  Comments: Staying here at Palms Weilea 905, was a great. We would definitely stay again. The condo is very central to Kihei and its resturants, shopping and night life. The condo itself was very comfortable for relaxing and cooking. The management company was very easy to get a hold of if we had any questions and exceptional with thier responses.

  Comments: A beautify property, newly remodeled, well equiped kitchen for those who like to cook. Beautiful master suite with large walk in shower, new washer/dryer, lanai off the living room and master bedroom, with barbeque grill, and bananna tree in the back year. Very clean and very well maintained. Highly recommend.

  Comments: The Palms at Wailea is a great place to stay if you are looking to avoid expensive hotels. Wailea is the best part of Maui to stay in. It feels the most exclusive and least touristy and is fairly central to everything. Unit 905 was spotless upon our arrival and very well equipped for our family of 4. We enjoyed the amenities that were provided, and the beds were comfortable. The property is very well maintained and the pool is fantastic. You are less than a 4-5 minute drive to the beach. If you didn't have chairs or coolers to carry it would be an easy walk. We would definitely stay here again.

  Comments: This condo is very conveniently located just a short drive to shops (Shops at Wailea), groceries (Safeway), several beaches and many tourist attractions (snorkeling, Haleakala Crater). The condo was very nicely appointed and appeared as advertised on AirBnB. Booking and dealing with the contract was very easy and check in was a breeze with us picking our own access code in advance as we arrived late in the evening. We had a message from PMI checking in with us the first day to ensure everything was okay and we were all settled in. I sent one message while I was there and got a very quick response. The condo is VERY spacious and nicely decorated. We really loved this unit because it felt very private. It is located away from the main entrance and we very rarely saw or heard other people in the units – even when we were sitting out on the patio. This unit is on the ground floor and I was initially worried about noise from above, but we never heard a peep the entire week. The patio was very peaceful. The beds were very comfortable, the linens were high quality, and the furnishings were very nice. There were extra pillows and blankets available. Having the air conditioning was definitely a plus as some of our days were very hot and humid. It made sleeping very comfortable! Ceiling fans also helped a lot. There are some good basics in the condo to get you started (hotel sized shampoo, conditioner, soap – hair dryer – laundry detergent). Having some basics in the pantry and fridge was very helpful (seasonings, foil, plastic wrap, paper towel, etc.). You really don’t want for anything in this unit. I would highly recommend it to anyone and wouldn't hesitate to book it again.

  Comments: Great Location with short drives to access all of south Maui's best beaches(and what awesome beaches they are!). Great food around the location as well, yelp it ;). The place was clean, stylish and looks even better in person. I wouldn't hesitate to book this place again, loved it!

  Comments: Nice clean unit in a great area of Maui. There are a lot of really nice beaches within a short drive. It was great to have boogie boards and beach chairs provided with the condo. Also, having a grill was perfect for BBQ’s. The only small nit was that there was just one small bar of soap and shampoo provided with each bathroom. Not that big of a deal if you come prepared.
