves. I would happily stay here again

The studio was perfect for a crash pad, if your looking for some where to sleep this would be perfect. It is outdated but who cares if your just sleeping there. Paris was really lovely and great help, made everything really easy.

  Comments: This is a spacious one bedroom apartment that is centrally located. Great beaches, restaurants and food stores are within walking distance. I did not rent a car and walked everywhere or took the bus. As noted, the kitchen is fully equipped and the host offers beach chairs and an umbrella. You do need to purchase dish soap and bring your own toiletries. Wifi access was only available downstairs when the pool was open. Nevertheless, I would definitely stay here again.

  Comments: Paris's condo was a great location for my friend and I, who went to Hawaii for school for a month. I like that it had a full kitchen because eating out can be quite expensive. The format of the place was convenient for more than one guest with the bathroom situated outside of the bedroom. The beach was a 10 minutes walk away. We went in February so the water was a little too cool for us, but many people were in the water while we were there. As for transportation, the bus system was pretty easy to navigate and affordable. It takes twice as long than having your own car, but we weren't in too much of a hurry most of the time. We had rented a car as well and it was a bit of a hassle finding and paying for parking. There were plenty of parking space on the street and across the street in a paid parking lot, but they quickly filled up. Average parking rate was $2-4/hour. Overall, I think we got a great deal for the place and location.

  Comments: Great location, just next to busy central streets of Waikiki with bus stops around the corner. A bit old and dark, but comfortable and safe apartment, with everything you need apart from an iron. Plenty of towels supplied but bring soap. Wifi signal doesn't reach into the flat so you'll have to go to the main terrace in front or down to the pool area. The housekeeper is not there at all times, which might be a problem if you have to check out but want to leave your luggage under watch. Overall very friendly and helpful staff and a good place to stay.

  Comments: It's a good condo in the middle of Waikiki, close to everything. We never met Paris but had to call her in the middle of the night when we arrived due to the key was missing in the lockbox. She fixed it fast and we didn't had to wait too long to get the keys. Since there is no parking we never rented a car and got bycicles instead (which was one of the best decisions). Everything we needed was in the apartment, the only thing we wished for was Wi-Fi access in the apartment.
