You will be sharing the house with 2 professional couples of ages between 25-35 . All friendly, sociable & easy going. Fully furnished ensuite room with Queen bed, balcony, tv & air conditioning. ADDED EXTRA'S: I've created for my guests an In House Visitors Directory which has loads of suggestions on things to do ie. Best restaurants, bars, supermarkets, car hire, public transport etc. I've also have the local guide books for Waterloo, Surry Hills, Paddington,Woollahra, Glebe which are packed full of information. At check in you'll receive a bottle of vino! CHECK IN/CHECK OUT TIMES; are flexible to suit your needs.

Neighborhood Overview: Quiet leafy street with a Park in the front with tennis courts and bbq area. It is also minutes walk away from " The Grounds" a beautiful space with cafes and food carts and "The potting shed", a greenhouse style bar with incredible atmosphere, which you shouldn't miss out on if you are in Sydney!

Notes:

Transit: Airports (Domestic & International) are a $20-25 cab/uber ride or if you are moving solo you can just catch the train to/from Green square station (6 mins walk away from the house) Sydney CBD it's really easy to access as you can always catch a cab or public bus transport on Botany Road or it's a $10-15 cab ride . It takes 15 mins to get to the city. Public transport is so easy as it's only a 2 minute walk from my door to a bus stop ( with express buses to the city and the beach)or 5 minute to Green Square train station (it is the direct line to airport and city!!!) If you hire a car you can park on the side street with no metre restrictions.

Access: Full access to everything in the house.

Interaction: You will interact with me. I'm always available to offer help if needed on getting around or showing the best cafes and bars in the area.
