  Comments: Location is wonderful! Steps to the beach. Ocean view. Walking distance to some restaurants. Especially for the price, i would probably stay again. We don't stay in the room much on vacations .... but i did wish the bed was bigger. A few more beach towels, better microwave and a bit better on dusting the fixtures would be my suggestions. Over all happy with our stay

  Comments: The location is absolutely stunning. The beach is right out the door and there often was very few people around. The resort staff were friendly. The condo was as pictured. Wifi didn't work most of the time I was there - I feel like perhaps it was shared with other units which wasn't great. I'm glad I didn't have to work while there.

  Comments: Great location! This unit is right across the street from the market and many restaurant options are also within walking distance. You can literally watch the sunrise from your lanai here, so that can't be beat! It was nice to watch the waves any time of day but you wouldn't want to swim at this beach. The bed was really soft when we first sat on it but surprisingly comfortable, the pillows were lovely. There are a few beach things available that were a nice touch (possibly left by other travelers) - chairs, a football, some snorkel gear. A few negatives - it is written in the welcome binder that you can't turn the A/C below 70 or the fridge below the midpoint or they will stop working. That was a bit frustrating. There was an odd smell in the bathroom - it may have just been that the shower curtain needed to be replaced. We didn't end up cooking here at all as we had planned to, there were no basics like oil or salt & pepper provided and we didn't want to buy them for just a few days' stay. Plus with just the one tiny sink it seemed like a big hassle. Luckily there are lots of other options nearby.

  Comments: This is a very comfortable space and very clean. The location is incredible. Ground floor exit from the patio leads you just steps away from the sand. It is centrally located which makes getting to the north shore or Poipu very doable. Check in was a breeze and there were absolutely no complaints.

  Comments: If you're looking at staying here, you're doing it for the location, which is great. Literally steps from the water in Kapa'a. However, everything else is no frills and somewhat barebones. This location is best used as a base of operations to sleep at while you go do activities during the day. There is no cleaning service, no restocking of towels or toiletries, the bathtub plug is broken, the complimentary snorkeling equipment mask is broken (it is just complementary though). The WiFi signal is so poor it keeps dropping and its faster to just use your cell service. However, its nearly on the beach, you can see the water from your sliding glass door and you'll hear the waves as you sleep.

  Comments: Great location for a short stay on Kauai. It is on the east side, central to the north and south shores and was a great value considering how pricey hotels can be on Kauai. There is a small shopping center amongst the resort area and our unit had a view of the beach from the lanai. Check-in/check-out was seamless and there wasn't much communication with hosts but that's how I like it so it worked for us. The room has all the basic amenities and more, including snorkel gear, a body board, beach towels, and kitchenware. Wi-fi was a little spotty and I lost reception in our suite's bathroom. Would stay here again!

  Comments: Place was ok, a little bit under maintained and the beach chairs were totally rusty. Bedsheets and blankets a bit too old. No pam was provided and Internet didn't work for a day. Other than that, the stay was pleasant.

  Comments: The room is as described, but because it is managed by a property management company, it lacks the personal touches that we experienced at another unit in the same complex. Best feature is that it has an ocean view and is steps from the beach. They were also very responsive when the WiFi password they emailed us didn’t work. However, bed was too soft for my liking, and there was a funny smell in the room.

  Comments: Wir waren für eine Woche auf Kauai und haben uns in dieser Unterkunft sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Abholen des Parkausweises an der Rezeption und das Erhalten des Schlüssels über den Schlüssel Safe war problemlos und ging einfach. Auch war unsere Wohnung schon über 2 Stunden früher fertig als ursprünglich geplant und wir können unser Zimmer früher beziehen. Die Anlage an sich mit Pool ist sehr ruhig und schön. Das Einkaufszentrum direkt gegenüber hat viele gute Möglichkeiten einkaufen zu gehen, ohne ein Auto benutzen zu müssen. Wie beschrieben lag die Einheit im Erdgeschoss mit direktem Blick zum Meer. Wir haben das sehr genossen, weil man einfach die Balkontür aufmachen und direkt mit wenigen Schritten bis zum Strand gehen konnte. Schwimmen war hier super. Während die meisten Strände auf Hawaii aufgrund der Riffe fürs Schwimmen eher schwierig sind, konnten wir vor dem Restaurant circa 30 m rechts von unserem Hotel völlig frei von Riff und Steinen super gut im Wasser schwimmen. Über das Hotel gibt es kostenfrei Sonnenliegen, die man sich überall hin schieben kann wo man möchte. Dass wir in unserer Wohnung zusätzlich noch zwei kleine Strandstühle zur Verfügung hatten fanden wir super. Auch Handtücher für Bad und Strand waren mehr als ausreichend verfügbar. Für Unternehmungen auf Kauai liegt Kapaa besonders gut. Sowohl in den Norden als auch in den Süden sind alle Sehenswürdigkeiten in Kürze erreichbar. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen auf jeden Fall gerne wieder.

  Comments: The room was great, the location even better. There was all kinds of kitchen supplies left over or provided but toilet paper seemed minimal. Snorkeling gear, chairs and umbrellas provided which was a really nice touch. Easy check in, everything nearby. A really great stay. We stay here every time we visit family in Kauai. Highly recommend.
