  Comments: Osman's apartment was comfortable and nicely situated. The apartment is rather equipped like a hotel suit but Osman is very helpful and he will surely try to accommodate if you have additional requests (he bought a new iron as I have needed one). I think this apartment is a perfect alternative to a hotel in order to get a excellent location and good decoration for a reasonable price.

  Comments: Хорошее жильё за свои деньги. Двуспальная кровать в спальне и раскладывающийся диван в гостиной. Хороший выбор для бюджетного проживания семьёй. Находится недалеко от площади Таксим и улицы Истикляль, ориентир для таксистов — немецкая больница. В то же время немного в удалении, значит не будет толп туристов под окнами. Прямо в апартамент можно приехать на лифте — весьма необычно. Хозяин вполне доброжелателен.

  Comments: Впервые попробовал снять квартиру вместо гостиницы. Выбрал квартиру Османа - очень понравилось. По деталям, очень близко от метро Таксим - минут пять пешком. До Истикляль можно дойти минут за 6-8. Если пойти вниз от квартиры мимо больницы немецкого посольства, то до трамвая всего минут 15 ходьбы. В доме 6 этажей, лифт имеется. Подъезд закрывается на ключ и в маленькой коморке в подвальчике обязательно кто-то дежурит из людей Османа. Рядом с домом есть супермаркет CARREFOUR, что очень хорошо. Пару раз дергал Османа просьбами - он всегда помогал. В квартире 2 кондиционера , посуда, вайфай, тв, чайник и тд. рекомендую!

  Comments: Apartment is in very good location in Taksim area! It is located in calm small street, but not far from Istacle street and the square, where airport shuttle buses are arriving. There is also supermarket just around the corner. So very convenient! We had everything we needed in the apartment, but don't expect 5star hotel :) It is cosy home atmosphere. There are some problem in shower as water is passing by and getting on floor, but otherwise all is good :) Thank's for Osman and his team! Osman was very responsive, when I had some doubts due to not calm situation in Taksim square. Luckily all was good :) I can for sure recommend Osman and his apartments as home out of home :)

  Comments: There was 4 of us staying in this luxury apartment in Istanbul. We were there during the end of the protesting but we felt so safe the whole time. Our host and landlord Osman cannot be faulted. He was there for any of out needs and questions and was continuously welcoming and friendly during out stay. I will be returning in the future and could not imagine a better place to stay. The area of the apartment was perfect. A stone throw away from the main street and taxsim square and a 5 minute walk to kabatas. I couldn't think of a better place to stay if your a family or a young group like we were.   Comments: Thank you Osman, your apartments are lovely and in a great location. Easy walking to Taxim square (10 min) and downhill and across the bridge to the Old city (35 min). Apartments are clean and well furnished. Osman took great care of us. Because the person before us had not checked out from our room when we arrived, Osman placed us in a different room, then moved us to a top floor penthouse for our second night. The view from the roof top suite the second night was fantastic. Osman was very responsive and easy to work with. I highly recommend staying in his apartments when in Istanbul.

  Comments: Osman est une personne très agréable et serviable. Il a fait son maximum pour que nous nous sentions bien dans son appartement. L'immeuble où il a les appartements est bien situé dans Taksim. Il y a cependant un bar à proximité et on entendait souvent du bruit la nuit (pour les personnes dormant dans le salon). La chambre était calme. L'appartement était propre. En revanche, lorsque j'avais réservé (pour 5), je ne pensais pas que nous dormirerions sur des matelas pneumatiques. Nous en avons parlé à Osman qui a arrangé la situation et nous a donné deux appartements. Nous avons eu à changer 3 fois de chambre et c'est un peu dommage ! Mais ça reste une bonne expérience. Appartement à recommander plutôt pour 2 ou 3 personnes !

