  Comments: Aswad our host was very professional and friendly, he met with us when we arrived at check-in and gave us a tour of not only the apartment we booked, but of all the other apartments at the building. The apartment is EXACTLY as pictured, its such a wonderful space. I would recommend any of Aswad's apartments as places to stay while visiting New York. Thanks again Aswad.

  Comments: Literally a home away from home! Very spacious and accommodating. Definitely comfortable. The neighborhood was fairly quiet and nice. In a great location that is close to the nearest shops and restaurants. The host was awesome! He was very polite and very knowledgeable of the area. I will be back!

  Comments: The place was not as it appeared in the picture and my guests had to move out the next morning into a hotel. The location was not good either and it wasn't clean. There was no drinking water in the apartment. I have always stayed in air b and b's and never had a problem. This was a first time issue which was quite shocking for me.

This is my go-to spot whenever I'm in NYC. If you're looking for a clean, comfortable place that's conveniently located with a super friendly host - this is the place!

  Comments: I can't say enough good things about this place. Aswad's home was beautiful, clean, spacious and comfortable. He was such an accommodating host, allowed me to check in and out based on my flight times. The neighborhood is a wonderful breath of fresh air. It's perfect for those who are trying to get a taste of real life as a New Yorker. I will definitely be returning!

  Comments: Aswad seems to be a very nice guy. The apartment is as pictured. Check in and checkout were very easy. However, his bed was the only warm and cozy place in the apartment. If you're staying In the winter go to the store and get you at least 2 additional space heaters because the basement/garden apartment is definitely not warm and cozy. If you are afraid of waterbugs or cockroaches than don't even bother booking.

  Comments: Je ne recommande ce lieu a personne. Il fait froid, les serviettes et le lit sentent mauvais. Tout l’appart sent le moisi. J’ai dû le lit entier, couvre lit etc. C’est très bruyant, on dirait que les voisins du haut sont dans votre chambre. Aswad est très aimable et répond vite mais le lieu ne m’a pas plu du tout!

  Comments: Aswad’s apartment is top notch! It’s in a great location, very close to several train stations and walkable to great spots to eat with a park just across the street. We loved watching kids play basketball and families walking dogs. :) It’s also just a short train ride away from the heart of NYC. It’s amazingly clean with soft towels and fresh, crisp sheets. The bed is outrageously comfortable, we slept like babies. The apartment has everything you need and is super stylish. It felt like our own private oasis in the city. Aswad answered our every question promptly and was super friendly; he’s a fabulous host. If you’re staying in NY, this is the place! I highly recommend! We’ll definitely be back!

  Comments: I was visiting family in Brooklyn for a long weekend with my girlfriend and we needed a place to stay last minute. We came across Aswad's Airbnb on the list. The pictures were accurate but it certainly looked even better in person. Don't let the rules in the description intimidate you , his place is certainly worth it with the price and value. You can absolutely tell Aswad takes his business seriously and cares for his property. Aswad was super friendly and responsive. As someone who frequents NYC often to visit family and friends, I'm certainly going to keep his listing as a favorite. Best endeavors to you, Aswad!

  Comments: Aswad's place is located at a residential area in Brooklyn. We always felt safe there. The place looks exactly as presented by the pictures. We loved the interior design. Everything we needed was there. Aswad responded immidiatley to every question we had. We would definitely stay there again.

  Comments: Aswad has been a great host! Hope to get to meet you next time I book. I originally booked on his other locations and say that I’d have a discrepancy either dates so he amended the reservation perfectly for my stay. Super flexible! Aswads property is newly renovated and sharp. Very spacious once you’ve settled in. Great amenities and accessories. If your able to Uber or Train to Manhattan I’d suggest that from this location because it’s on the Lower Side of Bed-Stuy.

  Comments: Our stay in Aswads place was great. The appartment supplied everything we needed and is located in a quiet neigbourhood close to the Subway station. For us at first the neighbourhood looked a bit dodgy but the People were polite and helpfull. Many stores in the neighbourhood and for dinner the arena of Bushwick nearby had plenty of options.
