  Comments: The room was as described, quiet and simple and also the distance between the MTR and the listing was extremely easy and close to navigate to and furthermore it is very convenient area as there is convenient stores, restaurants, and shopping centres all below in walking distances.

  Comments: The room is exactly as described clean and quiet and the area is vibrantly green with lots of parks and walking trails. Tim and Chrissy are excellent hosts offering plenty of privacy and their pet rabbit Boss is just adorable. All in all I had a very pleasant stay in their home and I would certainly be back again.

  Comments: Tim is awesome! He gave me a house tour even before I decided to stay at his place. The location is golden, as it is just 5 min walk from Po Lam MTR station. The room is clean and cozy. Given these and the cheap price, this is really a great deal! I definitely would like to stay here again when visiting Hong Kong next time.

  Comments: Insgesamt war alles ok und die Woche die ich dort verbracht habe auch schön. Das Zimmer und die Wohnung insgesamt sind sauber und so wie in der Anzeige. Allerdings habe ich auch einen negativen Punkt, der das Verhalten des Vermieters anbelangt. Ich hatte mit dem Vermieter einen Zeitpunkt ausgemacht an dem ich bei ihm sein würde. Ich war um ziemlich genau diese Zeit auch da und habe geklingelt, allerdings hat mir niemand aufgemacht und es hat ungefähr eine halbe Stunde und die Hilfe netter Nachbarn bedurft, bis ich ihn erreicht habe und er mir dann doch aufgemacht hat. Dieser erste negative Eindruck konnte sich leider auch nicht mehr verflüchtigen, da er sich dafür nicht entschuldigt hat oder wenigstens erklärt, warum er nicht aufgemacht hat. Das war aber ja nur ein negativer Punkt und sonst war alles wirklich gut.

  Comments: Host was very gracious and accommodating. Was there to meet me at the place when i arrived and texted to ask if any help was needed during my stay in HK. Place was nice, clean, comfortable and affordable. Location is accessible by MTR and airport bus. Only issue that i had was finding the place, since the "Get Directions" i got from the listing was wrong. Address posted was even incomplete "Po Hong Road Block 4, 28H". Correct address is "Serenity Place, 88 Po Hong Road, Block 4, Room Number 28H" This was a problem because i had no internet access when i went to HK and had to find my way based on the listing information. Was walking around for an hour with all my stuff, before i found the place. This was exhausting! Apart from this glitch though, i did have a wonderful time at the place.

  Comments: 房东人很和善,晚上两点才到很有耐心去楼下接的 一直在和的士司机确认地址等等:). 小区周围很安静 ,距离宝琳地铁站很近(将军澳线始发站),步行大概两三分钟,距离西贡很近 时间充足可以去野生公园溜达, 白天如果去中环逛完 晚上回去就到了城市外面也挺好｡

  Comments: Tim was available when I called him up at the gate. As it says, it is clean room in a quiet area. It is residential area where Po Lam station is very close and the neighborhood looked very safe. Regardless of your flight schedule, you can take city bus, night bus, or MTR to get to the airport very easily from the place. Hence, I would recommend this place to anyone who's looking for clean room in quiet area with easy access to anywhere around Hong Kong.

  Comments: Tim's place is a superb location being so close to the MTR and shopping mall which is the hub of shops and restaurants. Security of the compound is great for you need to use a smart card to open every gate for walking into the apartment. The unit itself is very clean and tidy. Tim is very friendly and responded immediately to every question I asked. I give a big LIKE to this place

  Comments: It's difficult to recommend this place. It's reasonable value for money because HK is an expensive place but I'd never stay there again because 1) The host is abrupt and shows no sign of being friendly and welcoming. 2) Essentials such as towels and soap were listed in the advert but I was told towels aren't provided so I had to request one and I had to go out to buy soap as soon as I arrived 3) There's a blind elderly rabbit which is no problem but it has a fairly unpleasant odor which fills the flat 4) The host thinks it's ok to take paying guests then keep them awake by talking loudly until 1:30am. It isn't ok. Do one or the other, not both. Show some consideration, especially as you completely ignored my booking rule in my profile by accepting my booking. 5) High buildings are common in HK but be aware this is on the 28th floor. Avoid if you don't like heights. There's no mention of the floor level in the advert. 6) Worst of all, there appears to be someone with either mental health problems or operating some type of industrial activity in the room directly above, as there were regular loud banging and scraping noises until after midnight. Very very unpleasant.