  Comments: We were stying 5 girls in this apartment. We enjoyed our stay so much. Osman was very friendly. the kitchen and bathroom were small for 5 of us. Anyway we didnt need to cook since there are lot of opportunities to eat outside. Sleeping was comfortable for each of us, Osman provided us after request with extra blanket so that we didnt have to sleep under one for couples. The apartment provided also free Wifi which was working great and there was also hair dryer which we apreciated a lot. We would definitely recommend this appartment to our friends.

I wish I could stay in Istanbul longer and definitely go to Osman's place when I visit Istanbul! Moreover, the shuttle service from airport was cheaper than I expected.   Comments: Osman was a great host, helpful and kind. Appartment is really convinient for three to four persons, 5 minutes walk from Taxim square (excellent location), very clean. People seem to look for appartments in Sultanahmet were tourist attractions are, but to us there is absolutely no need for that - you go there once or twice and thats it. Taxim is real center, and you can easily walk to some other great parts of Istanbul from there (Dolmabahce palace, Istanbul Moderna, Istiklal street...) or take cab that is really cheap. Plus, as I said appartment is cozy and clean, and Osman is like the good host, there for most of the times (which is not always the case). Recomendation for sure!

  Comments: We had wonderful long weekend (holiday) stay in Istanbul. Apartment was clean and nice (as in pictures), equipped with all necessary things (kettle, tv, beds, linens, fridge etc). Located in quiet side street but still only approx 10min walk away from Taksim square. I was not able to meet host Osman, but people who were taking care of the apartment during our stay were nice and friendly. I can warmly recommend!

  Comments: I thoroughly recommend this accommodation to everyone. first of all it is very clean and neat. Osman and his friends are very polite and helpful. the building has about 5 or six apartments each one including a living room, a bedroom and bathroom. there is s nice real bed in the bedroom and although 2 sofabeds in the living room. There is although a small kitchen with cooking stuff with help you to reduce your eating costs so much. the place of the residence is also very good.Just about 3 to 4 minutes far from Taksim square. When we got the apartment in the early morning, actually 3 hours before the check-in time, Osman was so kind to give us another apartment until our apartment gets ready. In the same way, because we were about to leave Istanbul some hours after the check out time, Osman helped us to leave our staff in his office and enjoy our last hours in the city. and the photos are exactly the same as the apartment. I highly recommend the apartment.

  Comments: Nous avons été très satisfaits par l'accueil et la disponibilité d'Osman ainsi que de son personnel. Outre ses fonctions de propriétaire, Osman a pu nous réserver un taxi pour notre arrivée à l'aéroport et pour le retour aussi, il a su même très bien réagir pour le retour (trop long à expliquer ici mais c'est un professionnel très fiable). L'appartement correspond très bien à la réalité. TB entretenu et à proximité de tout dans l'Istanbul moderne et du tramway pour rejoindre le vieil Istanbul (10 min. en descente, provilégier le funiculaire pour la remontée !...). En conclusion, c'est une TB adresse avec des professionnels sérieux et très accueillants.

  Comments: Osman was very helpfull and organised our airport transfer so a driver was already waiting for us. The appartment is very well situated, shops for food and restaurants are just arround the corner...there is nothing more pleasant than to fetch warm bread in the mornings. The appartment is nice and tidy and there is allways somebody in the house to get information and help if needed. The only disadvantage is the small bathroom but Osman is already thinking about a solution. I can only recommand the place and it also works very well for families.

  Comments: Amazing flat in a good location (Taksim). We were 4 and we felt very comfortable sleeping in a large bed in a separate room and 2 comfortable sofa-beds for 1 person each (could also be 2 and 1). Although the kitchen is a bit small we managed to cook most of the meals there (there is a Carrefour grocery store 30m away). There is also a lot of very good restaurants nearby. The flat is very safe as Osman or one of his friends is always on site to control who enters the building. The flat is about 30 minutes from the airport (Ataturk) by taxi. Thank you Osman for a perfect stay in the wonderful Istanbul!

