No entanto, o espaço deu-me a possibilidade de mesmo depois de chegar tarde ao apartamento, ainda encontrar muitos cafés e restaurantes à volta! Não poderia ter melhores coisas a apontar ao apartamento e ao anfitrião. É um apartamento muito espaçoso e muito bem equipado e com um aspecto muito moderno. Obrigado pela atenção, e espero ficar aí muitas mais vezes! :)

  Comments: Nous avons été parfaitement accueillis par notre hôte. Celui-ci était présent à notre arrivée. Il nous a présenté la disposition de l'appartement ainsi que les fonctionnalités. L'appartement correspondait tout à fait à la description. L'intérieur a été totalement refait et surtout bien fait (totalement refait à neuf avec porte bien sécurisée, même si le quartier pourtant ne craint pas du tout). La cuisine est bien aménagée et bien équipée. La salle de bain est pratique. La localisation est idéal à vrai dire : à deux pas de la place de la liberté et très proche de la station Trindad (liaison direct aéroport). Enfin, proche de toute commodité et des animations. Le double vitrage et le volet intérieur protège bien de la rue, qui est somme toute très calme. On y reviendra!

  Comments: Estive no Porto com o meu namorado durante 4 dias e o apartamento, que é tal e qual como aparece no anúncio, foi muito adequado. Está situado numa zona histórica e central e por isso foi possível passear sempre a pé pela cidade. É uma zona calma e a menos de 5 minutos é possível chegar ao supermercado, ao metro e a diversos centros turísticos e lojas. Tem as condições básicas e estava tudo limpo e organizado. O Fábio foi sempre atencioso e prestável desde o momento em que chegámos. Ideal para duas pessoas e para uns dias de descanso! É, sem dúvida, uma experiência a repetir.

  Comments: Appartement très bien situé, avons tout fait à pied.15mn de la ribiera, 7mn de la'bouche de metro trindade. Quelques restaurants peu excessifs, atypiques par leur decor et tres bons à proximité. Fablio, tres accueillant, nous attendait à L appartement. il a pris son temps pour nous expliquer ce qu' il y avait à 'visiter. Très disponible pour répondre à nos questions durant le séjour. Appartement est similaire aux photos. Dans la cuisine, il y a tout pour cuisiner. A recommander.

  Comments: Apartamento com excelente localização, próximo ao metro, supermercado e o centro turístico de porto. O apartamento é exatamente como ilustrado nas fotos e a limpeza também muito boa! Se tem algum ônus, é na hora de tomar banho, a aguá quente dura cerca de 7 minutos e existe a necessidade de esperar 1 hora de intervalo para ter água quente de novo. Fábio é um excelente anfitrião!

  Comments: L'appartamento è molto bello e confortevole, di recentissima ristrutturazione, con arredamenti, sanitari ed elettrodomestici nuovi; la cucina è delle giuste dimensioni, funzionale e completa di tutti gli utensili necessari; il bagno è un po' piccolo, ma non scomodo, completo e funzionale; due grandi finestre assicurano un'ottima illuminazione e queste si affacciano su una via del centro che comunque non è molto trafficata ne rumorosa nelle ore serali e notturne. Posizione perfetta, praticamente in centro, a pochi minuti a piedi da molti siti di interesse. L'accoglienza è stata ottima, Fábio è molto simpatico e disponibile, ci ha fornito valide informazioni sui luoghi da frequentare, oltre a lasciarci un contatto telefonico per contattarlo in caso di necessità.

  Comments: Foi um fim-de-semana magnifico. O Fábio e toda a sua equipa foram fabulosos connosco desde o início ao fim da estadia. O espaço é tal e qual as fotos relatam. Muito confortável, espaçoso, ideal para duas pessoas. A localização não poderia ser melhor. Quase sempre optámos por comer na rua. As referências são as melhores. As únicas questões a apontar são o facto da casa de banho ter estado com alguns problemas aquando da nossa chegada e só fomos alertados então. Gostaríamos de ter sido alertados antes de ter lá chegado. No entanto foi tudo resolvido e ficamos contentes por isso. Obrigada e até à próxima.

  Comments: Fabio is great host with kind attitude and was very kind to meet us at the flat even earlier than agreed check-in time. He gave us all the tips for our stay. Place itself is perfectly located to all the central attractions of the city, everything was very clean and smells nice, linens are fresh and the bed is very comfortable for a good rest after the long walks in lovely Porto city. Un superbe appartement extrêmement bien situé en plein centre ville, l'ensemble de la ville est accessible à pied, le métro à seulement 5 minutes de marche permet de relier l'appartement à l'aéroport. Logement très propre, tout équipé et très calme. Fabio était là à notre arrivée pour nous expliquer avec plans et guide ses meilleurs conseils pour passer un séjour des plus agréables.   Comments: Pros: The room was very clean, very organized, and was located in a central, vibrant area of Porto. Fabio was very accommodating during check-in, even though we had arrived late in the evening, and took the time to explain the apartment and the city itself. The unit is an easy 5-minute walk from the Trindade Metro Station. There were plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, and two supermarkets within 5-minutes of walking (one was open on Sundays, which saved our lives). Though the apartment is located in a lively area, an extra set of shutters provides an additional layer of sound insulation which was a big plus! Cons: The apartment did not have shampoo/conditioner during our stay. Neighbors could be loud at times. Very little sound insulation on the apartment unit door. Overall: My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Fabio's apartment building. If we are able to visit Porto again, we would definitely stay in this charming apartment again! Thank you, Fabio!

