  Comments: We had a wonderful stay at Kris' place! It was extremely homey, clean, orderly, and inviting. Unfortunately, we did not get a chance to meet Kris and his girlfriend because they were out of town for the weekend. However, they were very easy to reach during our stay, were willing to answer any questions we had, and were accommodating even at a distance! My boyfriend and I fell in love with the Greenpoint area and would love to visit again!

  Comments: I had a great experience staying at Kris' apartment! Kris was quick to respond during the booking and "check in" process which I appreciated, and he and his girlfriend were friendly and nice to be around during my stay. I didn't spend much time in the apartment but the room was exactly as pictured and a perfect place for me to come back and relax. The apartment location is fantastic and I was able to explore a lot of Greenpoint by foot - it's an awesome neighborhood and definitely worth spending some time here!

  Comments: This is a really nice room in a really nice apartment in a really nice part of Greenpoint. It's a 15 minutes walk to L train station at Bedford avenue that gets you in no time to Manhattan. So if you want to avoid hustle and bustle of Williamsburg, this is a great alternative. The hosts are great and will make you feel very welcome in their apartment.

  Comments: The place was a great location for us as we were going to an event at the expo center just down the road from this location. It was a really nice place to stay but would warn others it is on the 4th floor and not sure if it says that in the description or not while it was not a big deal for me but for some it could be a problem. Other than than that a great place to stay.

  Comments: Great hosts! Although I did not meet Kris, and briefly met Kristen, they were super communicative leading up and throughout our short visit--always a text away. I really appreciated the check-in flexibility. Their neighborhood is fantastic and so close to great coffee/bars/brunch spots and the train. Shower pressure was excellent and although it was a warm spring NY day, the large fan and ability to open the window in our room made for a comfortable sleep.

  Comments: Kris and Kristen were very communicative hosts and their place is great: clean, bright, modern decoration and nice neighborhood with pretty easy access to Manhattan and most of Brooklyn. The apartment is up three flights so maybe not the best if you have a lot of luggage, but otherwise great!

  Comments: My partner and I throughoutly enjoyed staying with Kris (and Kristen). Their beautiful flat had a fabulous and quiet location that really fit our needs. We felt like their (Hidden by Airbnb) and locals in Greenpoint, which was such an exciting part of the city to explore. Kris and Kristen are both seasoned and proactive hosts that think about any needs guests might have and are a pleasure to communicate with. Thanks again, you two!

  Comments: Schönes Zimmer in einer coolen Gegend. Restaurants und Cafés sind in der Nähe und auch mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln kommt man relativ schnell nach Manhattan. Check-In und Check-Out waren flexibel und Kris sehr nett. Würde ich wieder buchen!

  Comments: Kris was super accommodating when we needed to check in late (10:30-11pm). All communication with him was super easy, clear and fast. Apartment was easy to find and just as pictured. Sheets were clean and bed was comfortable enough. Location is awesome! Oak street is adorable and close to all the greatness of Greenpoint. Check out Ovenly for sure!!

  Comments: EXCELLENT little room to stay! Looks exactly like the pics. We stayed just for one night but it was perfect. You have access to the common areas and the whole space itself is so cozy, clean and nice. Kris provided us a fan for the room and we had air conditioning in the living room as well. He gave us clean towels, access to kitchen, local recommendations, etc. He is a really friendly guy and the apt is just like 7 min walking from the G subway! Amazing !

  Comments: We stayed here for one night to attend a friend's wedding at Dobbin St., a Brooklyn event space. The location of this apartment was perfect. Communication was a breeze with Kris. The space itself is clean and stylish, the bedroom was perfect and we were able to use bathroom and kitchen as needed. Be advised that this apartment is a 4th floor walk-up, it worked fine for us with our overnight bags but may pose a challenge for other travelers. Overall, highly recommend!

  Comments: Location was great, very close to Manhattan! If you are looking to explore the city by day and come home to a cozy apartment this is the place for you. The host was good at communicating and easy to get in contact with. Wish the bathroom had a little more space; I recommend bringing a hanging toiletry bag with you just incase. Overall, this place has everything you need!

  Comments: Kris was very responsive and I had no issues with the stay. His place is in a very convenient location, and I appreciated the free on street parking and being able to walk everywhere I needed to go for the day I was there. I wouldn't give the bathroom a "sparkling clean" rating, but it was clean enough. The bed was comfortable and he was very hospitable during my brief time there, so I would absolutely recommend booking with him.