  Comments: The place was great, it was just as pictured and perfect for two people. The portable stove did not work but we improvised with cooking by using the grill. The building is also known as "Sunflower Apartments" and has an apartment for each floor that the owners seem to rent out. The location is great, I'd recommend staying here.

  Comments: This apartment in Taksim was very neat and in a great location - lots of lovely cafes and bars nearby and an easy trip to any of the major sites. Osman provided clear instructions to get there and was waiting for us upon our arrival. The other people who man the desk in this building don't really speak English, but they could always call Osman for help which they did. He was helpful with other questions we had too. There was a problem with the plumbing in the bathroom, some leaking around the base of the toilet - which made the small bathroom quite wet. Osman offered to have it fixed while we were there to be fair, but we didn't want a tradesman through during our stay. It will hopefully be repaired when you stay here. The electric stove top did not seem to work, but all other appliances did. All in all, we really enjoyed our stay.

  Comments: A lovely home, close to Taksim, an important place for Istanbul. Besides, you only need five minutes to catch the train or a bus. The apartment is nice, with wifi, and nice bedroom. And for the other apartments of the building, you have a private lift! The only problem that we had is a leak in the bathroom. The floor was always wet. So it is not so expensive for the neighborhood and if they fix the leak in the bathroom, it is a lovely place to stay !

  Comments: Die Wohnung entspricht genau den Bildern auf airbnb. Die Lage ist super zentral und man hat gleich um die Ecke Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Osman ist super nett und jeder Zeit erreichbar, wenn er nicht selbst in seinem Büro ist, das sich in dem selben Haus befindet wie die Wohnung. Er hilft gerne weiter und ist auch bereit den Transfer vom und zu Flughafen zu organisieren. Die Sauberkeit ist in Ordnung. Das Bad ist klein und zweckmäßig. Die Nachbarn sind etwas laut zu hören, das ist aber das Einzige, was zu bemängeln ist. Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder dort einchecken.

  Comments: Osman was a great host (always available if needed), and the flat is exactly as described! No problem with the heating (heavy snowstorms and cold weather during our stay). The location is perfect, you can find nearby everything you need during a vacation (restaurants, cafes, shops, bakeries, etc.), and you can reach easily the historical old town either with public transport or by walk. Even one of the main ports (Kabatas) is located close to the flat, so you can walk there in 10 min. Definitely, I recommend it to everybody who need a pleasant and affordable apartment in Istanbul!

  Comments: The apartment matched the description and was as centrally located as told. Supermarkets, excellent cafés and local restaurants within a short distance. Although we didn't meet Osman himself during our stay (3 guys), he made sure we got safely to the apartment from the airport and had another guy giving us the keys and taking our luggage upstairs. Very kind service all in all. Would definitely recommend for a price/quality sensitive traveler who is looking to minimize all the fuss related to living and wants to focus exploring the city.

  Comments: Osman's place was a really good choice. It is very well situated, walking distance to Taksim and in the heart of the Cihangir neighbourhood next to cozy cafes and restaurants. Very clean, well heated and fully equipped.   Comments: This apartment was very comfortable and well located in a trendy area (Cihangir neighbourhood in Beyoglu district), close to lots of great restaurants and cafés and a Carrefour supermarket. The apartment was clean and exactly as the photo shows. Osman organised a private airport pick-up for us which is easier than finding a taxi and not much more expensive. The only issue was that the lift (elevator) is actually inside the apartment. Each apartment has its own key which only allows you to access that floor......but somehow there was a problem with the key of another apartment and they came to our floor by mistake and arrived in our apartment! Quite a shock to find them in our kitchen, but luckily they were just friendly and confused tourists. The whole building seems to be just 4-5 apartments rented only to tourists. Anyway, this is a security issue and needs to be fixed.