  Comments: Fabio was there to let us in as soon as we arrived from the train station. It was very nice of him to tell us how to get from Lisbon to his place in Porto and to respond so quickly considering we had booked just the night before! Fabio really likes his hometown and took the time to show us on the map what to do and where to go. The little guidebook in French was very helpful when walking around! The apartment is just as described and just like it is on the photos:clean, functional, pretty and very well-located. It faces the street but it's not loud at night. You can walk anywhere from Fabio's flat. We had a lovely time and we were very happy in Porto :)

  Comments: Fabio is a really nice person. He was waiting for us when we arrived, and then he told us everything important about the city, gave us information about the sights, how to reach them and so on. So he told us for example that we didn´t have to use public transportation, and that is absolutely true, because the apartment is so good located, that you can reach every important point by walk. But if you have to use the underground it is close to the flat, so get to the airport or the beach isn´t a problem. The flat is extremely clean, and furnished very modern, so it was a great feeling to stay here. Especially for those of you who like to party with the domestic, there are a lot of bars in the neighbourhood, which are full at night, so you can enjoy a walk at night there. I would always choose this apartment again and would recommend it to everyone. Thank you Fabio.

  Comments: Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans l'appartement de Fabio ! Très bien emménagé et très fonctionnel ! Nous étions très proche du centre ville, il y a donc un peu de bruit la nuit mais c'est le seul point négatif que nous avons trouvé a l'appartement ! L'accueil de Fabio était exemplaire, il nous a donné toutes les informations pour notre voyage et sur Porto, et nous a aussi réservé une croisière sur le Douro ! Un grand merci à Fabio !

Está todo muy nuevo, excepto el inmueble que es antiguo, lo cual no es ningún problema salvo que tengas dificultades para subir a un primer piso sin ascensor. La localización es perfecta para visitar lo más turístico de Oporto. Está en el centro pero no sufre agobio de transeúntes y tampoco me ha parecido muy ruidosa. Yo repetiría sin dudar.

  Comments: Porto ha sido una experiencia maravillosa en todos los sentidos, la casa es ideal, tal cual sale en las fotos, la ubicación inmejorable, está en una calle perfecta para hacer turismo, comer , tomar unas copas( frente hay un local muy majo con unos dueños encantadores (Almada) Fabio muy atento nos explicó todo muy bien, que visitar, donde comer....muy bien. En general , Porto es maravilloso como lugar, un lugar para perderse por sus calles, la comida es deliciosa, sus gentes encantadoras y muy serviciales a la hora de explicar todo, con lo que recomiendo ir a Porto, y por supuesto ir a la casa de Fabio (nosotros volveremos seguro).

  Comments: Arrivée tardive (vers minuit), Fabio nous a tout de même accueilli avec une extrême gentillesse et de grands sourires en prenant le temps de tout nous expliquer. SUPER FABIO ! L'appartement est juste magnifique, extrêmement propre, parfaitement agencé. Rien ne manque ! Photos tout à fait conforme à la réalité. Niveau emplacement, c'est IDEAL ! A 5 minutes à pied (avec bagages) de la station de Trindade, dans une rue pas trop passante au niveau des voitures (donc pas de bruit la nuit) et super pittoresque. Après 3/4 jours de visite de la ville à pied, en vélo et en scooter, je retournerai loger dans le même quartier et surtout chez Fabio la prochaine fois :)

  Comments: Un apartamento muy bien adaptado, donde con la estructura de una típica casa antigua portuguesa, se han integrado dormitorio/salón, baño y cocina. Destaca por la limpieza, impoluto, y por la ubicación, en pleno casco viejo de Oporto. Y a un precio muy económico. Muy recomendable. Por poner algún defecto, carece de ascensor y climatizador.

  Comments: Appartement plein centre à côté du métro et de l'artère principale de la ville . Très fonctionnel il ne manquait rien , propre , juste le petit chauffage d'appoint qui ne chauffe pas beaucoup nous avons eu un peu froid .   Comments: Fabio's studio is very nice, located in the centre of the city, you can explore the city by foot, restaurants and nightlife area just 5 mins away by walk. The studio is new, clean, spaces, and modern decorated, well equipped. Fabio is a very nice guy, he is very helpful during my stay. You can get lots of information about the city from Fabio. Highly recommend and for sure will stay at Fabio's next time when I go to Porto.

