Less than a kilmoter away from many museums, bars, restaurants, two different metro (subway) stations, parcs, bike paths, cafes, Concordia University and all the expected downtown shopping, movie theaters, as well as grocery stores, pharmacies, laundromats, banks and more. 2.5 kilometers to Mount Royal, 1.5 kilometer to the Lachine Canal and its amazing bike path and Atwater Market. Neighborhood Overview: On the western edge of downtown in the lovely Shaughnessy Village, this neighbourhood is a street away from busy St-Catherine. Less than a kilmoter away from many museums, bars, restaurants, two different metro (subway) stations, parcs, bike paths, cafes, Concordia University and all the expected downtown shopping, movie theaters, as well as grocery stores, pharmacies, laundromats, banks and more. 2.5 kilometers to Mount Royal, 1.5 kilometer to the Lachine Canal and its amazing bike path and Atwater Market.

Notes: There is no laundry within the building, but a laundromat is 1.5 streets away.

Transit: Very close to Atwater Metro (subway) station, also Guy-Concordia station, Georges-Vanier station (one station from train station). Various bus routes, bike paths and bixi stations as well as taxi lines.

Access: Whole Studio; main room, seperate kitchen and bathroom with bathtub