  Comments: We had a good time at the appartment, Osman was very nice and welcoming and the pictures confirming the reality. The location is near Taksim but pretty difficult to access by taxi (lot of stairs and slopes before getting to Taksim). Die Wohnung befindet sich im Stadtzentrum, so dass man eigentlich alle wichtigen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu fuß erreichen kann. Die Schlüsselübergabe hat einwandfrei funktioniert, wir wurden direkt von Osmans Freund abgeholt und zur Wohnung geführt. Die Wohnung ist zwar sehr klein, aber genau wie auf den Fotos zu sehen. Ein Plus ist die schöne Dachterrasse, auf der man wunderbar frühstücken kann.

  Comments: Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Istanbul! Die Unterkunft liegt sehr gut. Es gibt unzählige nette Bars und Restaurants in der Nähe, man kann von dort aus gut zu Fuss los oder die Metro nutzen. Obwohl wir abends erst sehr spät ankamen hatte man uns ein Taxi organisiert, welches uns direkt zur Wohnung brachte. Auch als wir so spät noch auf die Suche nach den nächsten Kneipen gingen bekamen wir Hilfe. Insgesamt war es überhaupt kein Problem nach irgendetwas zu fragen, Osman war immer hilfsbereit und freundlich! Auch mit der Wohnungsausstattung waren wir zufrieden. Die Wohnung ist nicht besonders gross, war aber auch für 4 Leute absolut ausreichend und an Sauberkeit fehlte es auch nicht.

Хозяева доброжелательны и приветливы. Ещё из плюсов - трансфер из аэропорта, встретят в любое время и с комфортом довезут до апартаментов. Из минусов - чистота, там не так чисто как можно подумать по отзывам. Пыльный ковёр, мебель, недостаточно чистые полотенца и душевая.

  Comments: Osman is a very friendly, helpful host, and he gave us good information about how to get from the airport to the apartment. The place is clean & it has nice interior, just about enough space for 4 people. The location is in the lively neighborhood of Beyoglu. If you like an authentic atmosphere, good bars, restaurants, antique shops, ... it's the place to be! Nighttime can be quite noisy because of cheering football fans or people drinking in the streets in weekends. Walking distance to Taksim square, where you have all public transport. If you are in good shape, it's nice to explore the neighborhood by foot.

  Comments: What an amazing apartment!! In the coolest little neighbourhood, close to shopping, eating, sightseeing, and a wonderful place to come back to at the end of the day.   Comments: L'appartement est très bien situé à deux pas de la place Taksim et de tous les autres lieux touristiques. Nous avons passé un bon séjour, néanmoins, nous avons été déçu par la propreté de l'appartement. Le ménage lors de notre entrée dans les lieux n'avait pas été fait et après multiples explications, ils ont fait le ménage 2 jours plus tard. La salle de bain est trop exègue et surtout elle est vétuste, la robinetterie qui bouge, les WC qui fuit, et la douche qui donne de l'eau chaude et froide d'une façon aléatoire. C'est dommage que notre hôte n'ai pas réagit quand nous avons demandé. 'Nous voulions quitter les lieux pour aller ailleurs mais pas facile avec des enfants en bas âge. Globalement, nous ne recommandons pas cet appartement dans son état actuel de Salle de bain,

  Comments: Apartamento en muy buena condición y excelente localización a sólo 300 metros de Taksim e Istikal. No tiene vista pero es claro. Tiene aire acondicionado y buena conexión de internet. Lo encontramos en buen estado de limpieza. Está en una calle trasera pero la sensación es segura. Buen precio y buena atención (hay una oficina en el edificio, donde recibieron el equipaje antes de la hora de chequeo y después de la salida, por lo cual quedamos muy agradecidos). Estuvimos muy cómodos (familia de 4 personas).

  Comments: L'appartement est agréable, dans un immeuble typiquement stamboliote, situé dans un quartier central de la rive européenne d'Istanbul. A cinq minutes de Taxim, l'endroit est pourtant très calme. L'intérieur est soigné et très propre. Osman est hôte disponible et sympathique.