  Comments: The room felt bigger than in picture and was modern and perfectly clean. The bed was good and the bathroom and kitchen all we needed and more. Location is as central as can be. Fabio was very friendly and gave us a 10-mn tour of the facilities but also documentation on Porto and answered all our questions. Only small downside was the small side heater - not enough to warm up the whole room on a cold December night (although should not matter the rest of the year) and the thin windows letting in the noise from the outside (but only on the Friday night when cheerful people were being loud in the street). Overall great experience and the price for two was reasonable, very recommended.

  Comments: Este local realmente foi perfeito para nossa estadia no reveillon no Porto. A localização dele é a melhor: a rua é uma das mais legais, com lojas vintage, locais para refeições, bares e pubs. Fica à uma distância agradável da Ribeira para se deslocar a pé, e muito próximo das principais ruas. Fizemos tudo caminhando: Sé, Cais, Livraria Lello, Galeria de Paris (noite), Rua de Santa Catarina, e estávamos cercados de opções de bares, hamburguerias, restaurantes, locais para o pequeno almoço. É próximo as estações de metro também. O espaço está muito bem decorado e utilizado, é espaçoso, e bem iluminado. Possui uma cozinha equipada para quem desejar, ótimas roupas de cama, duas sacadinhas muito agradáveis. Foi uma ótima experiência e quando voltarmos ao Porto, este espaço será nossa primeira opção.

  Comments: The apartment is very well located. Right in the city center of Porto, near to every touristic spot. Perfect to visit the city by foot. The apartment is actually a studio well furnished with everything you need to spend a nice short stay. Other comments mentionned the fact the apartment is located in a small street pretty quiet. That's true but be aware that the isolation inside the building isn't really good. So if you're not lucky (just like us) we'll have some trouble to sleep at night.

  Comments: The apartment is a great place to stay exploring Porto. Restaurants, bars and supermarkets are nearby and we found all major touristic sites, shops etc in walkable distance . The street is busy during the day and evening, but becomes very quiet at night so you can sleep well. Overall, the apartment was clean and well equipped with everything we needed during the stay. Fabio was very friendly and gave good tips about things to do in Porto and restaurant/bar suggestions. The communication was very good and prompt.

  Comments: The apartment is really modern and beautiful. Everything is very harmonious and done with great taste. The kitchen, the room and the bathroom are fully equiped too. There were even tea, sugar, coffe etc. The flat was also perfectly clean, it was situated right in the city centre and there were supermarkets nearby. Fabio is really nice and we could even check-in a bit earlier. He took time to answer to all of our questions with a huge smile. We absolutely reccommend this accomodation.   Comments: Great appartment in one of the best spots of Porto. Bars/ Clubs are 5min away, though a rather quiet street. Perfect when you come/ go by train, the train station Sao Bento is a 10min walk away. Fabio welcomed us very warm-hearted, send us messages during our stay to check if everything is ok and gave us very good restaurant recommendations. I will go there, if I'm in Porto again, thumbs up for this very positive example of hospitality !!

La zona de aliados es de las mejor situadas para visitar Oporto y el piso está en una calle paralela a la plaza por lo que está cerca de todo sin estar en medio del ruido. Las únicas dos pegas que ponemos son; primera que habían muchas obras en la calle pero es algo circunstancial, durante el fin de semana no escuchamos nada, y segunda que el colchón era un poco malo, se te clavan los muelles.

  Comments: This is a very nice studio apartment in the center of Porto. The photos accurately reflect what the apartment looks like. There is a nice queen sized bed, closets for storage, and a nice little kitchen with stove and refrigerator. The room has good natural light and clearly has been recently renovated. So, while the exterior of the building and hallways look a bit old and worn, the apart,ent itself is quite nice and comfortable. There are numerous restaurants and bars to visit nearby. There is also parking available just right up the street. We liked this apartment and would definitely consider staying there again.

Some wonderful eating places nearby, particularly Droop, Grigio and Tabua Rasa. Everything is brand new and super clean. We especially loved the huge, fluffy towels. There is a full kitchen and the shower is great too.   Comments: Fábio was a super host. He met us at the apartment and gave us a tour, instructions for check-out, etc. He offered lots of ideas for things to see and do in Porto. He also wrote down a list of restaurants that he liked. He told us to get in touch with him any time if we had more questions. The apartment was spotlessly clean and the kitchen was well equipped with cooking utensils, coffee maker, kettle, stove, etc. there was even salt, pepper and oil. Much appreciated as my husband and I cooked breakfast every morning. We LOVED the location. We walked everywhere from the apartment. Minutes from the Sao Bento(?) train station and many other attractions. There was a supermarket and laundromat within a few blocks as well as a variety of different cafes and restaurants. The apartment has been completely and tastefully updated and is completely secure. We had a wonderful five days in Fábio’s apartment and would stay there again if back in Porto.
