The landlords upstairs are very relaxed and friendly and able to offer help and advice. The northern beaches is a very relaxed area by the sea in the Sydney. 40 min drive to the city if you want to visit. Otherwise the local area has everything you would need. Cool and vibey cafes, top notch restaurants, some of the best beaches and surf breaks in the world... A really nice place to live. less than 10 minute walk to the main bus stop. Neighborhood Overview: The northern beaches is a very relaxed area by the sea in the Sydney. 40 min drive to the city if you want to visit. Otherwise the local area has everything you would need. Cool and vibey cafes, top notch restaurants, some of the best beaches and surf breaks in the world... A really nice place to live.

Notes: There is no specific bedroom. It would be in the the main living area. Feel free to rearrange furniture as you see fit to make your stay more comfortable. There is a lovely solid wooden bed frame and mattress available to set up any where in the space you like. There is also a fold out couch for extra guests.

Transit: less than 10 minute walk to the main bus stop. Which connects all ares of the northern beaches and goes all the way to the city as well.

Access: Everywhere except upstairs where the landlords live, and one bedroom in the apartment which will be locked.

Interaction: The landlords upstairs are very relaxed and friendly and able to offer help and advice.