  Comments: Appartement d'un bon rapport qualité prix, très bien situé. Le seul petit bémol étant les toilettes : il faut soulever le capot de la chasse d'eau pour l'évacuation et il y a un peu de bruit à cause d'une discothèque situé tout près. Osman m'a donné des informations complètes, j'ai été accueillie par un de ses amis à une heure tardive. Je recommande vivement cet appartement.

  Comments: Our stay in the first floor apartment of the building was very comfortable. The beds were nice and the shower just got renovated and had a cabin instead of a curtain, which was a positive surprise. Although it could get a little noisy outside we could sleep well. The direct access to the elevator is uncommon but totally fine, we actually kind of liked the idea in the end! We'll definitely come again!

  Comments: The space is close to everywhere you want to walk to : close to the square and galata. There is also a supermarket around the corner. There is a club close by but we didn't hear any noise. Osman was awesome enough to let us check in early as well. There are elevators so you don't need to walk your stuff up to the floor.

  Comments: Мы останавливались у Османа втроем с женой и дочерью, для нас это было идеальное место. Вполне чисто и уютно, дом в тихом переулке, в спальне полная тишина и полумрак даже в солнечную погоду, так что можно отлично выспаться. Лифт приезжает прямо в квартиру, но шум, когда он ездит мимо не мешает. Рядом супермаркет, вокруг полно кафе и ресторанов. Есть электрическая плитка, но мы сами не готовили, wi-fi слабоват. Далековато от основных объектов на другой стороне бухты, но если любите ходить пешком, то для осмотра всех основных достопримечательностей в центре транспорт не понадобится. В целом, прекрасная квартира за свои деньги.

We found transport links and getting around Istanbul very easy by both transport and foot. The apartment was clean and perfect for us (a group of 4). It may feel smaller with such a group but it ticks all the boxes and was great value for money. I would happily use Osman's apartments on any future return. Thank you!

  Comments: Osman’s place is a perfect choice for short trips. In few minutes walking you will be in Taksim square where restaurants, Café’s and Metro station is. The Wi-Fi was working fine. The bathroom is tight but it is expected when you live in downtown. The appartment is very clean. Negative: Saturday evening the noise coming from nightclubs around the place was annoying till 3am. If you sleep early in weekends, this is not your perfect spot.

  Comments: Als eine Person, die ständig in Istanbul ist und sehr viele verschiedene Orte bis jetzt ausprobiert hat, kann ich sagen, dass diese Wohnung die beste von allen war! Die Wohnung sieht aus wie auf den Bildern und ist sehr sauber. Wir wurden sehr herzlich empfangen und haben bei jeglichen Wünschen immer schnelle Hilfe erhalten und auch die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos. Auch gab es keinerlei Probleme, nachdem wir einen weiteren Gast hinzufügen wollten, der nicht von Anfang an eingeplant war. Ständig war jemand im Büro vorzufinden, was uns sehr sicher fühlen lies. Am letzten Tag durften wir nach dem Auschecken den ganzen Tag die Koffer im Büro stehen lassen, da unser Flug sehr spät war! Alles in allem; super! Immer wieder gerne!

  Comments: It was great staying at Osman’s. The property is accurate as per the picture. Clean, furniture is also ok, and the living room is spacious. Location wise is close to the center like Taksim, Istiklal and even still walking distance to new/modern city around Sisli and Besiktas. But the bathroom is very small and no sword hanger inside the bathroom just to hang our dirty clothes and towel. Just hang one or two hanger on the wall would be helpful.

  Comments: Нормальное жилье, удобное расположение. В доме сдается несколько апартаментов, и видимо всегда присутствует дежурный. Поэтому заселение и выселение как в отеле. Если приехали раньше, то можно оставить вещи на первом этаже и пойти погулять. Из минусов: маленькая неудобная и неуютная ванная комната без вешалок и полочек; в зале работало не все освещение.

The house was spacious for two people and it was clean and organized when we came in. We had a small issue during our stay and Osman immediately helped us to resolve it. There was only a small issue with the lighting, it was a bit dim. Overall experience was very satisfying :).
