  Comments: We had a fantastic stay in this charming apartment. The location was perfect and Nihat welcomed us even when we made a late reservation and arrived early. He works at a bar no far from there- a great place to have a drink after seeing the sites! I highly recommend this place!

  Comments: The flat is clean and and very good located, 3 minutes walk to Taksim Square. The bedroom is quiet at night, even though there is a crowded area next to the flat. Nihat was always extremely quick in answering our emails and let us feel comfortable. He is really kind and discrete, we met him few times cause he works in the evening.

  Comments: The stay at Nihat's place was really pleasant. The apartment is very clean and confortable, and located in a very vibrant and animated neighborhood with many restaurants, cafes, bars, shops just nearby. Just a 5 min walk to the Taksim Metro station makes it easy to access any other parts of the city pretty quickly. Nihat was also a great and welcoming host. We totally recommend this place for your stay in Istanbul, especially if you want to experience the local life to the fullest !

  Comments: I stayed at Nihat's for a week. It was exactly as the pics, very nice room. A little bit cold but he offers heating and AC. The apt is cozy and central, close to nice restaurants and bars. Have in mind is on the 4th fl no elevator. Nihat is a very easygoing guy who's open to help with any question or tip about the city. Totally recommend! thanks Nihat!

I have had a great stay and recommend it to anyone who wants to stay very central (Cihangir), the hip and modern part of the city with cozy venues and great cafes just a 3min walk.   Comments: I totally recommend this place. Great experience staying at Nihat’s apartment. To start with, Nihat is a wonderful friendly person who I was happy to meet. He was very friendly at house, and we had the chance to spend time together outside. Staying with him reflects the true meaning of this website, which is living as a local with a local person. Thank you Nihat. Regarding the apartment, it is exactly as described. The room is nice and bed is comfortable. It was clean and well prepared for us. Regarding the neighborhood, it is very close to Taksim square and Istiklal Street with few minutes walk. As normal as it is in Istanbul, there is a short hill you need to walk to get to the square, which was totally fine with us. In general, next time I visit Istanbul I would first check the availability with Nihat before searching others.

Nihat is so tactful person despite he was working so hard, he all the time asked us 'do we need anything?' he was so clean and his house is exactly same with the pictures.   Comments: 这个住宿离Taksim广场和独立大街很近,需要走一小段路就到了｡住址在一片住宅区的三楼,楼下是一个慈善组织为那些流浪汉准备一些吃的东西｡周围的配套也很方便,有超市,小卖部和卖水果的地方,土耳其的水果很便宜,如果到了就多买一点｡住宿是一个两室一厅一卫一厨的套房,这个房间是主卧,然后还有一个小卧室｡Nihat是在附近酒店上班的,他把两间房间都出租出去,如果都住满的话,他就睡在沙发里｡房东英文沟通没问题,和Nihat聊了很多土耳其大选的事情,也很热情,用厨房也OK｡如果你有带地图,并且英文没问题的话,他会介绍你一些旅游的地方｡我们一共住了四晚,对了从IST机场到这里就直接坐地铁到Taksim,如果从亚洲机场的话,也可以坐大巴到Taksim,到了之后,按照 (Hidden by Airbnb) maps走过来就好了｡其实土耳其的住宿很多,酒店非常多,但个人觉得酒店都是千篇一律,高档或是不高档,Airbnb提供的是不那么一次性的旅游体验,酒店没啥温度｡伊斯坦布尔也挺好,建议大家来之前,多看一些当地的历史,拜占庭或者奥斯曼土耳其的书,这样的话,逛到那些教堂和清真寺大概知道咋会事｡购物的话,我推荐个商场,挺大的,当时我们正值里拉贬值和开斋节活动,所以购物还挺便宜的(Istinye Park Shopping Center)｡好像食住行游购娱都说的差不多了｡祝你们土耳其旅游愉快!

  Comments: Fabulous! La localización es extraordinaria. Más si estarás pocos días en Estambul. Nihat es un excelente host y me asistió en todo lo que necesité. Amé Estambul y amé mi estadía en su casa. La cama es cómoda, el baño un poco pequeño para gente grande, pero para mi estaba bien. Disfrute muchísimo las conversaciones con Nihat y le deseo todo lo mejor en sus proyectos futuros. El cuarto es fresco y se mantiene así todo el día. Si vuelvo a Estambul me quedaré con Nihat! The apartment was very nice and tidy, room had big wardrobe space, bed was very comfy. It was about 5mins walking distance from taksim square where variety of restaurants and shops were located.
