Access: The Kamaole Sands property is a great place for both active or relaxing vacations! The pool and kiddie pool with hot-tubs and sun-deck are great, and the 15 acre grounds are the nicest in Kihei with fountains, waterfalls, fish and turtle ponds, and convenient bbq areas. The fitness room is a nice touch, and the immediate area is perfect for cycling, snorkeling, kayaking, surfing, boogie boarding, running, and walking. The beautiful Kamaole 3 Beach is directly across from the Kamaole Sands.

    Comments: Great property!! Close to the pool, the beach within walking distance. The kitchen was very well equipped. The closet had everything we needed - beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers. Lots of showers outside to clean off gear. Concierge available by pool to plan excursions. Nice beach towels. Nice to have washer and dryer. Thanks for a nice stay.

    Comments: The place was clean and tidy. The location was great, a five minute walk to the beach. Everything was organized and keys were ready when we arrived. However the A/C was not satisfactory. The main unit was hard wired to a 4 hour timer presumably to save hydro. The loft would become very hot and difficult to sleep. The unit would shut off and you would end up walking up very hot and have to get up to turn on the unit again. The system could not cope to keep the loft comfortable. After a day out the unit would be hot and take some time to cool down. If the ac was better I would not hesitate recommending this place. If you are not going to use the loft bedroom then it's adequate. If you are using it, you will have very warm nights.

    Comments: This is an excellent updated, well-equipped unit! The building location (building #6) was ideal as the unit overlooked the pool as well as offered a view of the ocean. We loved the ability to walk across the street to get to the beach (Kamaole Beach III), especially to watch the amazing sunset. We had two young-ish families in the unit and we never felt that we were tripping over each other.

    Comments: Overall great place: Location is great. The apartment oversees the pool and the beach is a walking distance. Everything you need, from beach toys to beach chairs, a trolly, floaters etc. is there. The kitchen is fully equip. If we come back to Maui, we'll definitely book this place again.

    Comments: The location was great but there was no central air. The loft was so hot we could not sleep at all. There was one very small window air conditioner in the living room but it did not cool down the living room and it was extremely hot. There was a room air conditioner in the other bedroom and that was the only room that was cool. I would never stay there in the summer.

    Comments: This condo was perfect! The beach across the street was great for snorkeling and Chelsey had everything in the condo to make for a relaxing beach day! (Chairs, umbrella, coolers, and a wagon to haul it all!) As far as the interior of the condo, it was very clean and spacious. The AC and Fans throughout the rooms help combat the muggy heat of Hawaii, and leaving the front door and patio slider open gave a nice cross breeze. The property is cleanly kept and everyone was super friendly. The pool was clean and pretty big! Also, Chelsey was amazing at responding to any questions I had throughout my stay! Would definitely stay here again!

    Comments: The condo fit our family perfectly the layout was great! The best part was the beach is right across the street and the pool downstairs was perfect for the kids. Also, the condo is very clean and well equipped. I would stay again in our future trip!
